Le jour de la Hiloula de Rabbi Chim'on bar Yohaï, la Chékhina ainsi que le Tsadik lui-même descendent dans ce monde-ci. Les enfants qui sont "les garants de la Torah", participent aux festivités en l'honneur de Chim'on bar Yohaï, chantent et racontent des histoires à son sujet. Souvent, sur le site de Méron même, on organise la 'Halaké - la coupe de cheveux des garçons à l'âge de 3 ans. Rabbi Chim'on bar Yo'haï était un Tsadik d'une sainteté exceptionnelle - d'où l'engouement pour péleriner sur sa tombe - et chaque Juif a le devoir de se sanctifier à son niveau comme les Cohanim et le Cohen Gadol le sont à leur niveau. En étudiant la Torah, en s'éloignant de l'impureté, en n'abusant pas de ce qui est permis car l'excès en toute chose (y compris dans la nourriture) entrave la sainteté. En quelques semaines, Etienne Daguinos est devenu le 4ème performeur Français à descendre sous l'heure lors d'un semi-marathon et il s'est ensuite offert le record d'Europe du 10km sur route en terminant avec un chrono stratosphérique de 27'04. Ce dimanche 17 novembre 2024, plusieurs milliers de personnes vont s'élancer lors du 10K HOKA Paris Centre avec l'opéra Garnier en arrière-plan. Suivront le Palais Brongniart, l'Église de la Madeleine, la place des Victoires, le Boulevard Haussmann et une arrivée exceptionnelle sur l'Avenue de l'Opéra. À cette occasion, RMC Running a décidé d'encadrer la préparation de 4 heureux élus pour cette course. Ils ont remporté leurs dossards pour cet évènement, un équipement HOKA complet et le plan d'entraînement fourni par Yohan Durand via My Running Club. Benoît Boutron et le Maître YoDu reçoivent aujourd'hui Julia, Clémence, Éric et Laurent pour évoquer cette course à 5 jours de l'échéance.
