Dreaming Is Easy. Becoming Is Different We all dream. But very few people ever explore what comes after the dream. In this thought-provoking episode of THE EMBC NETWORK, Hurricane H sits down with Dubai-based entrepreneur and influencer Gary Galab Arabi for a raw and insightful conversation about vision, uncertainty, and the journey of building something from nothing. This is not a conversation about “success” in the traditional sense. It's about the moments in between — the decisions, the risks, the doubts, and the unseen work that shape the path forward. From dreaming… to doing… to becoming — this episode challenges the way we think about ambition, purpose, and what it truly takes to pursue something bigger than ourselves. Because the real question isn't whether you have a dream… It's what you do next.

Those same tests would have cost me $222, $185, and $368. And here is the kicker: when I was paying $400 a month for health insurance, some of these were not even fully covered. So… what the f### was I paying for? In this episode, I reflect on the absurdity of healthcare costs and the frustration so many of us feel trying to do the “responsible” thing by carrying insurance, only to still face outrageous bills. This is not a political rant: it is a real-life comparison that made me stop and ask, “What the fuck is wrong with this picture?” If you have ever felt confused, frustrated, or financially stretched just trying to take care of your health, this conversation will resonate. Why Aging Is Optional: Rewriting the Rules of Fitness, Strength & Longevity In this powerful and eye-opening conversation, fitness expert Timothy Ward challenges one of the most damaging myths of modern society—that getting older automatically means getting weaker, slower, and less capable. Drawing from decades of hands-on experience coaching adults across multiple age groups, Timothy breaks down why so many people are chronically unfit despite having more access to fitness information than ever before. We explore what actually happens to the body after 50, why “acting your age” is a cultural lie, and how strength training—especially for women over 50—is non-negotiable for independence, confidence, and long-term health. Timothy also explains the concept of fitness momentum, the most overlooked physical marker of longevity, and how adequate fitness directly impacts brain health, including cognitive decline and Alzheimer's risk. As the creator of the Fitness Quadrant System, Timothy has developed a framework that resonates deeply with people over 45 because it meets people where they are—focusing on sustainability, function, and real-life performance rather than extremes. His work is further explored in his book, The GOAT Within, which challenges readers to redefine their limits and unlock lifelong physical and mental strength.

Why You Stop Wanting Sex With the Person You Love (And How to Fix It) with Diane Mueller Passion doesn't disappear because something is wrong with you. It disappears because desire requires different fuel than love. In this provocative and deeply honest conversation, Rebecca Whitman sits down with Dr. Diane Mueller—doctor of naturopathy, libido expert, and bestselling author—to unpack why sex often fades in long-term relationships and what actually brings desire back. This episode dismantles the myth that low libido means something is broken. Instead, we explore how hormones, stress, emotional safety, and modern burnout quietly shut desire down—and how to reignite passion without shame, pressure, or blowing up your life. If you love your partner but miss wanting them, this conversation will change how you see desire forever.
