Likevel er han ikke et veldig kjent navn for de fleste, sannsynligvis nettopp fordi han tydelig lot seg inspirere av den samiske kulturen i en tid da den ble betraktet som annenrangs.Isalill Kolpus er for de fleste kjent som komiker, programleder på Nytt på nytt, og som en tydelig stemme fra det samiske miljøet. Benoit continue de son côté son spécifique, pour arriver en pleine forme au 10k Adidas prévu début juin. Jinwoo Park is a Korean Canadian writer based in Montreal. He completed a master's degree in creative writing at the University of Oxford, and currently works as a marketer in the tech industry. 42,195 km pour fêter ses 18 ans : pari de génie ou folie douce ? Noé, 17 ans, lycéen breton, s'est lancé un défi hors normes : courir le marathon de Madrid le jour exact de son anniversaire, accompagné et inspiré par son père marathonien Jean-François. Un an et demi de course à pied, un 10 km en moins de 43 minutes, 66 km hebdomadaires et une prépa marathon de 15 semaines très structurée… mais un corps encore en pleine croissance. Dans ce nouvel épisode du « Cabinet de Maître Yodu », Benoît Boutron et Yohan Durand s'interrogent : quels sont les risques d'un marathon si jeune ? Comment se préparer intelligemment pour limiter les blessures ? Pourquoi il ne faut pas brûler les étapes et garder le plaisir au centre de la pratique ? Yohan revient sur les France de cross et explique pourquoi la course l'a « pris à la gorge » : fatigue mentale, manque de rythme, choix d'entraînement à revoir sur la semaine d'avant. Il détaille aussi sa reprise progressive avec une grosse séance spécifique pour préparer ses prochains objectifs : 10 km de Lille, 5 km du Marathon Côte Indigo, puis Championnats de France de 10 km. De son côté, Benoît sort d'un semi réussi et bascule lui aussi sur une prépa 10 km, avec une vraie réflexion sur l'importance de varier ses saisons et de ne pas enchaîner les marathons. Un épisode qui parle récupération, gestion de la motivation, planification des courses… et qui donne envie d'aller vite sans se cramer.

Yohan's work has been recognised at every major awards show, winning big at Cannes, D&AD, The One Show, and the Clios. We discussed some of his very best campaigns, starting with Netflix's Squid Game: The Challenge, a genuinely intriguing, funny and superbly on-brand campaign that questioned the morals of New Yorkers and what they would do for money. Next we covered the ‘Black-owned Friday Every Day' initiative for Google in partnership with the U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. to reframe the busiest shopping day of the year as a celebration of Black-owned businesses. We did a quick bit of Heineken, before finishing on Dunkin' at Home which we've loved ever since we saw it last year. It is the epitome of great OOH, fantastic idea, brilliantly executed. Yohan gave us the story behind the idea which is not to be missed. Then we chatted about the beautifully crafted execution.
