Today's special guest is Franklin's very own, counselor Corbin Moro, who has dedicated over 20 years of her career to Franklin. Today, she joins us to discuss ways students can access mental health services and discuss strategies as we continue our discussion on mental wellness.
Today's episode commemorates Franklin's annual University Day. University Day represents community-led building by exhibiting current projects and bringing students together. The focus of this year's Day of Giving is wellness and the promotion of mental health on campus. Our podcast team chose to pose an important question to students and faculty: "What does wellness mean to you?" Spend a minute of your day listening to some of their responses.

Today I am joined by Professor Della Croce to continue this month's theme of Sustainability and the Environment. Professor Della Croce joined Franklin in Aug of 2013 and is currently an Associate Professor of Biology and Environmental Sciences. He has an M.S. in Environmental Sciences from the Swiss Institute of Technology in Zurich (Switzerland) and a Ph.D. in Ecology and Environmental Sciences from Montana State University. Professor Della Croce has many research interests in ecological studies. Since 2015, he has been involved in Environmental consulting in river and lake restoration.

Rahel is currently working for the Permanent Mission of Switzerland to the United Nations Organisations in Rome. She is also coordinating an important project, “Bites of Transfoodmation” which is an initiation that brings together a diverse group of individuals who share the same vision of transforming our current food systems and are motivated to take action.

Pat Tone is one of the five founding members of Franklin University Switzerland and was there when the doors officially opened in 1970. Pat served as Franklin's first president and later became the Chairman of the Board of Trustees from 2010 until 2017. Kevin attended Franklin in the winter semester of 1973 as a study abroad student from Claremont Men's College. After graduating Claremont in 1975 Kevin began working in the banking industry and then as a producer for ESPN. Eventually Kevin moved to Sonoma, where he currently resides and works as a founder of the Sonoma International Film Festivals. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and continues to help Franklin develop as a widely regarded international institution. Hannah, his daughter, currently attends Franklin and is in her third year. He graduated from Franklin University in 1990 with a degree in International Relations and then went on to work in the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, he currently serves as the President of Anchorage Group PLC-based Lugano with headquarters in London as well as a Member of the Board of Directors and Advisor to the Chairman for Rotana Capital. Additionally, Kim serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees and gave an incredibly touching speech at this years' graduation.

Dr.Starcher is the current Vice President of Academic Affairs but has been involved with Franklin since 1993. Throughout Dr. Starcher's career, he has had a plethora of experiences in international higher education institutions such as the American University of Afghanistan, Bocconi University, University of Milan, and many more. He is well known for his research on student development through international education and was actually awarded the Richerd and Shirley Mawditt Prize awarded by the UNESCO Chair of Higher Education Management in 2013.

Roberto Cordon is originally from Guatemala and has been teaching at Franklin for almost 11 years. Currently, he teaches Management and International Relations.
