S2 E20 Atiende tus Gastos Indispensables   2 El presupuesto anual para mí tiene una ventaja sobre el presupuesto mensual en cuanto a poder ver un panorama amplio, más allá del día a día o mes a mes.   Me explico, si sé que en gasto de combustible mensualmente se me van $220, en utilidades (agua y luz e internet) $500, y así hasta llegar al gasto mensual, digamos por ejemplo de $3,100 de gasto fijo mensual, puedo estar fallando si no he contemplado una partida de gasto que son en ciertos meses particulares. ?¿Qué gastos son esos?   Puede ser el permiso de uso del automóvil o marbete, el seguro anual del mismo auto. Si trabajas por servicios profesionales te corresponde pagar el dinero del seguro social una vez al año. Si sabes, que por tu escala salarial cada año te toca pagar impuestos adicionales, debes de tener presupuestado una cantidad estimada basada en años anteriores (y si sabes que subiste tus ingresos, tenerle un poco más a ese fondo) Los impuestos a la propiedad, ya sea a tu casa secundaria, o la principal, que en PR se pagan a través del CRIM Cuotas de matrícula educativas o inscripciones anuales   Son algunos ejemplos   Hay gastos de estos que puedes liquidar con los bonos de productividad o compensaciones inesperadas, no recurrentes. En este caso, hacer como si no hubieses recibido nada y separarlo. En otros casos, puedes disfrutar de un % de esa compensación y el resto reservarlo. Pero siempre teniendo un plan para ellos porque no son mensuales pero son indispensables.   Y precisamente es que hay varias formas de trabajarlo. Puedes tener tus números y dividir el gasto en 12 meses, y reservar para ellos cada mes la partida que le corresponde. O, puedes tener tus números y pagarlos completos puntualmente cuando corresponda.  Pero, Mabel: Si nunca los he presupuestado? ¿Qué pasa si no tengo reserva para ellos?  Se que también pasa, que quizás, agotaste la reserva en reparar el auto o mantenimientos de tu casa y ahora tienes el pago encima.    Pues una opción es ver a quién le puedes pedir prórroga, por ejemplo, pagar la mitad y luego ir completando pagos de ese compromiso. Mientras recortas cualquier gasto variable, por unos meses.  Hay muchos empleos que dan compensaciones adicionales por productividad, son bonos anuales, lo sé no son todos, pero los hay. También, hay empleos que generan comisiones mensuales, en cuyo caso tu esfuerzo y logros te darán más al final del mes.  Antes, estuve en una situación similar y por unos meses, ahorré un poco menos, cumplí con la obligación y luego recupere el % de ahorro para no salirme de mis metas. Quand on apprend une langue étrangère, on découvre des aspects qu'on ne maîtrise parfois pas du tout dans notre propre langue maternelle comme : un adverbe, un adjectif, un complément ou une préposition. Je suis certaine que tu as déjà entendu parler des prépositions. Tu les as déjà utilisées et tu les as probablement aussi détestées. Voici quelques exemples : Je vais à Paris. Je parle à Michel. Elle poste du contenu sur Instagram. J'ai lu un article dans le journal. à, sur, dans, tous ces petits mots, qui sont INDISPENSABLES pour parler français naturellement, sont des prépositions. En français, il y en a beaucoup et en fonction du contexte, elles ont parfois une autre signification. Lorsque tu atteins le niveau intermédiaire, c'est normal de douter au sujet des prépositions. Il y en a beaucoup et personne ne les enseigne de manière très claire.Cet épisode ne remplace pas une formation complète sur les prépositions.
