Happy Monday folks! This episode got lost in a poor scheduling incident. You see, Caleb thought he posted it, but it never went up. Also the written info on the episode didn't save. So were in the weird space where the eppy is late, and Caleb doesn't remember what the crew talked about fully. We definitely talk about getting back into The Hunt, a deviously fun battle royale/monster hunting game. We also crack into some Guardians of the Galaxy, continue to talk about Battlefield, both V and 2042, some Doctor Strange talk, and some other things! Celtics Slay Demons Of Years Past

The Celtics have had some tough years in the NBA playoffs. The year we almost made the finals and lost Kyrie right as the playoff run began. Each game we needed Gordan Hayward in the playoffs he magically would acquire an injury the game or even night before. Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown battled for who deserved to be the alpha on the Boston Celtics roster. As it turns out all it touch was a change in the head coach. Ime Udokah has been an otherworldly acquisition for the Boston Celtics. He has shaped this team into a team that plays defense first. Moves the ball around the court until we find the open shooter that the defense does not respect enough. We make teams pay for leaving a mismatch defensively on the court which can force the hand of opposing coaches to alter their late game lineups. The players rally around their head coach and the amount of passion he carries. Fitting considering this Boston Celtics team is full of personalities and emotionally driven players. Guys who leave it all out on the court, dive for every loose ball. The Celtics roster is in good hands and after watching game one of the NBA Finals the future mat be right now. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/renereport/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/renereport/support

Licensed Private Investigator Bill Paatalo in a Blog post from just yesterday Sep. 8, highlights the case of mortgage servicer New Residential Investment Corp (New Rez), using trusts to enforce their mortgage servicing rights --- since so many states otherwise require mortgage-related entities who purchase, hold, enforce or sell residential mortgage loans, to maintain licenses to do so within their jurisdictions. So servicers like New Rez get around these licensing requirements by continually maintaining the appearance or illusion of ownership (through assignments of rights or interest) by presenting homeowner transactions as being individual mortgage loans in a trust. And in particular, they use one named but not necessarily controlled by a national bank. Since most banks are not subject to state licensing requirements of the sort at issue here they are evading the requirements of state regulation. Consumers suffer because judges presume that the parties involved have all complied with conditions precedent and estate statutes governing administration, collection and enforcement of alleged debts. As always, Bill is getting much of his intel through the discovery process in the cases he handles, more proof that discovery is the key to advancing homeowner rights in foreclosure. Attorney Charles Marshall will recount the latest developments in the mess of the Covid world, from the status of various foreclosure and eviction moratoriums to the latest in court practice, particularly in California.
