Born in New Orleans, Louisiana and now residing in DFW due to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Her dream was always to be an actress but early in life, she was a self-taught hair stylist. Mo's Butter started out as her love language to her boyfriend at the time. He was having some problems with his skin and scalp, and she wanted to help. She was already making produc here and there for herself and she wanted to make something for him that was natural and that would keep him looking good. His barber kept asking him what he was using on his hair because it was always "juicy". From there it all snowballed into the Mo's Butter business! The Quad Podcast welcomes Pa'Reesha Seiber to the show for some discussions on natural beauty and how it can be a confidence booster.

On this episode, the QUAD gets into a conversation about the "Surviving R. Kelly" documentary. There are many supporters on both sides of the fence, and many directions fingers are being pointed. Is it all his fault? What about the adults in these girl's lives? What about other artists who worked with R. Kelly and saw the warning signs? Are R. Kelly's staff members and crew complicit as well? Why is this dude not in JAIL!! Might be because no police reports were filed. We then transition the conversation into a very important and ongoing subject: Dating. What are the rules? What are the deal breakers? Where do you meet other singles? Is online really the best way to go? As an alpha female, Absolutely Adia shares her perspective and frustration in dealing with non-committed men who choose to be led and not lead, and officially closed down her build-a-dude workshop for the season!
