It is also Ask You Anything Wednesday which gives you a chance to win Def Leppard tickets. (13:46-1:18:54) Jen introduces today's Twitter poll.  What Phillies player have you been most disappointed in this season? Your options are JT Realmuto, Corey Knebel, Jeurys Familia and Nick Castellanos.  The early leader is JT Realmuto (I'm sure last night didn't help him).  The crew gives their thoughts before Tyrone heads to the phones to kick off Ask You Anything Wednesday.  Tyrone also asks the question; if a co-worker baked you a cake or pie and brought it to you at work, what would you do (if you are not single)? He also gets into some GOAT rapper talk. (1:18:57-1:28:16) Jen dives into some interesting stories outside the world of sports on “What's Brewin With Jen” to include a mint condition Back To The Future VHS selling for $75K and a $110K Disney Parks package. (1:28:19-1:45:38) Tyrone heads back to the phones to talk more top 5.  As it looks like the Phillies are going to lose to the Marlins, Garrett Stubbs hits a walk-off three run bomb to win it.  The reaction of Tyrone, Jen and Tom is awesome! (1:45:41-2:01:14) Hall of Fame Baseball writer for The Athletic Jayson Stark joins the show to share his Top 5 MLB players of all-time as well as Phillies.  He also talks about the bullpen struggles and believes JT Realmuto is playing too many games. The Brewers survived a three-game set in Philly by the skin of their teeth with a 1-0 victory on Sunday Night Baseball thanks to the best start of the year by Eric Lauer. It may have been the start of the year in the National League to this point. Lauer tossed six shutout innings with a new career-high 13 strikeouts - tying Teddy Higuera's team record for strikeouts by a lefty in a game. Despite his dominant outing, he left with a no decision. When he exited the contest, the game was still scoreless as the Brewers could not figure out Aaron Nola for the Phillies. They did figure out old friend Corey Knebel in the 9th to push across the game's only run thanks to some aggressive baserunning from Jace Peterson and a situational sac fly from Christian Yelich. There are some mind-blowing numbers from the offense's cold start, so Dom (@Dom_Cotroneo) breaks it all down and ponders if there is a strategy to help the Brewers moving forward with the bats... Check out our brand new video series, "In The Hopper" where Dom breaks down advanced stats for the Brewer roster. Welcome to Locked on MLB, the national daily podcast covering Major League Baseball as part of the Locked on Podcast Network hosted by Tommy Stokke. Today's episode looks at Bryce Harper's upcoming free agency and the thought that certain teams might not be interested in him or need him because of prospects or other players blocking him. That's funny, because no prospect is getting in the way of your team being interested in Harper. The same can be said for Manny Machado, despite his slow start to the season. Segment 1 serves as a reminder that every team will be interested in Harper and Machado this offseason. Segment 2 looks at the season debut of Adam Wainwright, who is in the final year of his contract. Some Cardinals fans weren't happy he replaced Jack Flaherty in the rotation and Wainwright's performance won't change anyone's mind. It's a bit of a sad end, if this is how it goes for Wainwright this season. We look at how Cubs fans are fortunate they won't have to go through the same process with Jake Arrieta. The final segment touches on the injury to Brewers closer Corey Knebel and how it impacts the team moving forward.  Learn more about your ad choices.
