(Sri Guru Granth Sahib Page 218 Sabad 580)
Soy tu hermano y amigo Eduardo Rodríguez. Many children were born to them after the great flood. The descendants of Japheth were Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras. The descendants of Gomer were Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah. The descendants of Javan were Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim. Their descendants became the seafaring peoples that spread out to various lands, each identified by its own language, clan, and national identity. The descendants of Ham were Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. The descendants of Cush were Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The descendants of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.Cush was also the ancestor of Nimrod, who was the first heroic warrior on earth. Since he was the greatest hunter in the world, his name became proverbial. People would say, “This man is like Nimrod, the greatest hunter in the world.” He built his kingdom in the land of Babylonia, with the cities of Babylon, Erech, Akkad, and Calneh. From there he expanded his territory to Assyria, building the cities of Nineveh, Rehoboth-ir, Calah, and Resen (the great city located between Nineveh and Calah). This chapter is one that many Bible readers prefer to skip over and not read. Genealogies are sometimes tedious, especially since many don't see the point in reading them. But if you read carefully, you will discover important or at least curious details to understand how peoples and nations were born or understand how certain important characters in the Bible are connected.Genealogy also teaches us the importance of good actions and how they have a positive impact on our children.People who walked with God, usually, their children followed in their footsteps and formed families, towns and nations blessed by God. Others were filled with pride and haughtiness and their descendants were peoples who became corrupt and practiced all kinds of evil. For example, here we see Babel where they challenged God's sovereignty by wanting to do their own thing. We also see Sodom in this list. Later we will see how they were destroyed by their immense wickedness. Interestingly, we see the identity of Japheth's sons who were known as "those who dwelt on the coastlands."This makes us reflect on the influence we have on our family. When you build your household, don't forget that they will most likely build their families similar to what we emulate. They will adopt our customs, habits, beliefs, traditions, etc. And on these actions they will transmit them to their children. I hope you have been able to learn something today in the midst of so many names of families, clans and nations. Let's scrutinize: Let's read Deuteronomy 6:6-7: “And you must commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these commands that I am giving you today. Repeat them again and again to your children. Talk about them when you are at home and when you are on the road, when you are going to bed and when you are getting up.”Then, use the technique called PARAPHRASE IT, and replicate in your own words the meaning of the biblical text. I am your brother and friend Eduardo Rodríguez. May the Lord Jesus hear your prayer and grant you to see your offspring serve the Lord.#Genesis #Genesis10#KingdomChurch #HomesOfCovenant#HogaresDePacto #HogaresDePactoPodcast #PastorCarlos #CarlosRodriguez

Vaishnavas sing these songs to bring peace, prosperity and Divine Grace. Andal assumes the guise of a cowherd girl in these 30 verses. Andal appears intent upon performing a particular religious vow to marry the Lord, thereby obtain His everlasting company, and inviting all her girl-friends to join her. Towards the end we learn that she did not actually perform a religious rite; but is simply praying to be granted the service of the Lord for eternity. She yearns for everlasting happiness and service of the Lord. Translation By Dr. V.K.S.N. Raghavan (It is portrayed here that the Gopis , performing Paavai nOnbhu awaken another girl , who has earlier had a glimpse of Godly bliss, and who generally keeps aloof, avoiding association with others). All our friends have now reached the designated place for assembly ( Paavaik- KaLam pukkAr). The Venus has now arisen and the Jupiter has already set. Harken , many birds (have gotten up ) and are chirping . Oh Young and beautiful girl with charming eyes resembling a flower and that of a doe ! all of us should go to the river and plunge deeply in the water that makes us shiver ; instead you are wiling away the time lying on the bed ,--is this peoper ? How to Get Real Estate Leads In 2020? Leads are the foundation of your realtor business and having a constant flow of leads will help you get appointments and closings. But many agents still struggle with getting inquiries. How do you get more traffic and more people to reach out to you? There's a popular misconception out there. Many realtors think that they need to create more traffic to get more inquiries. But the fact of the matter is, traffic is already out there. You just need to channel it back to yourself. People are already out there searching for homes. Your job is simply to find out where they are and direct them to your website (which is a must) or mobile. I'm going to be talking about several of these traffic sources. There are two ways to get inquiries and lead. The old fashioned way (which I do NOT recommend) is to do door knocking, cold calling, canvassing and networking. The smarter way is Inbound Marketing, which is to get prospects to reach out to you first. This means you become the hunted, instead of the hunter. When you do marketing the right way, you get prospects reaching out to you. The offer you make has to be a no brainer. What this means is that the prospects love it so much that they will go out of their way to leave their contact details to get it. Which Platforms are best for traffic for realtors? There are several platforms you can use right now to get started with Inbound Marketing. The best and easiest way is to use Facebook ads. It tends to be the most affordable too. And you can get leads pretty fast from Facebook. In fact, one of my agents Raama, closed a deal in just 6 hours of his ad going live online. Then there is Social Media Marketing, which is free but kinda like SEO. It takes longer and many agents seem to spam the platforms. That's a sure fire way to get banned. Then there is Google Ads, if you have the budget to invest $1,000 to $2,000 a month. Another way is to do videos on YouTube. YouTube is in fact the largest search engine after Google and everyday people are searching videos for answers. You do not need a full professional set up to do quality videos. In fact, your smartphone is good enough for the job. How to get traffic from YouTube? You can simply use your gmail account for the associated YouTube account to get started. You can record yourself on camera talking about things you care about in the home buying process. Tell stories. Talk about your experiences. Share your own experiences of buying a home. Explain why you are a realtor Demonstrate results. The key with YouTube, as with all platforms, is CONSISTENCY. Yes, life happens, but you should get back on track and post when you're able to do so. Make it a point to be consistent, share stories and provide value. The downside of getting traffic from others. Here's something from my personal experience that will save you a lot of time. The traffic that you get from Google or Facebook, whether free or paid, is ultimately theirs. It's not yours. You can only direct it to yourself. It can dry up. Quickly. When I was starting online marketing in late 2009, I got Google Slapped. Hard. Literally thousands of businesses went bust overnight. You're always at their mercy. Their platforms, their rules, their agendas. Not yours. The sooner you realise this, the faster you can protect yourself. The best way to protect yourself. The absolute best way that I know of is to build your own LIST. This is something almost no realtor is willing to do. They keep on buying sms lists from vendors whose only goal is to keep agents dependent on them. But when you build and grow you own list of buyers and sellers, you have an asset that keeps growing. It will keep giving you business for years and you will never be at the mercy of platforms whenever you need to get leads and business. That is the secret to how you can get more real estate leads, in 2020 and beyond. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/propertyagentsecrets/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/propertyagentsecrets/support

A powerful general mantra
Mantra devoted to the name of Lord Ram
I still see agents who reject online marketing all the time. They say that all online leads are: low quality, lousy, unqualified. Agents are afraid Understandably, they're afraid to lose money on ads that don't work. They may have tried to run some ads online on Facebook or Google or any other channel. But then they tried to send direct messages to those leads who said they're interested, and found out many were plain uncontactable. Those whom they managed to get a response from were a combination of curious, not ready, 'just looking' or plain click happy who love to click and click. Therefore, agents end up thinking that marketing doesn't work. That's the WORST conclusion to make! They conclude it's that it's a waste of money to advertise online. They think that Facebook doesn't have serious buyers or sellers. They conclude after spending $100, that Facebook doesn't work. That's NOT True! In fact, one of my agents, Raama, closed a deal in just 6 hours flat! From the time the ad went live, to the time the seller applied for a Loan, all it took was just six hours! And it was a serious, ready to sell home owner on Facebook. Not someone who was 'just curious'. So how did he do it? Here's Something Well Known But Little Understood Everybody knows that almost everyone is online, right? But that wasn't the case ten years ago, am I right? So, ten years ago, someone reading the physical, offline newspaper had to be very serious about buying a house, then and only then they would call up an agent, right? Who would call up an agent asking for the price and saying that they anyhow called them on the phone, for no reason. It wouldn't happen! So in general, ten years ago, you had to be almost ready to move. Well, that's no longer the case nowadays. Online Vs Offline Since everyone is online, it is a hundred times EASIER, MORE ACCESSIBLE and PAINLESS online. Easy: It's easier for prospects because in the past, prospects had to spend money, effort and time in order to search for homes. That's no longer the case now. They can find out for free, they can find out much faster and and they don't have to spend a lot of effort. It's too easy. Accessible: There's a ton of information available online. Data is quadrupling every 12 months now. By next year, because of 5G, the amount of information available online will 10X every year! Think about this for a second. The human race is getting buried under a TON of information, and much of it is unorganised. Painless: There's no fear of loss because there are no consequences online. They don't have to give up anything personal. No mobile. No email. It's just a messenger app with their face. Anyone can be anonymous and hide behind a fake profile. They're not obligated to go see you in an appointment after they know your price. They can simply read up your listing without even telling you that they were there! No wonder there are so many click-happy people who click on anything and everything that they come across online. No wonder prospects tell you they that they were 'just curious'. And they know you will accept this excuse of theirs. You're not the first agent they told that to and got away with. So, they know it's all too easy. But the agent, who is on the receiving end, doesn't think so. He ends up misunderstanding. I say misunderstanding because, many agents only see the tip of the iceberg. It's easy to miss because, the rest of the iceberg is hidden. That's like 80% of the entire iceberg. What's happening with the online platforms is that because EVERYONE is there, including both qualified and unqualified prospects, by its sheer volume, agents get overwhelmed by unqualified leads. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/propertyagentsecrets/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/propertyagentsecrets/support
