Crissy Wieck was born and raised in Nashville and graduated from The Harpeth Hall School. After working at Dell for 12 years, Crissy joined her family business after the death of her father's business partner. Crissy has spent 10 years at Western Express and is currently the Chief Sales Officer and a minority owner. In this capacity, Crissy is responsible for Sales and Operations (~$850M) and is a member of the Executive Team. Crissy is married to Matt Wiltshire and has three daughters, a son and two stepsons. Crissy left Nashville to play soccer at Maryville College. After graduating in May of 2000, she headed to Dell. The company opened an office in Nashville the month before she graduated and made a commitment to the city to grow local talent organically. By 2009, Crissy was the General Manager and Global Site Lead for Dell Nashville and the Regional Sales Director for the East Coast. Three buildings, 2500 employees and a $5B footprint in Nashville allowed for her to be the CEO of the largest non-headquarter site for Dell. Her direct P&L represented $2B of the $5B in Nashville. This proved to be a perfect training ground for the unexpected career change in 2012 when she joined her family business. Western Express is a top ten Truckload Carrier in the country with over 3,000 trucks running the US and Mexico. The company has been in business since 1991 and was started by Crissy's grandfather (minority owner) and another family, with only 5 trucks. Her father joined the company in 1996, when they had 36 trucks, and across the ten years that followed, grew the company to 3000 trucks. She and her brother joined Western Express upon the death of their father's business partner to help run the business and they are both minority owners in the business, while their father is the majority owner. Today the company has 4,500 drivers and ~750 non driving associates across 6 locations in the US. He has owned a number of successful small businesses and served as Vice President for Business Development for First Tennessee Bank prior to leading Tennessee's economic development efforts. Matt is married to Paige Kisber and they have a son who attends Southern Methodist University and a high school daughter who attends Harpeth Hall. He is currently Chairman of the Tennessee Business Roundtable, member of the board of directors of the Adventure Science Center and is a founding board member and former Chairman of the Tennessee Advanced Energy Business Council. About Karl Dean Karl Dean was the sixth mayor of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. He was elected on Sept. 11, 2007 and was re-elected on Aug. 4, 2011. He completed his second term in office on September 25, 2015. Dean first held public office when he was elected as Nashville’s Public Defender in 1990, a post he was re-elected to in 1994 and 1998. He served as Metro Law Director from 1999 to January 2007, when he resigned to run for the office of mayor. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Vanderbilt. Dean was the Democratic Party nominee for Governor of Tennessee in 2018. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee World Affairs Council.

LocalShares, through its RIA and in partnership with an independent fiduciary trust,  brought the first city-based exchange-traded fund to market and developed thirty city-based indices that measured the performance of headquartered companies in various US metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs).  Prior to that, Ms. Dolan served as President & CEO, Saint Thomas Health Foundations as well as Executive Vice President for Institutional Advancement, Saint Thomas Health, a subsidiary of Ascension Health. Ms. Dolan spent over two decades at Ingram Industries Inc. where she advanced to vice president of community relations serving in a lead role in family and corporate philanthropic and civic activity.  Ms. Dolan began her career at KPMG, LLP (formerly Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.). Ms. Dolan graduated from the University of Tennessee, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (with honors) majoring in Accounting.  She earned her Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management (Beta Gamma Sigma) where she received the Dean Martin S. Geisel Leadership Award. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Dolan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Dolan currently serves on the governing boards of the Nashville Business Coalition and United Way of Metropolitan Nashville (past Chair).  She concluded her work as a member of the Fifth Third Bank Tennessee Board in late 2017. In addition, Ms. Dolan is engaged with the International Women's Forum, Nashville's Agenda Steering Committee, Rotary Club of Nashville (past President), and the Board & CEO Advisory Council for United Way Worldwide.  She is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Nashville and a graduate of Leadership Nashville. Steve Hinkley is the President and CEO of Adventure Science Center (ASC) in Nashville, Tennessee. Alongside board members, staff and community leaders and volunteers, ASC is implementing a multi-year transformation to become a premiere hands-on science and innovation center. Prior to moving to Nashville, Hinkley served as the President and CEO of MOXI, The Wolf Museum of Exploration + Innovation in Santa Barbara, California, where he completed a $27 million dollar startup capital campaign and the grand opening of a new, 25,000-square foot science center in the heart of Santa Barbara’s waterfront district. Hinkley began his museum career in 2007 with the Perot Museum of Nature in Science in Dallas, Texas, where he oversaw exhibit and education program development for the highly successful launch of an all new 185,000-square-foot science center in downtown Dallas. Before joining the science museum field, Hinkley earned his degree in biology from Tufts University and spent 10 years in the classroom teaching middle and high school biology, physics and physiology. Steve and his wife Morgan enjoy traveling, spending time with family and raising their two young children, Blake and Harper.

After founding Energy Lighting Services in 2010 in Nashville, CEO Jason Duncan and his team have completed four of the world's largest LED retrofits. The commercial lighting company has saved companies like Saint Thomas Hospitals, Gap stores and Adventure Science Center up to 33 percent on their electric bills, and up to a 75 percent reduction in their energy consumption. Jason lives in Gallatin, Tennessee with his wife and two children. Jason enjoys playing guitar, boating, riding his Harley-Davidson, playing racquetball, backpacking, & camping with his family. He is a lifelong resident of Sumner County and an alumnus of White House High School (1993). Jason serves as a leader in his local faith community (www.eikonhouse.com), serves on the executive board for the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the board of the Sumner County Museum Association. He is a member of the Tennessee Hospital Association (THA) and the Tennessee Hospital Engineers Association (THEA).
