Have you ever hit that wall where everything you once loved feels like a chore? One minute you're pumped about your latest comic, cosplay, or kitbashing project, and the next, you're staring at your workspace wondering why the hell you even started. Yeah, we've all been there. This week on the FWACATA Podcast, we're diving into how to rekindle your passion for creativity—whether you're making comics, painting miniatures, crafting props, or just trying to push through that creative slump. It's time to fall back in love with your craft and remember why you started in the first place. Burnout is real – When creativity turns into deadlines and obligations, it starts feeling like work. Comparison kills passion – You see amazing work from others and suddenly, your stuff doesn't feel good enough. Repetition fatigue – Grinding through the same creative routine can drain the excitement.

It's all but over. A statement made, a drive for the ages and Max now has 1 hand on the title. Fumbles galore, as Mclaren and Norris had it all in their laps, but couldn't get it done. Was it ever as on as we thought or a bridge too far. Alpine, the feel-good moment of the year, a joyous post-race, a podium worthy of a movie and two drivers who kept it clean when other couldn't. And the stewards. They divided fans all weekend. Is it time for a full-time role? We think yes, do you agree? All the plus much much more on this week's episode of BTRL.

Jim and Rich discuss all the action from Motegi. The first World Championship had been handed out to David Alonso! The Moto3 champ won this title in style by winning in true Alonso style. He was as far back as ninth in this race but road through the pack late in the race to win by half a second. The Moto2 race provided all the drama this weekend as a rain shower just after the start caused a red flag. It was anybodies guess on wether to use rains or slicks, but championship leader Ogura with he courage of his convictions went on slicks. He quickly fell back to 14th but the as he put heat into his slicks they came good and he powered through the field to lead. In fact six riders started on slicks and all would finish in the top six! Ogura riding smart let Gonzales take the win. Ogura now leads Garcia by sixty points. MotGp was a mixed bag as Marc was denied pole because of track limits and this promoted Acosta to his first pole position in the top class. All eyes were on Acosta in both the sprint and the Sunday race as he was heavily favored to win both. Lady Luck is a cruel mistress and she took both wins away in the form of two front end low-sides. Bagnaia benefited the most as he won both races with championship rival Martin finishing fourth in the sprint and second in the Sunday race. Bagnaia took fourteen points out of Martin's lead and now sits just ten points behind. The guys (well Jim mostly) got all geeked out on are contrails fuel consumption and flywheels. Its heavy engineering geek speak that had Richard's eyes glazing over! Rusty Komori was the varsity boys' tennis coach at the Punahou School in Honolulu from 1994 until 2015. During his tenure, the school won the state championship each and every year. That's a record unmatched by any other coach in any other sport. But Rusty is not just excellent at taking a diverse group of teenagers and turning them into champions — he masterfully coaches employers on how to adapt his methods for the workplace, transforming typical office environments into ones that enjoy a culture of consistent success. Rusty is the author of the recently published book Superior: Creating A Superior Culture Of Excellence. As he details in this week's episode, the core of success — in sports or business — starts at the top. If a dictatorial boss heads an organization, it won't achieve the same success as if a leader guides it. “Love” may be the lowest score in tennis, but it's absolutely what you need to convey to be at the top of your game in business. Monday Morning Radio is hosted by the father-son duo of Dean and Maxwell Rotbart.
