A battle is underway for the future of one of New Zealand’s biggest media companies. Auckland-based Canadian billionaire Jim Grenon has in the last fortnight emerged as one of the biggest shareholders in NZME – the owner of the NZ Herald, Newstalk ZB and many music radio stations. And next month, he hopes to vote out the company’s current board members and install himself and three others at the company’s shareholder meeting. It’s the latest bit of turmoil to hit the media sector in this country, with nearly every major company seeing upheaval to some degree over the last 12 months. We visit for more than an hour with Mark Grenon from his jail cell in a maximum-security prison in Bogota, Columbia. He's being held there (and has for 400 days) awaiting extradition to the United States supposedly to face trial for not abiding by an edict from the FDA. The visit is fascinating and mind-boggling to know what the circumstances around this are. His story is very similar to that of Dr. Judy Mikovits who shared with us in May of 2020 regarding HER forced incarceration and subsequent court gag order because of Dr. Anthony Fauci.
