The Colorado Avalanche didn't have to battle from behind Sunday night against the Buffalo Sabres, but it wasn't a walk in the park by any stretch either. A goal, followed by a power play goal thanks to an unsuccessful Buffalo challenge, separated the Avs from the Sabres, 4-1. The Avs now hold an 18 game winning streak at home, a 16 game point streak and a 10 game overall winning streak.But it wasn't all pretty.
