Longevity looks at a sustainable approach to training so that you can continue to train and stay healthy all the way from 15 to 85. The boys touch on how the old way of training, going in and smashing yourself through high intensity training and weights, where you're left feeling more sore than good, is not an effective way to train for a long period of time.
