However, only a few have developed mobile-specific apps, highlighting a gap in mobile service provision.Payment Systems: The importance of centralized payment systems is emphasized, with a noticeable shift towards electronic payments over traditional methods like checks. This change aligns with broader societal trends towards digital financial transactions.Public Engagement: Regulatory agencies are focusing on improving online interactions with both licensees and the public.
