Dan Rochon sits down with serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist Jeremy Delk to reveal how to identify business opportunities hiding in plain sight. From losing $2 million in four days to building multi-exit companies, Jeremy shares raw lessons about pattern recognition, authenticity, and why most people never make their ideas real. This episode is your backstage pass to understanding how investors really think and how you can get in the room. What you'll learn on this episodeUntapped markets aren't always new sometimes they're old industries approached differently. Most people fail not because of bad ideas, but because of a lack of belief and clarity.Business success starts with solving people's problems, not chasing trends.Pattern recognition is learned from losses, not textbooks.Transparency in leadership attracts capital and people masking your weaknesses repels both.Markets reward disruption especially when others say “that's how it's always been done.”Real growth starts when you stop pretending to be perfect and start owning your gaps.At the heart of this conversation is a simple truth: real business success comes from clearly communicating value and solving real problems. If you're working to sharpen that clarity in your own business, Dan's upcoming book Teach to Sell offers a practical framework to help you attract clients and opportunities by leading with what you know.

Hi guys! I broke out this clip from my conversation with Greg. Enjoy! The link to the video this is drawn from is below.https://youtube.com/live/iItskC2opUII'm doing regular interviews with RPG Industry Professionals. These won't be the standard 15 minute surface level interviews that exist solely for someone to pimp their product. Following in the footsteps of Joe Rogan and Lex Fridman, I plan to go deep. I expect each interview to last at least 2 hours if not 3. We'll get into the guest's personal life, gaming history, and how they got into publishing RPG products. Then we will get into the ins and out of publishing, so you can learn from their experience.Ideally I'd like for these interviews to serve as a motivational video series to help encourage more people in the hobby to publish their own stuff. I plan to get into some technical details so we can demystify the experience, and so you'll see that you can also do it with a little hard work and determination.I hope you enjoy it!By Popular demand, here is the link to my new Analog Mancave Discord Server!https://discord.gg/RHxTCq3mzTHere's the link to my first Substack post!https://open.substack.com/pub/analogmancave/p/joethelawyers-analog-mancave-has?r=4ewp0k&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=trueMembers now get early access to videos now! Send us a textHave you ever beaten yourself up after failing, believing harsh self-criticism would lead to positive change? The "Look and Learn" tool is meant for mind renewal, yet many have turned it into another form of self-punishment. Instead of viewing failure through a lens of shame, Scripture invites us to embrace God's grace. Romans 8:1 reminds us there is no condemnation for those in Christ, and Psalm 103:12 assures us that our transgressions are removed as far as the east is from the west. God isn't standing at a distance in disappointment—He draws near with compassion and restoration. When practiced as intended, Look and Learn becomes grace in motion, strengthening intimacy with God rather than pushing Him away. It shifts our perspective from self-rejection to redemption, helping us replace lies with life-giving truth. Every failure becomes a seed for growth, ensuring nothing is wasted in God's economy. Instead of running to condemnation, run to grace. Ask what God wants to reveal, and let this powerful tool guide you into freedom, intimacy, and transformation.
