C dans l'air du 8 juin 2026 - Lyhanna : un « scandale d'État » ?« Y a-t-il d'autres affaires Lyhanna en France ? ». C'est la question qu'a posée le ministre de la Justice Gérald Darmanin ce matin, lors d'une conférence de presse à la chancellerie. Au lendemain de la marche blanche qui a rassemblé 6 000 personnes à Fleurance, le garde des sceaux a sonné la « mobilisation générale ». Ce week-end, Gérald Darmanin avait déjà demandé aux procureurs généraux la revue, d'ici le 14 juillet, de 70 000 plaintes touchant un mineur. Et pour cause, Jérôme Barella, mis en examen pour le meurtre de Lyhanna, était visé par plusieurs plaintes pénales, ce qui pose la question d'éventuels dysfonctionnements dans la chaîne pénale. « Quand on met neuf mois à ne pas placer quelqu'un en garde à vue, je me dis légitimement que le ministère de la Justice a dysfonctionné », a lâché ce matin Gérald Darmanin. Quelques heures plus tôt, le procureur de la République de Chartres et président de la conférence nationale des procureurs de la République, avait regretté sur RMC que les magistrats du parquet soient « jetés en pâture ». Gérald Darmanin n'est pas épargné par les règlements de compte puisque plusieurs responsables politiques ont appelé à sa démission. L'affaire Lyhanna intervient alors que la campagne des élections municipales a été marquée par des violences sexuelles à répétition dans le périscolaire. Mi-mai, le parquet de Paris avait déclaré enquêter sur 84 écoles maternelles, une vingtaine d'élémentaires et une dizaine de crèches, tandis que trois informations judiciaires sont déjà ouvertes. Face à l'ampleur du scandale qu'il considère comme « une priorité absolue », le nouveau maire de Paris Emmanuel Grégoire a engagé un plan d'action de 20 millions d'euros qui prévoit notamment une simplification de la chaîne de signalement et une professionnalisation de la filière des animateurs scolaires. Mais plusieurs collectifs comme #MeTooEcole exigent des réformes au niveau national : « Si Paris cristallise aujourd'hui l'urgence, notre combat dépasse largement la capitale. Ce que nous dénonçons est un problème systémique et national », détaille-t-il dans une pétition qui a recueilli près de 23 000 signatures. L'année 2025 avait aussi été marquée par l'affaire Bétharram, du nom des sévices infligés aux élèves de l'établissement Notre-Dame-de-Bétharram, près de Pau. La semaine dernière, la proposition de loi portée par les députés Violette Spillebout (Ensemble) et Paul Vannier (LFI) et visant à mieux protéger les enfants contre les violences à l'école et dans le périscolaire, a été adoptée à l'unanimité par l'Assemblée nationale. Le texte prévoit de renforcer le contrôle des intervenants susceptibles d'être au contact des enfants, mais ne lève pas le secret de la confession pour les ministres du culte. Il crée aussi une « liste noire », où seront inscrites les personnes en raison d'un comportement dangereux empêchant leur réemploi dans un autre établissement. Esta "fantástica pirámide coronada por una catedral", bajo la protección del Arcángel Miguel, despierta la imaginación. Pero, ¿lo sabemos realmente todo sobre ella? Secretos y misterios rodean sus muros y la bahía... Arrojaremos luz sobre sus secretos con el investigador Bartolomé Bioque. Al igual que Chartres, Mont Saint-Michel ilustra a la perfección esta gran ley, bien conocida por todos los iniciados: la continuidad —cualesquiera que sean las oposiciones externas— entre dos grandes formas esotéricas superpuestas una sobre otra, obteniendo la nueva una predominancia natural en el plano religioso exotérico. Thierry Piganeau, adhérent de l'Audax Club Parisien et membre du comité de pilotage de l'édition 2027, partage son expérience de participant en 2023 et son regard d'organisateur.Thierry insiste sur un point : Paris-Brest-Paris est accessible. Il a commencé le vélo tardivement, réalisé ses premiers BRM, puis bouclé PBP à 64 ans. Pour lui, la clé n'est pas la performance, mais la préparation, le mental et la gestion de l'effort. Partir trop vite est l'erreur classique ; réussir PBP, c'est savoir rester en dedans et gérer son temps.Côté organisation, l'envers du décor est impressionnant : près de 7 000 participants en 2023, 8 000 participants sont visés en 2027, des dizaines de nationalités, des milliers de bénévoles, un travail de sécurité et de logistique colossal. Thierry évoque aussi les évolutions prévues : un parcours partiellement dédoublé pour plus de sécurité, un passage avec vue sur le Mont-Saint-Michel, un détour par Chartres et des actions concrètes pour encourager davantage de femmes à prendre le départ.Enfin, il rappelle que la préparation commence dès maintenant : les BRM 2026 permettront de choisir plus tôt sa vague de départ, et les qualifications 200–300–400–600 resteront obligatoires en 2027. In the 1900s, long before her fame, she travelled extensively in Italy and France, painting, drawing and writing as she journeyed to glorious cathedrals, rural churches, and historic museums. Marking the 150th anniversary year of her birth, this event explores her lesser-known art and writing. The Revd Ayla Lepine will guide us on a pilgrimage with Underhill as a companion through the sacred art and architecture of Chartres, Amiens, Assisi, Siena, Venice, and beyond. The Revd Dr Ayla Lepine is Associate Rector at St James's Church, Piccadilly, before which she was Ahmanson Fellow in Art and Religion at the National Gallery. She has a PhD in art history from the Courtauld Institute of Art and her book 'Women, Art, God' will be published in 2026. She is a trustee of Art and Christianity, a Visiting Scholar at Sarum College in Spirituality and the Imagination, and a member of the St Paul's Cathedral Visual Arts Committee.

En 876, le roi de France Charles II le Chauve offre à Chartres la Sancta Camisa, la Sainte chemise, qu'il détenait de son grand père Charlemagne. Marie l'aurait porté le jour de la naissance de Jésus. Lorsqu'on ouvre enfin le coffre qui la protège en 1712, on découvre que c'est en réalité un voile de soie. La relique portera désormais le nom de Voile de la Vierge, qui est à l'origine de nombreux pèlerinages. Mais la cathédrale abrite aussi un autre grand Trésor dans sa chapelle saint-Piat. 150 objets dédiés à la célébration et à l'ornement du service divin, dont certains servent encore aujourd'hui pour les grandes cérémonies comme une navette absolument incroyable : un coquillage ceint dans une monture d'orfèvrerie.Donc la visite de la cathédrale s'impose, doublement j'imagine pendant les fêtes ?Oui avec un mapping spécial fêtes dans le cadre de Chartres en lumières. Une création artistique spectaculaire pour cette cathédrale, qui a été la première à être classée, notamment pour ses vitraux. Le plus connu, Notre dame de la Belle Verrière pour son célèbre "Bleu de Chartres" très lumineux et mieux conservé que les autres couleurs. A base entre autres de Cobalt cuivre et fer. Autre découverte à faire au cœur de la Cathédrale : son labyrinthe qui a servi de modèle dans le reste du monde. L'idée est d'octroyer davantage de pouvoir aux 133 préfets de l'Hexagone, leur conférant ainsi une autorité plus importante que celle des agences de l'État et des directions générales publiques, afin de simplifier l'action des pouvoirs publics, dans l'espoir de faire des économies. "Les préfets ont pour responsabilité de faire travailler ensemble ceux qui travaillent pour l'État", a expliqué le Premier ministre. "C'est une légitimité nouvelle donnée à la décentralisation. Les élus n'auront plus qu'un seul interlocuteur. C'est un moyen de rendre la dépense publique plus efficace. Cette nouvelle organisation de l'action publique est une manière de rendre plus efficace l'utilisation de l'argent", a ajouté le chef du gouvernement, qui alerte depuis des semaines sur la nécessité de redresser les finances publiques.François Bayrou a d'ailleurs insisté sur le fait que la France "est en danger mortel.
