A moment came when she couldn't stay quiet any longer—not for herself, and not for the person she loved most. That moment set her on the path to healing.Today, Junie helps women uncover the hidden fears that silence them and teaches them how to build trust in themselves again, so they can speak up, show up, and call in lasting love.__________________Junie Moon is the CEO of Midlife Love Out Loud, a Global Love Mentor, bestselling author, women's empowerment leader, and Certified Shadow Work® Coach. What does it truly take to build a thriving career in Hollywood? Emmy award-winning actress and producer Karina Michel pulls back the curtain on the entertainment industry in this captivating conversation about resilience, authenticity, and creative evolution.Karina's remarkable journey began far from the bright lights of Hollywood—in a small town in England where, at just three years old, she declared to her parents she wanted to be an actress. Through twists of fate, including being discovered by a photographer at an Ohio mall, she built a career spanning over 100 projects, including appearances in Dexter, Entourage, CSI: New York, and Transformers 2.What makes Karina's story particularly compelling is her ability to evolve with changing circumstances. When a writers' strike halted her acting work, she pivoted to producing at a time when female producers were rare. This transition coincided with motherhood, allowing her the flexibility to remain in entertainment while being present for her children. Beyond acting and producing, she has expanded her creative portfolio as a writer for Rolling Stone and Authority Magazine, as well as the host of her podcast, "Coffee with Karina: Entertainment Unfiltered."Throughout our conversation, Karina shares invaluable wisdom for aspiring entertainment professionals. She emphasizes the critical importance of networking, the need to begin local and build experience, and the power of embracing imperfection rather than waiting for ideal conditions. Her definition of boldness—"not giving in to fear in any way"—serves as both her philosophy and her message to listeners hesitant to pursue their creative dreams.Discover why authenticity remains the cornerstone of creative success and how facing your fears might open doors to worlds you never imagined possible. Whether you're pursuing a career in entertainment or seeking inspiration to take a bold step in any field, Karina's insights offer both practical guidance and motivational fuel to move forward with courage.Resources:Podcast Coffee with KarinaKarina on LinkedInSupport the show When you subscribe to the podcast, you are supporting our work's mission, allowing us to continue highlighting successful women in a variety of careers to inspire others helping pay our wonderful editor, Chris, and helping me in paying our hosting expenses.

What up, Beasts. This conversation with Rob Lohman cracked me wide open in the best way. Rob's story is one of redemption, resilience, and raw honesty, and it hits deep. From battling addiction and suicidal ideation to rediscovering his faith and building a new life rooted in purpose, Rob doesn't just talk about recovery, he lives it. He shares the moment God told him, “You're done,” and the weight of that literal and metaphorical barbell he nearly let end it all. Instead, Rob chose to fight. To feel. To recover. And now he helps others do the same through his coaching, podcasting, and deeply personal work in the addiction recovery world. We also get into the messy middle of healing, how guilt, shame, and insecurity linger even after the substances are gone, and how movement, connection, and calling things like scars and spider veins by name (shoutout to Fred) can help us reclaim our power. Rob reminds us that recovery isn't a checkbox. It's a way of life. A decision we make every single day. This episode is packed with hard truths, grace-filled wisdom, and that signature blend of faith and grit that makes Rob who he is. If you're in the middle of the mess, this one's for you.As always, I hope something lands with you today. I hope something you hear tugs at your heart strings and/or I hope you laugh.Bio: From the depths of addiction and incarceration to thriving as a dynamic speaker and entrepreneur, Rob Lohman is a powerful example of redemption and resilience. Sober since 2001, Rob uses his story of addiction, suicide ideation, prison, and ultimate transformation to inspire others through keynote speaking, coaching, interventions, and advocacy. He's the founder of ChristianRehabServices.com, RecoveryBrick.com, and RobLohmanSpeaks.com, and the host of Beyond the Bars Radio and Addiction, Freedom & Faith podcasts. Rob has been featured in Podcast Magazine, Authority Magazine, and Prison Fellowship's Inside Journal, and he continues to empower individuals and organizations to break free from life's darkest challenges and live with purpose and faith.Music by Prymary: Sean Entrikin (my hot husband) on guitar, Chris Quirarte on drums, Smiley Sean on keyboards, Rob Young on bass, and Jaxon Duane on vocals.Connect with Rob!Websites: www.ChristianRehabServices.comRobLohmanSpeaks.comRecoveryBrick.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/RobLohmanLiftedFromTheRut/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/roblohman_lifted/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertlohman/ Where can you find me?Linktree: https://linktr.ee/beautifulbeastwithinstudiosTired of battling your body? In today's podcast Sam has “The Biz Doctor,” founder and CEO of Golden Key Partnership, Lauren Goldstein on for a juicy conversation on the importance of mental health for entrepreneurs and business leaders. Topics Include: Mental health is crucial for business success. Isolation can be a significant challenge for leaders. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It's okay to quit if you've given it your all. Building a business should align with your life, not the other way around. Consistency is key to long-term success. Relationships in business should not be transactional. You can't take client feedback personally. Hiring the right people is essential for growth. Finding your internal magic is vital for fulfillment. Many entrepreneurs struggle with the fear of letting go, which can hinder their business growth. Understanding the type of business you want is crucial for long-term success. Aligning business goals with personal values leads to a more fulfilling entrepreneurial journey. Self-awareness is key to understanding how to operate effectively in business. Mental health is significantly impacted by sleep, connection, and purpose. Finding joy in work can be achieved by focusing on the 20% of tasks you love. It's important to have hobbies and prioritize fun outside of work. Hiring should focus on the DNA of a person rather than just their experience. You can still be successful even if you don't love every aspect of your job. Breaking the habit of being yourself can lead to authentic living. Have you ever wondered why you often hesitate to make a change, even when you're frustrated, stuck, losing money, and caught in that emotional rollercoaster every day? Why, despite having solutions right in front of you, do you still resist and talk yourself out of making a change? While most traders are familiar with the fear of failure, there's another fear that can be just as paralyzing. In this episode, Greg Singleton and I, we dive into a topic that many traders overlook: the fear of success. We explore why traders hesitate to make changes even when they're stuck in frustration and uncertainty. We'll talk about how fear can hold you back—not just from failing, but from stepping into the bigger, more challenging version of yourself that success brings. We'll also uncover the limiting beliefs that fuel this fear and share strategies to help you break free, take action, and embrace the success you're capable of.About Agnieszka WoodFounder and CEO of Ahead Coach, Trading Mindset CoachAgnieszka Wood, is a passionate and accomplished day trader with over a decade of hands-on experience in the financial markets.
