Unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior, federal district trial court Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong in Los Angeles has decided that it is she, rather than the Article II Executive Branch, who is in charge of managing the operations of federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement.   She has issued an order that—essentially—instructs ICE that they are obligated to obey the law. More specifically, her order prohibits ICE from improperly profiling suspects based solely on their apparent race or skin color.  Such race-based profiling is, of course, unlawful already.  That said, profiling generally is not unlawful, the profiling must merely be based on lawful considerations beyond solely race or skin-color.  Profiling that incorporates additional factors unrelated to race or skin-color are perfectly lawful—such as presence in an environment known to be frequented by illegal migrant third-world invaders, the inability of the suspect to speak English, and other allowable factors. Indeed, ICE needs only mere reasonable suspicion to stop and investigate a suspected illegal migrant third-world invader who is located anywhere within a full 100 miles of a US border—and, of course, the entirety of Los Angeles falls well within this 100 mile range of the US west coast. Further, the unelected, black-robed, tyrannical, inferior federal district trial court Judge Frimpong has also decided that she has the authority to micro-manage the operations of the Article II Executive Branch agency of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, contrary to the will of the Article II Executive Branch president elected by the whole of the American people to carry out our political will.The #1 guide for understanding when using force to protect yourself is legal. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Constitutional crisis we face right now is coming out of the lower courts of the federal judiciary and it must be stopped. We have a federal Judge who ordered President Trump to call back an airplane that was flying vicious criminals back to El Salvador and we have every right to call these Judges out. When Judges act like politicians they must be criticized. The official position of MAGA: Iran will not get nukes. The President, Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, and National Security Advisor all said in the last 24-36 hours that by hook or by crook, Iran must not and will not get nuclear weapons. A remarkable chapter in space exploration closed with the safe return of 2 astronauts stranded for nine months—a feat made possible by Elon Musk and his SpaceX team. This historic achievement underscores what innovation and determination can accomplish, even as Musk faces unjust criticism and vandalism from the left targeting Tesla. While detractors attack, Musk succeeds where others couldn't, saving two astronauts in a mission prioritized by President Trump. Unelected federal district judges, particularly in Democrat-leaning areas, are overstepping their authority and undermining the separation of powers by issuing vague or overly broad orders that interfere with presidential duties, such as immigration enforcement and border security. This is judicial overreach, unchecked by the Supreme Court or Chief Justice John Roberts, and it threatens the constitutional framework, potentially leading to a judicial oligarchy or tyranny. Also, Sen Bernie Sanders is a Stalinist. To him, the Democratic Party isn't wrong—it's just not committed enough. Why is it acceptable for a man who shares the ideology of Castro and Mao to be treated like just another liberal? Bernie worships Marxism. He uses the language of the Constitution to attack the Constitution, which is typical of Marxists. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, President Trump and Elon Musk and Donald Trump are key figures working to save the country, but they face strong resistance from Democrats and the ruling class, who will use procedural tactics to stall progress, much like they did with Ronald Reagan. Judges are becoming more politically extreme, with actions like blocking DOGE's access to Social Security data and rulings on transgender military bans, while Sen Chuck Schumer's admission of politicized judicial appointments confirms these concerns. Democrats know which judges will deliver for them. Democrats, though unpopular, hold sway over unelected government branches. When they win elections, they tout it as a public mandate, but when Republicans prevail, they shift focus to these unelected entities to retain influence, which they are doing now. Also, Musk's legal team should explore filing tortious interference lawsuits against individuals, including members of Congress, who are attempting to undermine Tesla. Congressional immunity under the Speech and Debate Clause does not apply when statements are made outside of Congress or are unrelated to official legislative duties. Those orchestrating, financing, or executing efforts to harm Tesla could potentially be held accountable, making this an avenue worth investigating thoroughly. A federal judge ruled against a motion imposing a temporary restraining order on Elon Musk's so-called "Department of Government Efficiency."
