They expected more for Marchand, and are weirded out by him being a Panther, but at least the Bruins did the right thing. Was Marchand asking for a lot more than we think? This team is not just bad on the ice, but off the ice this team had issues. They had more fight against Keefe and his scoop than in any of the games. The guys go through Elliotte Friedman's report. Marchand was a driving force behind this whole thing. They also take several victory laps on Razor. When it comes to the Bruins beat, none of the reporters knew the return in any of the trades. How did Marchand end up in Florida? It is nowhere near Boston. Jones believes that he went to Florida in spite. People want Sweeney fired for this, but this is what Brad Marchand wanted. Evaluating Sweeney and Jacobs jobs. Have they distracted the players from what they are doing on the ice? The return for Coyle and Carlo was great. Marchand is injured, so the return was as good as possible. This team was not going anywhere. Steelers traded for DK Metcalf. The Patriots neither signed Stanley nor traded for DK Metcalf. Would he have signed in New England? The beat writers were hinting at the Patriots not trading for him for weeks. No Devante either. The guys go through the list of top ten free agents. The numbers don't lie and both of the woke media outlets reported that 76% of Americans approved of the president's speech Tuesday night. President Trump is expected to sign an executive order today to abolish the department of education.
