If you're interested in animation and haven't seen The Unloved, a Christmas film for French supermarket Intermarché, then you probably haven't been online in the past couple of weeks. Love for this piece has spread far and wide, way beyond its intended French audience. With hundreds of millions of views across various platforms, it's a remarkable achievement. What fascinated me is that the ads that are not only garnering a lot of negativity, but are generally not good this holiday season are AI generated. While the 2 ads that have received the most love and attention are argurably this one, The Unloved, and Apple's stop motion piece shot on iPhone. They both have a lot in common - they were crafted by human storytellers and artists who love their craft. So, after seeing The Unloved and absolutely loving it, I reached out to the Amanda Stubbs, the producer at Wizz, a Paris based production company to chat about this extraordinary piece of work. If you haven't seen it, please go check it out here, and be inspired. Although James Bond is one of the most beloved film franchises in cinema history, quite a lot of the films remain rather unloved. So we're going to give those ones a closer look, starting this week with the two films that, according to Letterboxd, are the least watched entries in the official EON canon. Nick Langdon pops in and checks out For Your Eyes Only (1981), directed by John Glen, and also Glen's fourth directorial effort in the franchise, The Living Daylights (1987). We don't think it's really possible to spoil any of the James Bond films - surely, they've all seeped fully into the pop culture consciousness by now - so we won't be calling out Spoiler Territory for either film this week. It appears to be one of the deepest wounds we carry, probably it makes us go out and seek everything from approval and attention to safety and recognition ... the experience of not being loved. Is it true, are we actually unloved?
We trace how a hidden lie—“I am not loved”—can take root even when life is full of love, and how God gently replaces it with truth. Through journaling, Scripture, breath, and a picture of a Father's heart, we move from head knowledge to heart knowledge.• naming I am statements that wound • pairing each lie with a clear biblical truth • using Scripture to anchor identity • breathing practices to embody truth • recognizing how focus distorts love • moving truth from mind to heart • Advent as a call to slow down • asking God for wisdom with expectancy“Let me end with this beautiful, simple children's song sung by my daughter Rachel: Yes, Jesus loves me... Today’s Bible Verse:"Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life." — Isaiah 43:4 Isaiah 43:4 reveals the depth of God’s love for us: we are precious, honored, and deeply valued. This verse reminds us that God sees each of us as uniquely significant, so much so that He treasures us above all else. When doubts about worth or significance creep in, this promise reassures us that our lives matter infinitely to the Creator of the universe. His love is personal, protective, and unwavering. “Want to listen without ads? Around the world, millions of orphaned children wake up each day carrying an in- invisible burden, the weight of being unwanted, unseen, and unloved. They live among us, yet they are treated as though they don't belong to the human life story. Their pain is silent, their existence often overlooked, and their humanity too easily dismissed." Really think about these words.

In Part 2 of the Unloved Daughter / Mother Wound series, we journey deeper into the tender places where our unmet needs first learned to hide.In this episode, I explore how the mother wound shapes the way we relate to ourselves—how it teaches us to push our own needs aside, to treat our feelings like chores, and to grow irritated with ourselves for simply being human.I share a personal chapter from my solo travels in Mexico, where I learned to mother myself with compassion and gentleness. In that sacred space, I finally understood what it felt like to respond to my needs with softness instead of resistance. And I realized… this is one of the hidden signatures of the mother wound & The unloved daughter. We'll also dive into the truth that every one of us carries a Divine Mother within—an inner presence whose only purpose is to nurture, comfort, and hold us. For many of us, this presence went unnoticed because our earthly mother could not give us what we needed. But she has been there all along, waiting to be remembered.Stay tuned for Part 3 of this powerful series as we continue unraveling and healing the unloved daughter wound. To go deeper in your own healing, reach out to Mandy or book a session atwww.divinemandyoracle.com
Who's been making hailstones fall? Find out on this week's PlayingFTSE Show.Steve W has had a dreadful week in the stock market and it's not been better for Spurs on the football pitch. But Steve D's here to save the show and the week. Rightmove shares crashed on Friday after the company issued its Q3 update. That bit was fine, but there are some lower profit margins on the way with AI investing. Is that enough to justify the stock falling so much? Steve W doesn't think so, but software stocks in general have been under pressure this week. Steve D has a new name for the show - Coherent. It's an AI infrastructure plan with the highest-paid CEO in the S&P 500. Figuring out the P/E isn't entirely straightforward, but they've done a nice job of selling off their aerospace and defence business. Definitely one for further consideration…Where can investor find software stocks that aren't in danger of crashing? Nowhere – but US local government platform provider Tyler Technologies might be worth a look. Steve W thinks its status as an approved provider won't be easy to emulate. The trouble is, it's trading at a P/E ratio of 64 and has some pretty high stock-based compensation.Duolingo shares crashed this week after the firm's update. Steve D's looking at some slightly light bookings and lower-than-expected user numbers. Steve W's more concerned about the firm's moat as it ramp up the number of language courses it offers via AI. In this short episode, we explore the wound of the unloved daughter — the deep ache that forms when our mothers or caregivers were unable to meet our emotional needs in childhood. This wound can shape the way we see ourselves, the love we believe we deserve, and how safe we feel in the world. When we grow up without the nurturing and emotional attunement we needed, parts of our spirit often fragment — separating to protect us from unbearable pain. But true healing comes when we begin to journey back into that darkness, with gentleness and courage, to rescue those lost parts and bring them back home to our hearts. It is possible to heal. It is possible to re-mother ourselves with compassion and softness. And we do not have to do it alone.I'm Mandy, and today I guide countless women in their healing journeys. I know this darkness intimately — the pain of this wound and many others that shaped me. But I also know the beauty that comes when we turn our wounds into wisdom. Today, I offer this medicine to women all over the world.✨ Find me on Instagram @divinemandyoracle

In this episode of Woman Awake, Claire sits down with Allura Halliwell — a transformational guide, creator of the Consciousness Method™, and mentor devoted to helping others move from fragmentation into energetic sovereignty. Allura's story begins with a radical spontaneous Kundalini awakening in 2018 — an experience that upended her life and became the catalyst for her path of deep integration, healing, and service. Through this conversation, Allura shares how she not only survived that awakening but transformed it into the foundation of her work in the world. Together, we explore: Allura's origin story and the 2018 Kundalini awakening that changed everything What she means by energetic sovereignty and how her Consciousness Method™ supports multidimensional healing The three core wounds most of us carry — Unloved, Unworthy, Unknown — and how to recognise which one is running your life Why so many of us “treat the symptoms” of our pain and how to finally work with the root cause What it means to shift into quantum reality and process internally to access new timelines The role of pain as a portal into awakening and transformation Practical steps for listeners who are ready to move from survival into wholeness ✨ This is a deeply grounding and expansive conversation that will speak to anyone navigating their own awakening, grappling with old wounds, or yearning to live from a place of sovereignty, wholeness, and freedom. Allura Halliwell Bio Allura Halliwell is a consciousness mentor and transformational guide whose radical awakening in 2018 catapulted her into a lifelong mission: helping others reconnect with the truth of who they are. Once a stay-at-home mother of three, her life changed forever after a spontaneous out-of-body experience at a meditation retreat revealed the energetic fabric of reality. That moment dissolved her old identity and birthed a new purpose—to guide others into profound reconnection through her signature modality, The Consciousness Method™. She now supports spiritual seekers who feel “stuck” despite years of personal growth, teaching at the pivotal space between inner healing and outer creation—what she calls the interface. Through this work, clients learn to align with wide-spectrum consciousness to access sovereignty, clarity, and meaningful transformation. Her offerings include transformational masterclasses like The Relationship Rewire and her forthcoming book Unloved, Unworthy, Unknown. As host of The Consciousness Method Podcast, Allura shares teachings and student stories that illuminate how her modality reshapes lives from the inside out. Many of us, at times, feel unknown, unloved, and unseen. Perhaps you were raised by emotionally disengaged parents, experienced a significant painful rejection in your adult years, or are battling self-condemnation related to past regrets and mistakes. Regardless of why we, at times, struggle to see ourselves beloved and worthy of love, we all need to know and experience the incomprehensible, unconditional, and never-ending love of God. In this episode, we're sharing a powerful biblical reflection from another LifeAudio host, Bonnie Gray, host of the Breathe: Stress Less podcast. Enjoy, and may this episode be one you can return to again and again, whenever you need the reminder that you are indeed seen, known and deeply loved. Discussion/Reflective Questions: What resonated with you most in this episode? When do you msot struggle to feel seen, known and loved? How did it hit you when Bonnie suggested acknowledging that we're fearfully made (Psalm 139) is actually an act of worship? How might reflecting regularly and deeply on God's heart for you help you heal from some of your past rejection or pain due to emotional reject? What is one truth you can hold tight to from this episode, and how will you do so? What is one action step God might be inviting you to take having listened to this episode? In this week's Torah portion, Ki Seitzei, we learn the law of the firstborn: even if the firstborn son comes from the “unloved” wife, he must be given the double portion. Rabbi Yisroel Bernath explored the deeper Kabbalistic meaning behind this law, revealing that the “beloved” and “unloved” wives are metaphors for two sides of our soul — the inspired, G-d-loving self and the struggling, conflicted self. The Torah teaches that our greatest spiritual “firstborn” often emerges from the parts of ourselves we might despise. By working with our struggles, we can produce a “double portion” of light and blessing, more precious to G-d than what comes easily.Key TakeawaysTwo Souls Within: We each have a “beloved” side (our Divine soul) and an “unloved” side (our animal soul) — both are part of our relationship with G-d.The Power of Struggle: G-d delights not only in saintly ease but especially in the victories that come from our inner battles.A Double Portion: What feels despised in us can be the source of double blessing when transformed.Self-Compassion: Instead of hating our struggles, we can embrace them as the very reason we were created (Tanya ch. 27).Messianic Promise: In the era of Moshiach, the hidden “firstborn” light of our struggles will be revealed in full splendor.#Jewish #Judaism #Torah #TorahPortion #TorahLessons #BibleStudy #Bible #FirstbornRights #AnimalSoul #Divine #DivineSoul #KiSeitzei #KiTeitzei #Moshiach #chabad #chassidus #Kabbalah #Rabbi Sign up for "The Forgiveness Lab" HERE: theloverabbi.com/eventsSupport the showGot your own question for Rabbi Bernath? K-Love explores the crucial relationship question of whether we should teach someone how to love us or let them love us their way, challenging the idea that authentic love means never communicating your needs. The episode dives into how unspoken needs create silent resentment that builds over time and can ultimately lead to relationship breakdown.• The dangerous myth that telling someone how to love you makes their love inauthentic• Why receiving love in your partner's language might leave you feeling unloved if it doesn't match your needs• How unspoken needs accumulate and transform into resentment, distance, and sometimes infidelity• Understanding that each person's experience of feeling loved is unique, just like our bodies• Finding the balance between authenticity and communication creates partnership, not performance• Importance of speaking up about your needs while also being open to how your partner naturally gives loveDon't forget to head over to theloveplacenet to grab your "Minding my God Givin Business" tee and pick up my new book, "Love's Secret Playbook: The Guide to Winning at Love.We would LOVE to hear from you! We all face pain—whether it's loss, illness, anxiety, or feeling completely alone. The real question is: What do we turn to when we're suffering? In today's message, Pastor Will Yih opens up about how even the deepest pain doesn't have to lead to isolation. Through a story of someone cast out from society and met with radical compassion, we're reminded that healing often begins not with answers—but with presence, courage, and taking that first step toward something (or someone) greater than the pain.Whether you've been wrestling with grief, burnout, or just trying to make sense of life, this is a message that meets you where you are.--Support content like this and the vision of Sandals Church at http://sandalschurch.com/support/Join our email list for content updates: http://sandalschurch.com/subscribeDownload the Sandals Church App: http://sandalschurch.com/app/If you have questions, need prayer or want to get connected, please email us anytime at online@sandalschurch.com!

In the final week of The Unloved, Pastor Matt takes us into Jonah 4, where the story turns inward—into Jonah's heart, and into our own. After a city-wide revival, Jonah is furious, not joyful, and God meets him with unexpected patience. Through a plant, a worm, and a scorching wind, God holds up a mirror to Jonah's anger, self-righteousness, and misplaced affections. The truth? God helps us see ourselves clearly so that we can see Him clearly. This raw, unfinished ending invites us to confront our own hearts and encounter the grace of the God who moves toward us even before we're right. For more information about Integrity Church, visit our website, http://liveintegritychurch.org Connect with us on social media throughout the week to stay up to date on events and things happening at Integrity! In Week 3 of The Unloved, Pastor Matt takes us into the belly of the fish—Jonah's lowest moment—to reveal a surprising truth: there is good news at the bottom. As Jonah cries out from the depths, we're reminded that God hears us in the worst places and saves us to the best place—His presence. Through raw prayer, deep repentance, and surprising mercy, Jonah discovers what we all long to know: we are never beyond the reach of God's love. Even in our darkest places, Jesus is there, offering grace, hope, and rescue. For more information about Integrity Church, visit our website, http://liveintegritychurch.org Connect with us on social media throughout the week to stay up to date on events and things happening at Integrity! In Week 4 of The Unloved, Pastor Matt walks us through Jonah 3, where we see the ripple effects of repentance across an entire city. Sin has immediate impact and long-term consequences—but the grace of God meets us in the middle of our rebellion with an invitation to turn. In Nineveh, even imperfect obedience from a reluctant prophet leads to radical transformation. Through Jonah's flawed witness, we're reminded that repentance isn't just regret—it's turning toward life. In a world shaped by distorted contexts and broken systems, the gospel breaks in with hope, power, and new direction. For more information about Integrity Church, visit our website, http://liveintegritychurch.org Connect with us on social media throughout the week to stay up to date on events and things happening at Integrity! This entire lesson centers around a single, transformative truth: “Everything about becoming who we are hinges on absorbing how we are loved.” This whole series is devoted to becoming undisguised, and as Beth mentioned, for the person in Christ, the most ill-fitting of all possible disguises is walking as one UNLOVED. In Week 2 of The Unloved, Pastor Matt leads us deeper into the storm in Jonah 1:7-16, where we see how God's love is at work even in chaos. As Jonah's disordered worship spills over into the lives of unsuspecting sailors, we see that idolatry distorts love—and only God's love can reorder it. Through a powerful comparison between Jonah and Jesus, we're reminded that Jesus is the true and better prophet, who enters the storm to save us. From the bottom of the boat to the raging sea, God's love pursues, disrupts, and ultimately transforms. For more information about Integrity Church, visit our website, http://liveintegritychurch.org Connect with us on social media throughout the week to stay up to date on events and things happening at Integrity! Nvidia (NVDA) was the number one sold stock by Charles Schwab's clients, according to Joe Mazzola. Meanwhile, UnitedHealth (UNH) was the second-most bought stock even though the company slipped 50% in the span of weeks. Joe attributes the strange trend to a rotation out of tech to a "month of dip buying in unloved names." He notes lasting uneasiness, with Joe suggesting clients are moving from a bearish tone to a neutral one.======== Schwab Network ========Empowering every investor and trader, every market day. In this powerful episode, I'm joined by Russell Tellup, a brave and deeply reflective man who opens up about the childhood abuse that shaped every corner of his life. From a young age, Russell was made to feel like the problem. Unseen. Unheard. Unloved. His sense of worth was crushed before it had a chance to form, leaving him to carry the unbearable belief that he didn't matter. As we talk, Russell shares how those early wounds followed him into adulthood, leading him into relationships with narcissistic partners who mirrored the same emotional neglect and manipulation he experienced as a child. What unfolds in this conversation is raw and real. There are moments of deep sadness. There's anger. And there's a profound sense of clarity as he begins to piece together the lifelong pattern of trauma that kept him stuck as he now helps other men in this position. This is not just a story of pain, it's a story of awakening. Russell's courage to speak his truth is what transforms it. And in his vulnerability, you'll find extraordinary strength. So often, we don't hear the stories of men who've endured narcissistic abuse. But it happens. And it matters. Russell's voice cuts through the silence and reminds us that abuse doesn't discriminate, it just hides where shame lives. If you've ever felt like the black sheep, like you were never enough, or like you kept attracting the same kind of pain, you are not alone. This conversation will stay with you. Russell's story is a reminder that even in the darkest places, there is the possibility of healing, and there is always power in finally being heard. If you need to get in touch with Russell, he has a private Facebook community for men: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1AYsbsh7uw/Don't ever be alone in your journey and make sure you come and join my private Facebook community, No Visible Bruises where you can connect with other survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic abuse and coercive control:https://www.facebook.com/groups/novisiblebruisesDisclaimer:The views and opinions shared in this podcast are those of the individuals involved and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
