En décembre dernier : le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer a annoncé avoir classé plusieurs molécules de la famille des PFAS, qu'on appelle les “polluants éternels”, comme cancérogènes… Parmi eux, le polytétrafluoroéthène (PTFE) connu sous l'appellation commerciale Téflon. Les députés ont adopté une loi en avril, restreignant l'usage des PFAS en raison de risques sanitaires et environnementaux en 2026… excluant les ustensiles de cuisine tels que les poêles en Téflon ! Il existe des alternatives au revêtement : inox, acier, céramique non émaillée ou terre cuite non émaillée.
