Evolutionists assume cavemen were early, primitive relatives of mankind. But the Bible gives us a different perspective.
Evolutionists, trying to answer creationist arguments, have suggested that there is an "error" in the design of the eye that any wise Creator would not have made. That "error" in design, as evolutionists call it, is that the retina of the mammal's eye is "inside out." The light entering the eye passes through other eye tissue before hitting the photoreceptors. But is this really an error in design?Dr. Joseph Calkins, a professor at Johns Hopkins University and a creationist, points out that the photoreceptors in mammals' eyes need the extra tissue. It provides nutrients to the retina. This is crucial, because the eye's receptors have a very fast rate of metabolism—they live out their entire lives in only about seven days!If you have ever looked at the sun and then experienced an after‑image, you have probably burned out some of your photoreceptors. However, because your photoreceptors have such a fast rate of metabolism and those extra nutrients from the eye tissue, the damaged receptors are all replaced within a few days! Besides, as Dr. Calkins points out, the tissues that lie between the light source and your retina are packed in so tightly that they are separated by less than the wave‑length of light, making them completely transparent! It seems that the evolutionists' claim that the eye is poorly designed—and thus a product of chance rather than a Creator—was based on their ignorance of how the eye needs to work. Again, the evolutionary argument falls in the light of scientific knowledge, and once more we see the witness to our Creator!Genesis 1:31"And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day."Prayer: Dear Lord, in order to avoid his own guilt, man would rather fault You, even claiming at the same time that You don't exist! I thank You that You have given me faith in Your love and forgiveness for me. I ask that my trust will always be in You and never in myself. Many people think that faith is strictly a religious matter and concerns unprovable issues such as angels, heaven and, of course, belief in the creation story. They further feel that belief in evolution is more reasonable, since it is based upon hard and proven facts. But is this true?Faith is what we add to the evidences we have in order to provide our worldview. The less evidence there is, the more faith we need. Evolutionary scientists often admit that they, too, interpret the world in the context of their faith. Their faith is that everything and everyone got here by means of evolution.Prof. L. H. Matthews, a well‑recognized evolutionist, was honored by being asked to write a new introduction for the 1971 edition of Darwin's Origin of Species. In his introduction—speaking of evolution—he admitted, "Most biologists accept it as though it were a proven fact, . . . although this conviction rests upon circumstantial evidence, it forms a satisfactory faith on which to base our interpretation of nature."You see, this is nothing more than what Bible‑believing Christians do when they understand the world in the context of their faith. As Christians, we should not be intimidated into thinking that the faith of the evolutionist is somehow superior to ours for understanding the world!Hebrews 11:3"Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”Prayer: Lord, the devil is not called the "Accuser" for nothing. He even tries to make the faith You have given me into a sin! Rather than being intimidated because I believe Your Word, I ask that You would give me a bold faith which does not shrink from speaking Your truth in love. Daily Bitachon Series: Shaar Habechina Welcome to our daily Bitachon. We are in Shaar Habechina now, delving into the wonders of the birds. Today, we are going to talk about the telescopic eye of the Eagle . The eagle is like a high-altitude plane designed for visual dominance over its territory. 1. The Eagle's Telescopic Vision An eagle can spot a rabbit moving from over two miles away. If a human had eagle vision, they could read a newspaper from across a football field or see an ant crawling on the ground from the roof of a ten-story building! Hashem made it so that their retina has five times more light-sensing cells than ours. They have deep telescopic lenses that magnify the center of their field of view. Their lenses are set up to give them the equivalent of what we have on our phones as a "panoramic view," but they can also lock in on a specific target with binocular depth perception at the same time. And, of course, like the woodpecker, they have a "third eyelid." This additional membrane blinks down to clean the surface of the eye and keep it moist without the eagle losing sight of its prey for even a millisecond. While we have to lose our vision in the "blink of an eye," the eagle can blink and still see, even while making a dive at a hundred miles an hour! 2. The Periscope of the American Woodcock Another example where Hashem gave an animal the exact eyesight it needs is the American Woodcock . This bird is designed for life on the forest floor, where danger can come from any direction. Hashem made it so that the Woodcock can see in a complete 360-degree circle without moving its head. It sees behind itself as clearly as it sees in front! Its eyes are set so far back and high in the skull that the visual fields overlap in both the front and the back. This "periscope design" allows the bird to keep its beak deep in the mud searching for worms while simultaneously watching the entire sky for predators. 3. The "Upside-Down" Brain In order to position the eyes correctly, the brain had to be shifted. Because the eyes are moved to the top of the skull, the brain was literally pushed down and tilted. It is essentially "upside down" compared to other birds. As we know, the eyes must connect to the brain through the Optic Nerve —that high-speed fiber-optic cable that transmits electric impulses from the retina to the visual processing center. In our bodies, the brain sits above the eyes (which is why we have a forehead), but for this bird to see the way it does, its brain had to be flipped. This is clear evidence of a plan and purpose. Evolutionists don't have billions of years for these things to "work themselves out," because all the Woodcocks would have been eaten by predators long before the eyes and brain moved into the right place! 4. The Tweezers in the Mud Now, we have a problem: if the eyes are on top of the skull, how does the beak find food? It is essentially searching blindly in the mud for a needle in a haystack. Wonder of wonders: The Woodcock's beak is loaded with nerve endings that detect the vibrations of earthworms moving underground. It can "feel" its prey through the mud and grab it like a pair of tweezers. Hashem even made the tip of the beak flexible so it can open independently of the rest of the beak to snatch the worm. The unique beak abilities and the unique eye abilities converge perfectly in this one wonderful creature. It is mind-boggling. We must sit here and contemplate this great wisdom, remembering that Hashem, whose rachamav al kol ma'asav (mercy is on all His works), takes care of them—and surely takes care of us.
Most of us have heard recordings of whales singing. Scientists have not yet learned to understand the whale's language, but they have identified individual verses in whale song. Now they are more convinced than ever that whale song is a sophisticated language.Whale song is made up of complex and stylized compositions, many of them longer than the longest of human symphonies. A single whale song can last up to 22 hours! Scientists have learned that humpback whale songs change a lot from year to year. Yet each humpback in an entire ocean will always sing the same song as the others. Scientists wondered how whales could keep the verses straight since the song changes so often.Researchers have concluded that whales, like human beings, use rhyme to help remember their songs. Biologists studying whale song report that they have identified the same subphrases turning up in the same positions in verses that are next to each other. Whales apparently compose their long songs with rhymes, making them possibly the greatest poets on earth!Evolutionists tell us that language is such an advanced development that even the first human beings could do no more than grunt and growl. And yet the whale not only has a sophisticated language but also creates poetry. Christians can comfortably put evolution aside to realize that the Bible is right when it says that the whole creation praises God. And whales make it very clear that the Creator Himself is the author of language—not some caveman.Psalm 148:7"Praise the LORD from the earth, You great sea creatures and all the depths."Prayer: Dear Lord; one of Your greatest gifts to us is language because through it we learn of Your love for us in sending Your son Jesus Christ to save us from sin, death and the devil. With that in mind, help me to be a good steward of the gift of language in praise and witness to You. Amen.REF.: Science Frontiers. Newsweek. Some rabbits and hares have chest tufts of fur that serve no known survival purpose. Evolutionists struggle to explain them, but believers see God's creativity expressed in beauty and variety. Not everything must serve survival—some things simply reflect His artistry. To support this ministry financially, visit: https://www.oneplace.com/donate/1232/29?v=20251111
Evolutionists claim that the 2nd law of thermodynamics-all closed systems become less ordered over time-doesn't apply to the evolution of life on earth because Earth is not a closed system. This idea is discussed in light of available research.
Whales possess unique features for underwater living, such as specialized hearing and blowholes. Evolutionists claim these changes came from land animals, but such restructuring is impossible without design. Genesis 1:26-31 Our Design (v. 26) We are representative of God We are responsible to God Our Dominion (v. 27-28) Manage the Earth Maintain the Earth Gods Supply (vv. 29-30) He provided for our care He provided for what we care for Gods Satisfaction (v. 31) Beautiful Bountiful Blessed More to Consider The French Mathematician, Lecompte de Nouy, examined the laws of probability for a single molecule of high dissymmetry to be formed by the action of chance. De Nouy found that, on an average, the time needed to form one such molecule of our terrestrial globe would be about 10 to the 253 power, i.e. billions of years. "But," continued de Nouy ironically, "let us admit that no matter how small the chance it could happen, one molecule could be created by such astronomical odds of chance. However, one molecule is of no use. Hundreds of millions of identical ones are necessary. Thus we either admit the miracle or doubt the absolute truth of science." Quoted in; "Is Science Moving Toward Belief in God?" Paul A. Fisher, The Wanderer, (Nov 7, 1985), cited in Kingdoms In Conflict, C. Colson, p. 66. Near the end of his life, Jean-Paul Sartre told Pierre Victor: "I do not feel that I am the product of chance, a speck of dust in the universe, but someone who was expected, prepared, prefigured. In short, a being whom only a Creator could put here; and this idea of a creating hand refers to God." HIS Magazine, April, 1983. It is absurd for the Evolutionist to complain that it is unthinkable for an admittedly unthinkable God to make everything out of nothing, and then pretend that it is more thinkable that nothing should turn itself into everything. G.K. Chesterton The yearning to know what cannot be known, to comprehend the incomprehensible, to touch and taste the unapproachable, arises from the image of God in the nature of man. Deep calleth unto deep, and though polluted and landlocked by the mighty disaster theologians call the Fall, the soul senses its origin and longs to return to its source. A.W. Tozer God, who needs nothing, loves into existence wholly superfluous creatures in order that He may love and perfect them. He creates the universe, already foreseeing - or should we say "seeing"? there are no tenses in God - the buzzing cloud of flies about the cross, the flayed back pressed against the uneven stake, the nails driven through the mesial nerves, the repeated incipient suffocation as the body droops, the repeated torture of back and arms as it is time after time, for breath's sake, hitched up. If I may dare the biological image, God is a "host" who deliberately creates His own parasites; causes us to be that we may exploit and "take advantage of" Him. Herein is love. This is the diagram of Love Himself, the inventor of all loves. C.S. Lewis, The Four Loves
How old is the earth? According to The Planetary Society it's 4.54 billion years old and we're told that the evidence for that age is overwhelming. On the other hand, creationists that hold to the literal teachings of the Bible believe that the earth is roughly 6,000 years old. They, too, will say that the evidence is overwhelming for their position. What is the reason for this massive discrepancy and what exactly does the evidence show? Joining Jim to answer that question was Dr. Terry Mortenson. Dr. Mortenson has a PhD in history of geology from Coventry University in England. He is a speaker, writer, and researcher with Answers in Genesis. How could there be such a drastic difference in opinions regarding the age of the earth? Are both sides looking at the same evidence? Dr. Mortenson noted that both sides are looking at the same rocks and fossils, the same radioactive isotopes, the same erosional features and more. The problem is that each side is interpreting the evidence through two different sets of assumptions. Evolution stems from a uniformitarian worldview. This assumes that nature is all that exists and everything must be explained via time plus chance plus the laws of nature working on matter. Finally, they assume that the processes of geological change continue at the same rate, frequency and power as they always have. Evolutionists use this as their starting assumption. From there the program moves to discussion concerning the fossil evidence and how they form, the Grand Canyon, the gap theory, what the Bible's genealogies tell us about the age of the earth, why 2 Peter 3:8 is not proof of an old earth, and more.

The human eye is an extremely complex organ. Evolutionists claim that because the retina is "backwards" (inverted), the human eye is flawed and this indicates it was not designed by an intelligent Designer. We consider several reasons showing the need for and superiority of our inverted retina when compared to an everted one which octopi and squid possess.

* Of Pangolins and Protection: Fred and Ryan review the latest Creation Magazine, starting with the pangolin! Its an armored, anteater-like creature with keratin scales and unique defensive design. Evolutionists once linked it to armadillos, but genetic studies disproved the connection, forcing an appeal to convergent evolution—a recurring "rescue device" for failing Darwinian models. * Shark Skin and Airplanes: From ocean to air, shark skin's ridged structure reduces drag. Engineers have reverse-engineered this feature for airplane coatings and banned swimsuits. Like past guest Dr. Michael Egnor noted, reverse engineering proves intentional design. * A Forest from a Warmer Past: Global warming headlines falter as ancient warm-climate forests are discovered under melting snow in Wyoming. * Dawkins vs. Dawkins: Irony strikes as atheist icon Richard Dawkins clashes with the Freedom From Religion Foundation over gender ideology. Dawkins is now censored for insisting humans can't change biological sex. As Romans 1 says, suppressing truth leads to folly. * Life on Bennu? Not So Fast: NASA's return samples from asteroid Bennu contain racemic amino acids—both left and right-handed—suggesting death, not life. Fred and Ryan highlight the missed opportunity by CMI to support the Hydroplate Theory, which better explains why Earth-like materials (like serpentinite) are found in space. * Dire Wolves and DNA: A biotech firm claims to have "de-extincted" the Ice Age dire wolf using CRISPR and gray wolf DNA. But critics argue it's just a genetically engineered look-alike. The ethics—and science fiction parallels—raise valid concerns about modern tinkering with life. * Ant Eyes and Imaging Breakthroughs: Desert ants' compound eyes detect polarized light to navigate featureless landscapes. Chinese scientists copied this tech to enhance imaging—enabling detection of cancer cells without staining. Once again, man learns from the Master Engineer.

It's Wednesday, July 2nd, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark Hundreds of Hindus attacked Christians in India Hundreds of Hindu nationalists attacked a group of Christian families in eastern India last month. The 20 families were eating lunch together before the mob attacked them. Eight of the Christians had to be hospitalized. A Christian leader in the area told International Christian Concern, “Hindu right-wing activists continued to threaten people to change their religion and accept Hinduism.” However, the Christians resisted. India is ranked 11th on the Open Doors' World Watch List of the most difficult places to be a Christian. Hebrews 10:23 says, “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” Trump brokered peace deal between Congo and Rwanda The Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda signed a peace deal last Friday in Washington, D.C. The United States brokered the agreement which will allow American companies to access minerals in the region. Armed groups across the two East African nations have been in conflict since the 1990s. The violence has left millions of people dead. Christians in the area have been especially vulnerable. Listen to comments from President Donald Trump on the conflict. TRUMP: “It's displaced countless people and claimed the lives of thousands and thousands. But today, the violence and destruction comes to an end. And the entire region begins a new chapter of hope and opportunity, harmony, prosperity and peace.” Senate passed Trump's Big Beautiful Bill with Vance's tie-breaking vote The U.S. Senate passed President Trump's “One Big Beautiful Bill” yesterday. Vice President J.D. Vance cast the tie-breaking vote to approve it 51-50. The three Republican Senators who defected include Susan Collins of Maine, Rand Paul of Kentucky, and Thom Tillis of North Carolina. The spending bill extends Trump's tax cuts from 2017. It provides more funding for defense and immigration enforcement while cutting Medicaid spending. Appearing on Fox News Channel, Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff, outlined the highlights of Trump's Big Beautiful Bill. MILLER: “Each and every one of the individual titles in this bill would be considered one of the great achievements in the history of the conservative movement. “Building the missile defense shield. Our children can be safe from foreign adversaries in this growing era of intercontinental ballistic missiles as nation's race for supremacy. “The section on this bill enshrining border and homeland security. This is the most far reaching Border Security proposal, Homeland Security proposal in my lifetime. I stood by the families whose kids have been murdered by illegal aliens. We made them a promise. Most importantly, the American people voted to fulfill that promise in the last election. This bill fulfills it. “It is the largest tax cut and reform in American history. No tax on tips. No tax on Social Security. No tax on overtime. 100% expensing for new factories. Think about that. Every single business owner with a dream of manufacturing in America can deduct 100% of that cost to make the American dream come true. “The largest welfare reform in American history. Work requirements on food stamps. Work requirements on Medicaid. “This is the most conservative bill in my lifetime. Tax cuts, defense, Border Security, Homeland Security, welfare reform and the largest spending cut in one bill that has ever been enacted. Let's pass this bill.” The bill does raise the debt ceiling by $5 trillion. The U.S. national debt currently stands at $37 trillion. The bill heads back to the U.S. House of Representatives for final approval. Trump hopes to sign the bill by July 4. Senate votes to defund Planned Parenthood The Senate version of the “One Big Beautiful Bill” would also defund Planned Parenthood. A provision in the bill cuts abortion funding through Medicaid for one year. Originally, the provision would have cut the funding for 10 years. Democratic Senator Patty Murray of Washington offered an amendment to strike the provision defunding Planned Parenthood from the bill. Thankfully, the Republicans rejected her pro-abortion amendment. Marjorie Dannenfelser with SBA Pro-Life America said, “Taxpayers should never be forced to funnel their hard-earned dollars to Big Abortion. This funding currently hits almost $800 million annually.” 58% of Americans say public schools should have religious chaplains A new poll from the Associated Press found Americans are divided on their views of religion in public schools. Fifty-eight percent of U.S. adults think religious chaplains should be allowed to provide support services in public schools. Only 44% are in favor of teachers leading a class in prayer. And 39% support a mandatory period during school for private prayer and religious reading. Also, 38% of Americans think religion has too little influence on what children are taught in schools while 32% think religion has too much influence. Arsonist shot and killed 2 firefighters, injured another A man armed with a rifle started a wildfire Sunday and then began shooting at first responders in a northern Idaho mountain community, killing two firefighters and wounding a third during a barrage of gunfire over several hours, reports The Associated Press. Crews responded to a fire at Canfield Mountain, just north of Coeur d'Alene around 1:30 p.m., and gunshots were reported about a half hour later. The gunman, identified as 20-year-old Wess Roley, committed suicide at the scene. Sheriff Bob Norris said, “We do believe that the suspect started the fire, and we do believe that it was an ambush and it was intentional. These firefighters did not have a chance.” The deaths of Frank Harwood, a 42-year-old firefighter, and John Morrison, a 52-year-old firefighter, have left their colleagues reeling. David Tysdal, age 47, a Coeur d'Alene fire department fire engineer. sustained gunshot wounds and was in critical condition. Authorities said he had two successful surgeries. Ironically, the dead gunman, Wess Roley, had once aspired to be a firefighter and had only minor contacts with area police, reports The Guardian. Rare Indonesian fish is thorn in evolutionists' side Ocean explorers recently captured a rare Indonesian fish on camera for the first time. Marine biologist Alexis Chappuis encountered an Indonesian coelacanth nearly 500 feet below the ocean's surface in the Maluku Islands. The Indonesian species of the fish has been spotted before but never photographed underwater. The coelacanth has been called a living fossil. Scientists believed they were extinct until one was spotted in 1938. Frank Sherwin with the Institute for Creation Research wrote that the fish “continues to be a thorn in the evolutionists' side. Paleontologists can only say these amazing fish evolved from a vague, unidentified ‘. . . ancestor.' Creationists say there have always been coelacanth fish since their creation thousands of years ago.” Psalm 104:23-24 says, “O LORD, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom have You made them all; the Earth is full of Your creatures. Here is the sea, great and wide, which teems with creatures innumerable, living things both small and great.” 7 Worldview listeners gave $1,246.50 to fund the newscast Even though our fundraiser officially concluded on June 30th, 7 final donations came in on July 1st. Evolutionists suggest that our knees are poorly designed (we shouldn't have to endure football injuries; tongue-in-cheek. And pain in childbirth is another inexplicable flaw.
Evolutionists argue that our bodies contain useless organs supposedly leftover from our evolutionary past. But all these organs have a function.

A new MP3 sermon from Whitcomb Ministries is now available on SermonAudio with the following details: Title: The Conversion of an Evolutionist (Part 3) Subtitle: (EGT) Biblical Distinctions Speaker: Dr. John Whitcomb Broadcaster: Whitcomb Ministries Event: Radio Broadcast Date: 5/24/2025 Bible: Hebrews 4:12-13 Length: 25 min.
Dr. John Whitcomb concludes his life story, "The Conversion of an Evolutionist," on this week's edition of "Encounter God's Truth." He will share more of the account of his own conversion—and principles that he has drawn from that experience that have guided him through the years, and can still encourage us today. We will turn to Acts 17, where the Apostle Paul proclaimed the life-transforming gospel of Jesus Christ to the philosophers of Athens on Mars Hill—and to Acts 20, where we see the model that Paul gave us in the city of Ephesus for carrying out the Great Commission. Dr. Whitcomb first brought this message to the people of Grace Bible Church in Elkhart, Indiana, and with host Wayne Shepherd we are thankful to them for being able to share it with you here on "Encounter God's Truth." It is part of our series called "Basic Biblical Distinctions."
Can you imagine how insights acquired in a field artillery battalion at the Battle of the Bulge can instruct us regarding the proper use of Biblical apologetics? Dr. John Whitcomb takes us back to Belgium, in December of 1944, to make this connection for us in a simple yet profound way. It is Part Three of his testimony, called "The Conversion of an Evolutionist." Dr. Whitcomb is using illustrations from his own life to show us how God's Word is true from the beginning to the end—and to teach presuppositional apologetics. Host Wayne Shepherd sets the stage for the third part of this important message, as we continue our series on "Basic Biblical Distinctions." Dr. Whitcomb first presented this sermon to the congregation at Grace Bible Church in Elkhart, Ind. Whitcomb Ministries thanks this church for allowing us to broadcast it through the radio ministry of "Encounter God's Truth."
In this episode of Current Topics in Science, Dr. Christopher Sernaque interviews renowned creation researcher Paul Garner to explore the state of Creationism in 2025 and why it still matters. From the legacy of the Scopes "Monkey Trial" to breakthroughs in flood geology, baraminology, and catastrophic plate tectonics, this conversation dives deep into whether Young-Earth Creationism is advancing science or resisting it. Garner, a Fellow of the Geological Society of London and author of The New Creationism, answers critics head-on and shares how his research has strengthened his walk with Christ. If you've ever wondered whether biblical faith and scientific inquiry can coexist, or how Creationists should respond to cultural hostility, this is an episode you can't afford to miss. Watch now—because the truth still matters.
This week on "Encounter God's Truth," Dr. John Whitcomb tells the story of his conversion to the Christian faith—showing how numerous lessons that he has learned through the years since that time can be applied to our lives today. It is a personal and practical look at what God has done in the life of our speaker over many decades—and what he has gained from those experiences that we can utilize in our attempts at evangelism and upholding a Biblical defense of the faith. Host Wayne Shepherd reminds us that this insightful presentation also reinforces the reality that God's Word is true from the beginning to the end. This is latest installment in our series called "Basic Biblical Distinctions," which was recorded live at Grace Bible Church in Elkhart, Ind. Whitcomb Ministries thanks that congregation for generously allowing us to present these talks here on the radio ministry of "Encounter God's Truth."
Evolutionists say that evolution sometimes happens so fast that we can actually observe it. Is this “rapid evolution” the smoking gun? Not at all!
The fossil record is supposed to be the ultimate proof for millions of years and evolutionary history — but what happens when the fossils tell a different story? Join Eric Hovind and Dr. Brian Thomas as they uncover shocking fossil discoveries that don't fit the evolutionary narrative: soft collagen in dinosaur bones, birds buried below dinosaurs, fossils forming rapidly — and more. These "fossil record fails" are powerful clues that point to a very different history of the Earth — one that matches the Bible's account of a recent Creation and a global Flood. Get ready to rethink everything you thought you knew about fossils, time, and the story of life on Earth! A tiny worm larvae with brain and gut intact was found in China. Perfectly preserved for-- according to evolutionists--520 million years. The detail of this specimen is astounding and begs the question; could it really be that old.
Can you imagine Dr. John Whitcomb—one of the founders of the modern Biblical creation movement—ever being an evolutionist?Well, he was at one time—many years ago—an unconverted evolutionist! But God had a different plan, and our speaker begins to unfold that story today. On this edition of "Encounter God's Truth," we begin a four-part look at how God worked providentially in the life of our speaker—first to bring him to faith in Christ and then to give him a foundation for a lifetime of study, service and teaching of creationism and apologetics. We trust that you will be encouraged by our program this week. Whitcomb Ministries presents it with appreciation to Grace Bible Church in Elkhart, Indiana, where this message was first given. We also bring it to you in the hope that it will strengthen your conviction that God's Word is true from the beginning to the end.
Discover the smallest motor in the universe—an astonishing molecular machine that powers all living cells with atomic precision. Explore why ATP synthase, with its near-perfect efficiency, challenges human engineering and evolutionary explanations. Dr Jonathan Sarfati explains how DNA’s replicating, repair, and detangling machines are vital for life. They are all encoded in the DNA, but the DNA can’t be decoded without these machines. This presents a “chicken-and-egg” paradox for naturalistic theories. DNA is also very unstable. Its presence in dinosaur bones undermine millions of years. RNA is 100× less stable than DNA, so could not be the first life. Evolutionists claim LUCA (Last Universal Common Ancestor) lived 4.2 billion years ago and already had 2.5 million DNA letters encoding 2,500 proteins. Life needed to start “very good” as Genesis 1:31 says. Otherwise, it would have crashed via error catastrophe.
Have you ever noticed that when a cat hears a noise, it swivels its ears? But we can't. Evolutionists say this proves we've lost that function due to evolution.
Evolutionists once thought snakes lost their legs to save energy, but research has disproven this claim. Scientific findings show snakes use as much energy as legged creatures, undermining evolutionary explanations. To support this ministry financially, visit: https://www.oneplace.com/donate/1232/29
Evolutionists claim the fossil record shows an ascending ladder of life with increasing complexity, but evidence from places like the Burgess Shale in Yoho National Park contradicts this. Fossil records actually display life being more diverse and complex in the past than it is today. This aligns with the Bible's account of living things having always been complex, with no evidence of one kind of creature changing into another. It's Tuesday, January 7th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Kevin Swanson Islam is the number one threat to Christians today International Christian Concern has issued their Global Persecution Index for 2024 — placing the countries of Nigeria,Niger, Sudan, Congo, Eritrea, Somalia, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and North Korea at the highest level “where Christians are regularly tortured and killed for their faith.” Each of these, except North Korea, is an Islamic country. As an ideology, Islam has replaced communism as the most serious threat to Christians in the world. Abortion is leading cause of death worldwide Referring to data from Worldometer, Breitbart News announced that abortion was the leading cause of deaths in 2024. A record of 45 million babies died at this count. That compares to 8.2 million people who died from cancer, 5 million from smoking, 1.7 million from HIV/AIDS, 1.35 million from traffic fatalities, and 1.1 million people died from suicide. Kamala Harris certifies Trump's presidential victory Here in the United States, the November presidential election results were certified by the U.S. Senate on Monday, reports NBC News. Ironically, Vice President Kamala Harris, the presidential loser, had the unenviable task as President of the Senate of certifying that her opponent, Donald Trump, won the election in a landslide. Trump is set to become the 47th President of the United States come January 20th. Notice that when she announces Trump's name the Republicans burst out in a cheer and a standing ovation. Not to be outdone, the Democrats applaud Kamala when she announces her electoral vote total. Listen. HARRIS: “The state of the vote for the president of the United States, as delivered to the President of the Senate, is as follows. The whole number of the electors appointed to vote for President of the United States is 538. Within that whole number, the majority is 270. “The votes for president of the United States are as follows: Donald J. Trump of the state of Florida, has received 312 votes. Kamala D. Harris…” (Republicans applaud) (Harris bangs the gavel twice) HARRIS: “Kamala D. Harris of the state of California has received 226 votes.” (Democrats applaud) Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau resigns After months of abysmal polling predicting a massive Conservative victory in the fall 2025 Canadian presidential election, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced yesterday that he intends to resign as Prime minister and leader of the Liberal Party, reports Reuters. TRUDEAU: “I intend to resign as party leader as prime minister after the party selects its next leader through a robust, nationwide competitive process. Last night, I asked the president of the Liberal Party to begin that process. This country deserves a real choice in the next election, and it has become clear to me that if I am having to fight internal battles, I cannot be the best option in that election.” Trudeau, age 53, took office in November 2015 with a message of hope and "sunny ways" and won re-election twice, becoming one of Canada's longest-serving prime ministers and winning plaudits from liberals for his focus on gender parity policies. Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, who is running for Prime Minister, offered this reaction. POILIEVRE: “Canadians desperate to turn the page on this dark chapter in our history might be relieved today that Justin Trudeau is finally leaving. But what has really changed? Every liberal [Member of Parliament] in power today and every potential liberal leadership contender, fighting for the top job, helped Justin Trudeau break the country over the last nine years. “All liberal politicians actively worked to pass into law the job-killing, inflationary carbon tax, a tax that Carbon Tax [Mark] Carney endorsed in his book. All supported a law quadrupling the tax over the next five years. All voted for or actively supported Trudeau's out-of-control spending, debt, and immigration. All passed Trudeau's housing policies that doubled the cost of homes. All liberal politicians helped pass catch-and-release bail and house arrest for the most rampant re-offenders, policies that increased violent crime 50%, gun crime 116%, and hate crime by 250%. “So, given that liberal [Members of Parliament] and leadership contenders unanimously supported everything Trudeau has done, why dump him now, right before an election? “Have they had a change of heart? Is it because they feel guilty that they doubled housing costs, hiked taxes, unleashed crime, broke immigration, forced a quarter of the population into poverty? No! They continued supporting Trudeau when he did all of those things. No, their only objection is that he is no longer popular enough to win an election and keep them in power.” Biden awards evolutionists, socialists and God-haters Evolutionists, socialists, and opponents of Christianity received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Joe Biden, as he prepared to leave office, reports USA Today. Jane Goodall and Bill Nye, the Evolutionist Guy, received the award. Also receiving the top citizen award included Hillary Clinton and George Soros, the man responsible for persecuting Christians and conservatives through Right Wing Watch and People for the American Way. Proverbs 28:4 reminds us that “Those who forsake the law praise the wicked, but such as keep the law contend with them.” Massive snow storm cancels 1,300 flights That massive snow storm across Kansas and eastern states, has closed down flights. In God's providence, over 1,300 flights were cancelled. Manhattan, Kansas was blanketed with 15 inches of snow, the second highest snowfall in history for the city. 6 states stockpile Abortion Kill Pills Some states are collecting bullets, or rather Abortion Kill Pills, to murder as many babies as possible. The Center for American Progress has announced that six states have stockpiled at least 2.25 million abortion pills in case the new Trump administration moves to restrict the distribution of these murderous devices. The six states are California, Oregon, Washington, New York, Massachusetts, and Maryland. TV viewership is down The cable news channels are languishing. Fox News Channel averaged 2.4 million viewers during primetime last year — compared to CNN's 685,000 and MSNBC's 1.5 million. The big three networks -- ABC, CBS, and NBC -- claimed 13 million viewers during primetime hours in 2024, representing an increase of about 10% from 2023, but down from 21 million viewers seven years ago. Golden Globes honors 2 movie flops on transgendering and rape And finally, The Golden Globes lavished their awards over the weekend -- this time upon a film centered around the theme of transgendering a male, reports the Associated Press. The R-rated movie “Emilia Perez” received four awards, but the film never played in American theaters —and only took in $9 million worldwide. That compares to the Kendrick Brothers' Christian film “The Forge” released last year — which earned over $40 million in worldwide box office receipts! Another unknown film “The Brutalist” took home three major awards, but barely made $1 million in the box office. The film lived up to its name with ample scenes of rape, nudity, vile language, homosexuality, and drug use. Indeed, in the words of 1 John 2:17, Hollywood and “the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Tuesday, January 7th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Why are some prominent biologists and macro-evolutionists admitting that Darwinian evolution is in trouble and what's fueling this newfound skepticism? Dr. Casey Luskin, co-author of 'The Comprehensive Guide to Science and Faith', joins Frank to examine the flaws in macroevolutionary theory that even staunch materialists are finding hard to overlook. Together, they address the following questions: What are some key differences between micro and macroevolution? What did later research reveal about the Galápagos Island finches and how does it compare to Darwin's findings? What is epigenetics and how does it relate to the case for Intelligent Design? Why are some biologists hesitant to openly share their doubts about Neo-Darwinism, while others are increasingly vocal? What's the difference between Darwinism and Neo-Darwinism?What are the strongest arguments for a common ancestor? Are non-coding regions of the human genome really "junk DNA"?What about the God of the Gaps argument? Are proponents of Intelligent Design religiously motivated? What are the 4 basic L.I.F.E. problems found within macroevolutionary theory?Resources mentioned during the episode:Learn more from Dr. Casey Luskin: https://caseyluskin.com/The Comprehensive Guide to Science and Faith: https://a.co/d/fku8uAcWhy the Royal Society Meeting Mattered, in a Nutshell: https://evolutionnews.org/2016/12/why_the_royal_s/Digital Voting Guide and Excellent Presentations on Why Christians Should Vote: www.voteyourfaith.net
