We greet this circle in the love and in the light of the One Infinite Creator. We have been called to this group, not just by your invitation and request for us to join you and to share our perspectives and thoughts on the queries that you've collected in your journey within the third density, but we are also called by the joining together of open hearts of communion with other-self and discovering the shared love between each entity, and the discovery that the heart within you is the same heart within your other-self and the same heart within us. We admire the vulnerability created by the joining of these open hearts, and would comment upon the nature of love as you have discovered it and shared it today. Love does not always need to feel pleasant and comfortable. In order to truly love within the third density, one opens themselves to the difficulty and pain of loss of the connections that you forge here in   grappling with the nature of third density, and how love can be so intense and powerful that it carries you high, but can also bring you down and help you to realize that all of it is love, not just the pleasantness, but the pain that you feel inside of you comes from your open heart. It is part of your journey here in the third density to honor the process of love as it unfolds within your being, as you move through the illusion. We cannot express how deeply we admire your choice to walk this path on your planet at this time, for we understand that it is intense and difficult, and opening your heart in such an environment opens you to all manner of other types of experiences that one must grapple with in the name of love. But we have discovered within the seekers here and all around your planet, that this love also provides infinite strength that, if it is realized, can transmute all experiences so that the face of the Creator can be seen in all of creation. You can find more at www.llresearch.org

Mark Stein is one of the founding members of the Vanilla Fudge, one of the most iconic bands of the 1960s. He played organ and sang lead on one of the best rock songs ever recorded,  the Fudge's version of “You Keep Me Hangin' On”.  Mark and I have a ball talking about how the Fudge came to be, their music, their appearance on Ed Sullivan, his love of The Rascals and Leslie West and the Vagrants, and what it was like to be right smack in the middle of the musical, cultural and fashion revolution of the 1960s. The famous song by the rock band U2, entitled “In The Name Of Love,” beautifully ties together the extreme love found in Jesus and the extreme love found in Dr. Martin Luther King. In 2021, for only the second time in history, the day we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus landed on the same day we mourn the passing of Dr. King. Dr. King's inspiration for love came from the love he found in Jesus. The resurrection of Jesus makes it possible for all of us to experience this full throttle radical extreme love on the inside of our souls transforming us to become extremists for love ourselves.

Vinyl LP Records - - - The history - - A phonograph record (also known as a gramophone record, especially in British English), often simply called a record, was an analog sound storage medium in the form of a flat disc with an inscribed, modulated spiral groove. The groove usually starts near the periphery and ends near the center of the disc. Because the records were made of polyvinyl chloride they took on the name “VINYL”. In the mid-2000s, gradually, records made of any material began to be called vinyl records, or simply vinyl. The phonograph disc record was the primary medium used for music reproduction throughout the 20th century. - - - The details - - The LP record (from "long playing" or "long play") is a phonograph record format characterized by a speed of 33 1⁄3 rpm, having a 12- or 10-inch (30- or 25-cm) diameter, and uses the "microgroove" groove specification. Introduced by Columbia in 1948, it was soon adopted as a new standard by the entire record industry.
