날 ▶ 부동산 직거래 사기 주의보 최근 부동산 직거래가 늘어나면서 사기 피해가 속출하고 있다. 지난 10일, 광주에서 집주인을 사칭한 부동산 직거래 사기가 발생했다. 중고거래 플랫폼에서 매물을 보고 계약을 한 뒤, 이사까지 마쳤지만 알고 보니 가짜 집주인이었던 것. 사칭범은 플랫폼을 통해 집주인인 척 행세를 하며, 공실인 집을 둘러보라며 현관문 비밀번호까지 알려줬다고. 이후 비대면 전자 계약서 작성을 유도하고, 피해자가 보증금과 월세 총 2천55만 원을 입금하고 이사 하자, 잠적한 상황. 문제는 직거래를 통한 부동산 사기 발생 시, 피해 보상이 어렵다는 것. 공인중개소를 통해 부동산 거래할 경우, 일정액을 보상받을 수 있는 공제 증서 제도가 있지만, 개인 간의 거래인 직거래는 공제 증서 발급이 불가능했다. 제작진의 취재 결과 부동산 거래 앱 3개 중 두 곳은 집주인 인증 절차 없이 매물을 올릴 수 있었다. 유일하게 등기부등본상 소유주와 동일인인지 확인하고 있는 곳도, 사용자 프로필에 집주인 인증을 알릴 뿐 근본적으로 타인의 부동산 등록 자체를 막기는 어려운 상황. 하지만 이에 대해 법적으로 제재할 수 있는 규정이 없어 플랫폼에 책임을 묻기는 어렵다. 최근 2년간 중고거래 플랫폼을 통한 부동산 거래 가운데 허위 매물 등 사기로 경찰이 압수수색에 나선 것만 18건, 피해 액수로는 17억 원으로 추정되는 상황. 올해 2월 정부가 플랫폼 운영사에 매물 등록자의 소유관계를 확인할 수 있도록 하는 지침을 배포했지만, 그마저도 권고 수준이다. 급증하는 플랫폼 부동산 직거래 사기를 에서 취재했다. 억울합니다 ▶ 뺑소니 사고 내고 출국한 미등록 외국인 지난 4월 5일 새벽 4시 30분경, 경기 용인에서 교통사고가 발생했다. 30대 몽골인 가해 운전자가 몰던 승용차가 신호 대기 중이던 차량을 추돌한 것인데. 가해 운전자는 현장에서 도주했고, 나흘 뒤 경찰에 검거됐다. 경찰은 사고 당시 가해 운전자가 음주 운전을 한 것으로 추측되지만, 사고 나흘 뒤 검거돼 음주 운전 혐의는 확인하지 못했다고 말했다. 가해 운전자는 특정범죄가중처벌등에관한법률위반 도주치상, 도로교통법위반 사고후미조치 혐의로 입건됐다. 그런데 경찰 조사 중, 가해 운전자가 체류 기간을 넘긴 미등록 외국인인 것이 확인됐는데. 이에 경찰은 가해 운전자를 외국인보호소에 인계한 뒤 수사를 이어갔다. 그러나 뒤늦게 가해 운전자가 강제 출국됐다는 것이 알려졌다. 문제는 수사 중이던 경찰도, 뺑소니 사고 피해자들도 이 사실을 전혀 몰랐다는 것. 검찰은 가해 운전자가 이미 출국됐고, 국내로 송환하기 어렵다며 기소유예로 사건을 종결했다. 피해자는 법무부에서 뺑소니 사고로 수사 중인 것을 알면서도 강제 출국시켰다고 말했다. 또한 경찰은 가해 운전자가 불법체류자인 것을 알았지만, 출국 제한 조치를 하지 않았다는데. 취재진에게 경찰은 외국인보호소에 가해 운전자 신병을 인계했기 때문에 출국 제한 조치를 따로 하지 않았다고 밝혔다. 외국인보호소 관리 책임이 있는 법무부에서는 이번 사건에 대해 경찰이 사건 종결을 알렸기에 강제 출국 조치한 것이라고 해명했다. 두 기관의 책임 공방이 계속되는 사이 피해자는 사고 후유증으로 고통받고 있는데. 억울하게 사고를 당했지만, 가해 운전자에게 치료비 등 보상받을 길이 없는 상황. 뺑소니 불법체류자 강제 출국 사건을 에서 취재했다. 밀착 카메라 24시 ▶ 초보 부모의 다섯쌍둥이 육아 일기 지난해 9월 20일, 6,500만분의 1의 확률로 태어난 국내 최초 자연임신 다섯쌍둥이를 만났다. 경기도 동두천시의 사는 김준영(32)·사공혜란(31) 부부의 오둥이가 그 주인공인데. 우리나라에서 다섯쌍둥이가 태어난 건 1987년, 2021년에 이어 세 번째로, 자연 임신으로 다섯쌍둥이가 태어난 건 국내 최초라고 하는데. 엄마 혜란 씨는 임신 26주 6일에 새힘, 새찬, 새강, 새별, 새봄이를 분만했다. 1kg 미만의 초미숙아로 태어난 다섯쌍둥이는 6개월여 동안 신생아 중환자실 치료를 받아야 했다. 지난 3월 20일을 마지막으로 병원을 퇴원하고 집으로 온 다섯쌍둥이. 부부 둘 다 육아휴직을 내고 육아를 하고 있지만 4시간 간격으로 하루 4번씩 수유를 하고, 기저귀를 갈며 다섯쌍둥이 육아는 상상 그 이상이라고 하는데. 하루에 사용하는 기저귀 만 50~60개, 보통 6~7일을 먹는 분유 한 통이 하루면 동이 난다고. 다섯쌍둥이 육아 현장을 에서 취재했다. 모르면 호구되는 경제 ▶ 중동 리스크, 우리 경제에 미치는 영향은? 코스피가 지난 20일 3,000선을 돌파하며 가파른 상승세를 이어갔다. 대외 변수에도 불구하고 3년 5개월 만에 3,000선을 회복하면서 증시 강세장이 본격화되는 모습이었는데. 시장에서는 정부가 역점을 두고 추진하는 ‘코스피 5000 시대' 실현에 대한 기대감도 점차 커지고 있다. 하지만, 이란- 이스라엘 전쟁 등 중동 위기가 고조되며 불확실성이 높아지고 있는 상황. 이스라엘의 이란 에너지 시설 집중 공격에 이어, 21일 도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령은 미국이 이란 핵시설 3곳의 타격을 단행했다고 밝혔다. 중동 위기에 국제 유가가 급등하며 국내 휘발유 가격도 상승세인 상황. ▶ 민생회복지원금, 내수 살릴 수 있을까? 20조 원 규모의 2차 추경안 상정되며, 전 국민 민생회복지원금이 소득 수준에 따라 국민 1인당 적게는 15만 원에서, 많게는 50만 원까지 현금 지원을 받게 되었다. 이번 민생회복지원금이 실제 소비 진작 효과는 얼마나 될까. 코로나19 재난지원금 관련 연구 결과에서는 신규 소비 창출 효과가 대체로 20∼40%로 분석됐다. 팬데믹 때와 달리 지금은 대면 소비가 원활하고 내수가 장기간 침체했던 까닭에 소비 효과가 더 클 수도 있다는데. 전문가들은 이번 민생회복지원금이 40%가량의 소비 성향이 나타날 것으로 예상했다. 4인 가구가 100만 원을 받는다면 40만 원이 추가 소비로 이어지는 것. 지금처럼 경기가 안 좋은 상황에서는 소비 성향이 높아지는 경향이 있다며 이번 민생회복지원금은 40∼50% 정도의 한계소비성향이 나올 것으로 보인다고 예측했다. 하지만 1, 2차로 나눠 지급하는 것이 10%를 따로 분류하는 작업이 필요해 민생회복 소비 쿠폰 지급이 전액을 지급하는 방식보다 소비 진작 효과가 떨어질 수밖에 없다는 지적도 있는데. 에서 알아본다. 연예뉴스 ▶ 싸이 vs 테디 신인 그룹 대전 싸이가 처음 제작한 걸 그룹 , 테디가 만든 두 신인 그룹이 동시에 데뷔해 가요계 대전을 펼친다. 먼저 2NE1, 빅뱅, 블랙핑크 등을 프로듀싱한 원타임 출신의 테디가 제작한 는 타잔, 베일리, 애니, 우찬, 영서로 구성된 5인조 혼성그룹이다. 특히 멤버 애니가 대기업 회장의 딸로 알려지며 데뷔 전부터 화제가 됐다. 는 이현, 쿠미, 미아, 베니까지 4인조로 인기 걸 그룹 의 소연이 전체 프로듀싱을 맡아 기대를 모은다. 과연 두 신인 그룹들이 어떤 매력으로 대중의 사랑을 받을지 주목된다. ▶ 신곡 ‘뮤직'으로 돌아온 빅나티 신곡 ‘뮤직'으로 돌아온 빅나티를 만났다. ‘뮤직'은 록과 팝의 요소가 개성 있게 어우러진 곡으로 악동뮤지션의 이찬혁이 피쳐링에 참여해 완성도를 높였다. 10CM, 전소미, 폴킴, NCT 마크 등 다양한 장르의 가수들과 컬래버 작업으로 화제를 모았던 빅나티. 그중 가장 효자 곡은 무엇인지 들어보고 앞으로 협업하고 싶은 가수가 누구인지도 들어본다.

Today's K-Pop Musician is "TEDDY(테디)" TEDDY(테디) debuted in 1998 through 원타임, where he was the leader, main rapper and producer. Afterward, he was in charge of BIGBANG's music and starting from 2NE1 to BLACKPINK, he has been producing not only their music but their concept as well. He is basically the main producer of YG Entertainment. In 2021, he was chosen by Billboard as one of the 50 greatest producers of the 21st century. After the Spice Girls exploded onto the pop culture scene with their girl power message, many girl groups followed in their wake but none have had the same lasting affect on pop-culture. With kpop taking over the airwaves, we're still to see if the Y2K girl group hype can come back or does America just hate girl groups. Meanwhile, the kpop industry has had wildly successful girl groups from Girls Generation and 2NE1 to Twice and Red Velvet. But outside of kpop fandom, BLACKPINK are one of the few to leave a mark on the American music industry, having performed at Coachella and collaborated with the likes of Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, and Dua Lipa.
