Tomen mi yugo sobre ustedes y aprendan de mí, que soy manso y humilde de corazón, y encontrarán descanso, porque mi yugo es suave y mi carga ligera”. *** Solemnidad del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús La Solemnidad del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús se celebra el viernes siguiente a la solemnidad del Corpus Christi, casi como para sugerirnos que la Eucaristía no es otra cosa que el Corazón mismo de Jesús, de Aquel que de corazón cuida de nosotros. En esta misma fecha, la Iglesia celebra la Jornada mundial de oración por la Santificación de los Sacerdotes. Precisamente fue un sacerdote, el normando Juan Eudes, quien celebró esta fiesta por primera vez el 20 de octubre de 1672. Pero ya algunas místicas alemanas de la Edad Media —Matilda de Magdeburgo (1212-1283), Matilde de Hackeborn (1241-1298) y  Gertrudis de Helfta (1256-1302)—, así como el dominico Beato Enrique Suso (1295 - 1366), habían cultivado la devoción al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús. A la difusión del culto contribuyeron las revelaciones privadas recibidas por la religiosa visitandina Margarita María Alacoque (1647-1690). Margarita Alacoque vivía en el convento de Paray-le-Monial (Francia) desde 1671. Tenía ya fama de gran mística cuando el 27 de diciembre de 1673 recibió la primera visita de Jesús, que quiso compartir con ella los sufrimientos de su Corazón rebosante de amor por el Padre y por toda la humanidad, del mismo modo que los compartió con el discípulo Juan durante la Última Cena. "Mi divino corazón está tan apasionado de amor por la humanidad que, incapaz de contener en sí mismo las llamas de su ardiente caridad, debe difundirlas. Te he elegido para este gran proyecto”, le dice. Al año siguiente, Margarita tuvo otras dos visiones. En la primera apareció el corazón de Jesús en un trono de llamas, más brillante que el sol y más transparente que el cristal, rodeado de una corona de espinas; en la segunda, Margarita contempló a Cristo resplandeciente de gloria, con rayos de luz que salían su pecho y se expandían por todos lados. Jesús le habló de nuevo y le pidió que comulgara cada primer viernes de mes durante nueve meses consecutivos, y que se postrase en tierra en oración durante una hora en la noche entre los jueves y los viernes. Nacieron así las devociones de los nueve viernes y de la hora santa de adoración. En una cuarta visión, Cristo le pidió que se instituyera una fiesta para honrar su Corazón y reparar, mediante la oración, las ofensas que recibe. De parte de Jesús, Margarita también recibió una gran promesa de perdón: quien se acerque dignamente a la Eucaristía y comulgue durante nueve meses consecutivos el primer viernes del mes, con espíritu de expiación por las ofensas cometidas contra el Santísimo Sacramento, amando, honrando y consolando al Corazón de Jesús, recibirá el don de la perseverancia final, es decir, terminará su vida con la gracia de los sacramentos y de la remisión de sus ofensas a Dios y al prójimo. En 1856, Pío IX ordenó que la fiesta del Sagrado Corazón fuera extendida universalmente a toda la Iglesia. En 1995, San Juan Pablo II instituyó en este mismo día la Jornada Mundial de Oración por la Santificación del Clero, para que Jesús custodie el sacerdocio en su corazón.

Esta "fantástica pirámide coronada por una catedral", bajo la protección del Arcángel Miguel, despierta la imaginación. Pero, ¿lo sabemos realmente todo sobre ella? Secretos y misterios rodean sus muros y la bahía... Arrojaremos luz sobre sus secretos con el investigador Bartolomé Bioque. Al igual que Chartres, Mont Saint-Michel ilustra a la perfección esta gran ley, bien conocida por todos los iniciados: la continuidad —cualesquiera que sean las oposiciones externas— entre dos grandes formas esotéricas superpuestas una sobre otra, obteniendo la nueva una predominancia natural en el plano religioso exotérico. En cuanto a la figura del Arcángel San Miguel, hay mucho que decir sobre su significado esotérico. Pero, por otro lado, San Miguel será también —este otro significado concreto derivado del primero— la entidad muy poderosa, especialmente protectora de los países de tradición celta, y de la Galia en particular. Según la tradición, existe una sociedad secreta extremadamente poderosa —prácticamente inexpugnable— que, a lo largo de los siglos, ha servido como puerta de entrada a una Sinarquía Blanca (en el sentido mágico de la palabra), asegurando la preservación de nuestro país, supremamente poderosa más allá de los cambios de régimen y a pesar de las más terribles convulsiones humanas. Se dice que esta sociedad, custodio de toda la herencia secreta tradicional celta y cristiana, fue, en particular, la fuerza impulsora de la misión de Juana de Arco. Y aquí, de nuevo, no se trata de la llamada «casualidad»: se dice que lleva, entre otros nombres significativos, el de la Orden de San Miguel, pues su patrón no es otro que el poderoso Protector celestial de la Galia. Se dice que uno de los dos tronos del soberano secreto —y jefe de la Orden— de Francia (2) está oculto en un templo subterráneo en el islote de Tombelaine, gemelo del Mont Saint-Michel. Cabe destacar que existe otro Mont Saint-Michel (Monte de San Miguel) en Penzance, al otro lado del Canal de la Mancha. Como por casualidad, también se encuentra en una antigua región celta: Cornualles, Inglaterra. El Arcángel San Miguel se revela claramente como una figura esencial del esoterismo cristiano vinculado al druidismo; los lugares puestos bajo su patrocinio directo son todos lugares mágicos y preservados, que escapan a la sumersión de las tierras. En efecto, la fundación de una abadía en este lugar no fue casual; ni ​​tampoco —como podría sugerir una interpretación errónea— un intento ingenuo de suprimir las raíces mismas de una tradición anterior. Sabrina Gunnell, actrice et co-réalisatrice du film documentaire événement "Sacré-Coeur" était l'invitée de Room Service ce vendredi 07 novembre à 9h45. Elle nous a présenté ce documentaire fiction réalisé avec son compagnon, Steven Gunnell, ancien membre du boys-band Alliage. Le film explore la dévotion au Sacré-Cœur, telle qu'elle s'est développée en France et dans le monde à partir des visions de sainte Marguerite-Marie Alacoque, une religieuse visitandine de Paray-le-Monial au siècle de Louis XIV. Après avoir suscité une polémique, le long-métrage à petit budget rencontre un succès inattendu, dépassant les 340 000 entrées depuis sa sortie en salles le 1er octobre. Des projections en présence du couple Gunnell sont prévues notamment lundi 10 novembre au cinéma Le Majestic à Dole à 17h et au cinéma l'Empire à Paray le Monial mardi 11 novembre à 20h30.

Con motivo de los 350 años de las apariciones del Corazón de Jesús a Santa Margarita María de Alacoque en Paray le Monial, el Instituto del Corazón de Cristo en colaboración con la archidiócesis de Valladolid organizan un congreso internacional sobre el Corazón de Jesús: «Cor Iesu Spes Mundi», que tendrá lugar en Valladolid del 6 al 8 de junio de 2025. En esta edición de «En Perspectiva» el P. José María Alsina Casanova, HHNSSC, presidente del Instituto del Corazón de Cristo y superior general de la Hermandad de Hijos de Nuestra Señora del Sagrado Corazón, nos presenta el esquema del congreso y los motivos de iniciar este gran proyecto. La coincidencia del Jubileo de Paray le Monial con el Jubileo de la Redención «Peregrinos de la Esperanza» le han llevado a organizar este congreso. El papa Francisco, en la bula de convocatoria para el Jubileo ordinario 2025 decía: «La esperanza nace del amor y se funda en el amor que brota del Corazón de Jesús traspasado en la cruz» (Spes nos confundit, 3). Secundando estas palabras del papa, el congreso pretende ser un instrumento al servicio de la profundización teológica, la reflexión espiritual y la propuesta evangelizadora que, en la Iglesia, hoy y siempre, encuentra el camino que le conduce a la esperanza en el Corazón traspasado del Redentor.

In 2011, in Paray le Monial, France, I had the chance to speak with Msgr. John Esseff at the First Sacred Heart World Congress.  Msgr. Esseff is one of the founders of the Sacred Heart Apostolate, sponsor of this event which brought laity, religious, and priests from around the world.  Talks were given by Cardinal Raymond Burke, Bishop Robert Herman, Christendom College President Timothy O'Donnell, and EWTN show host and author Fr. Mitch Pacwa, as well as many others  Why did they come to this small French community nestled in Eastern France?  Because our Lord choice this place and two very remarkably humble saints to communicate the message of his Sacred Heart.  He said to St. Margaret Mary:  "My Divine Heart is so inflamed with love for mankind ... that it can no longer contain within itself the flames of its burning charity and must spread them abroad by your means." She described that His Heart was on fire and surrounded by a crown of thorns. Our Lord told her that the flames represented His love for humanity, and the thorns represented man's sinfulness and ingratitude. Jesus informed her that her mission was to establish the devotion to His Most Sacred Heart, and He revealed twelve promises that He would bestow upon all those who practice the devotion. She had three more visions over the next year and a half in which Jesus instructed her in a devotion that was to become known as the Nine Fridays. Christ also inspired Margaret Mary to establish the Holy Hour and to receive Holy Communion on the first Friday of every month. In the final revelation, the Lord asked that a feast of reparation be instituted for the Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi. Blessed Claude de la Colombiere, a holy and experienced Jesuit, arrived as confessor to the nuns, and in him Margaret Mary recognized the understanding guide that had been promised to her in the visions. He became convinced that her experiences were genuine and adopted the teaching of the Sacred Heart that the visions had communicated to her. Msgr.
