There, he formed a company of improvisers and began staging the underground critically acclaimed "Burn Manhattan" all over the city. Other performers included Kate Walsh, Jeremy Piven, and Spencer Kayden. Aside from his work in improvisational theatre, Stashwick worked for several years in late 1997 through Spring 2000 on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien," performing as part of their rotating stable of comedy actors. Todd is known for his work on Star Trek: Picard, The Rundown, The Last Thing he Told Me, SWAT< American Horror Story, Mayans M.C., Kim Possible, 12 Monkeys, Con Man, Gotham, Teen Wolf, The Originals, Justified, Men of a Certain Age, Heroes, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Dark Angel, Psych and Star Trek: Enterprise. Todd starred as Captain Liam Shaw on the critically aclaimed award-winning third season of Star Trek: Picard. Off screen he is an avid Dungeons and Dragons player who uses the hobby to raise money for the Pablove Foundation for pediatric cancer initiatives (PabLove.org). Todd's very good friends experienced the unthinkable when they lost their teenage daughter to cancer, so Todd laced up his running shoes and participates in half marathons in her memory. He also runs a charity livestream of DnD with audience participation to raise both awareness and money for Pablove. Finally, after such heavy conversations, we lighten up a bit with the hilarious actor, gameshow and podcast host, and star of Star Trek: Lower Decks Jerry O'Connell. Jerry starts by lamenting about being the father of teenage daughters, but he ends up getting into how cancer has affected him through his dad's repeated battles. He inherited his family's tendency to only go to the doctor if you have to go, but after witnessing his father's multiple scares with skin cancer, he sees the importance of getting screened in advance to take a more preventative approach. Todd Stashwick is an actor & writer. You can find him in almost every TV show, with over 160 credits to his name! A Chicago native, he is an alumnus of the famed Second City Comedy Theater. As an actor he's known for the role of Deacon on Syfy's hit show 12 Monkeys and Dale Malloy on the critically acclaimed FX drama The Riches. His work in television includes notable roles on shows such as Star Trek: Picard, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Heroes, Supernatural, The Originals, Gotham and Justified. He can also be seen in the live action Kim Possible film as the villain Dr. Drakken on Disney+. As a writer Todd is the co-creator of the web-comic Devil Inside with collaborator comic artist Dennis Calero. Todd co-wrote Clandestine, an original space adventure pilot for the Syfy Channel. Todd also co-wrote a Star Wars video game for Electronic Arts and Lucasfilm, with Uncharted creator Amy Hennig. He co-wrote a draft of Suicide Squad 2, the sequel to the hit DC comics film from Warner Brothers with writer/director Gavin O'Connor. He recently completed co-writing the video game Forspoken for Square Ennix and is currently working with a group of writers for an upcoming Marvel project with Skydance New Media. Todd continues to develop Television, Film and comic book properties. Todd is deeply immersed in the Dungeons and Dragons community, a passion that started for him as a child in the late 70s. He regularly hosts games for his friends in his Nerd Lair. He has streamed many games online for notable charities for Jasper's Game Day and DnDBeyond. He created a retro merchandise online store, to celebrate his love of the game, called Todd Stashwick's Nerd Circus where he sells Dice, Dice Boxes, t-shirts and more. He co-created a D&D inspired tiki cocktail book, with former Imagineer Brandon Kleyla, called Mystic Libations all available at www.thenerdcircus.com. He most recently collaborated with Mike Jimenez, of the Weathered Dragon, on a premium “The Stashwick Signature gaming table” soon to be available online. Todd Stashwick is an actor, writer, improvisor, TTRPG player and Dungeon Master, who hails from Chicago Ill. An alumnus of the Second City comedy theatre, he's known for his television roles Captain shaw on Star Trek Picard and Deacon from 12 Monkeys. As a writer he is co-writing the Marvel/Skydance New Media Black Panther/Captain America game. Todd also kickstarted and published, with his friend "Trader Brandon” Kleyla, a Fantasy TTRPG themed Tiki Cocktail book called Mystic Libations: Critical Cocktails for the Thirsty Adventurer available on Todd's geeky merch website thenerdcircus.com.
