    Ivy Insights

The Nutrition Rounds Podcast is an incredibly informative and engaging podcast hosted by Dr. Danielle Belardo. As a busy mom of two toddlers, I have found this podcast to be a valuable resource in my journey towards better health. Dr. Belardo's episodes cover a wide range of topics, but what sets this podcast apart is her ability to make complex scientific information easily understandable and relatable. Each episode is packed with evidence-based research that helps me make informed choices for myself and my family.

One of the best aspects of The Nutrition Rounds Podcast is the variety of topics covered. From protein intake to bone health, Dr. Belardo and her expert guests dive into important nutritional information that is relevant to everyday life. I particularly enjoyed the episode on salt intake, as it helped debunk common misconceptions about the role of salt in our diets. The podcast offers insights from leading experts in the field, ensuring that the information shared is trustworthy and backed by scientific evidence.

Another aspect I appreciate about this podcast is Dr. Belardo's energy and enthusiasm. She brings a level of passion to each episode that is infectious and keeps listeners engaged throughout. Her ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is both entertaining and informative makes learning about nutrition enjoyable.

While there aren't many negative aspects to this podcast, one small criticism would be that some episodes may be too technical for listeners without a medical background or scientific knowledge. However, Dr. Belardo does an excellent job of breaking down complicated concepts for those less familiar with the subject matter.

In conclusion, The Nutrition Rounds Podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in improving their health through evidence-based nutrition advice. Whether you are new to the world of plant-based diets or already well-informed on the topic, this podcast offers valuable insights from experts in the field while remaining accessible and engaging for all listeners. Dr. Danielle Belardo's passion for lifestyle medicine shines through in every episode, making this podcast an invaluable resource for those seeking reliable and practical information on nutrition.

The medical tent was the first stop and the bravery, dignity, and pain of the women, children and elderly individuals seeking refuge was undeniable. On today's episode, Danielle shares her experience working at the border, updates listeners on a few of the inspiring people she met, and breaks down some of the misinformation and misconceptions about the war.      Special thanks to Marianna and Natalia, for their selfless dedication and willingness to share their story during these incredibly difficult times. Also, many thanks go out to all of the volunteers and non-profit organizations helping Ukrainian refugees and those impacted directly by the war, especially those who are unable to leave Ukraine.
