On this episode of Best of the Bus, Travis Kelce joined The Boys on the bus during Tight End University, and it was epic. Then the interview kicked off with Travis sharing hilarious stories about getting into acting alongside Adam Sandler and how the New Heights podcast has exploded with massive guests. The conversation shifts to leadership, the reality of NFL mortality, and what it takes to become a better teammate as your career evolves. The boys joke about Jason Kelce being the favorite kid in the Kelce household and talk about how uncomfortable being in front of the camera can feel when you’re first starting out. From there, they debate whether the Chiefs got a little lucky during their Super Bowl run and what life after football might actually look like. Travis also shares a classic “Welcome to the NFL” moment involving Clay Matthews and drops the bombshell that Catching Kelce might have been the worst thing he’s ever done. The conversation gets real as he opens up about the viral spotlight around his relationship with Taylor Swift and how TEU has grown into a must-attend event for tight ends across the league. If you missed this one, make sure you give it a listen, and if you already listened, it is worth running it back with one of the biggest stars in the NFL.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Chris details his trip to Africa and his successful climb up Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. In 2026, the Chris Long Foundation celebrated 10 years of the Conquering Kili climb. The program's goal is to empower current and former athletes, military combat veterans, and clean water advocates to unite for collective impact and better communities by climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and raising funds to build sustainable water wells. Former NFLers like Jason Kelce, Steven Jackson, Rob Ninkovich and more have joined countless former service men and woman and clean water advocates in attempting to summit Kili. On this year's trip, Chris and Nate Boyer were joined by former NFLer Alejandro Villanueva and nine other climbers. Chris and Cowboy Reid recount the climb including the daunting summit night where Alejandro nearly tapped out. The boys chat with PGA Tour rising star Neal Shipley and recap a wild Sunday at the Cognizant Classic. Andy and Brendan! went LIVE on YouTube for a Victory Monday morning recording following a Ballfrogs win over Jupiter Links late Sunday night. Andy is buzzing now that the Frogs have locked up the number one seed in the TGL playoffs despite the best efforts of "Tom Sim" and Max Homa. This turned out to be a loaded weekend of pro golf with national opens across the globe and a Cognizant Classic that absolutely delivered. Shane Lowry found the water twice in "The Bear Trap," blowing a four-shot lead on the final three holes at PGA National. The Salty Boy, Nico Echavarria, came up with a birdie on the 17th to take the lead and eventually secure his third PGA Tour win. Andy and Brendan discuss Lowry's collapse and debate whether he'll find himself in another position to win on the PGA Tour any time soon. Lowry, who hasn't won a solo event in the U.S. since 2015, had a win probability of over 96% standing on the 16th tee before being the first player to hit it in the water on Sunday. Brendan gives him props for speaking to the media immediately after his round and sharing that he wanted to win in front of his daughter for the first time. Following an epic finish - and despite a poor setup at PGA National - Andy runs through the Tour's schedule and puts the Cognizant in a tier above many Signature Events and all three playoff venues this year. PJ shares an update on the yearlong "Brooks Koepka vs. Mules" contest after Koepka's first top ten finish of the season. Is the money deficit already too big for the Mules to make up? Andy and Brendan then run through results from the rest of the week, hitting on the South African Open, New Zealand Open, and the Argentina Open, where winners and top finishers earned a spot at Royal Birkdale later this year. In news, the USGA had a massive Saturday news dump in which they awarded the 2045(!!!) U.S. Open to Inverness Club in Toledo, Ohio. Who knows if this podcast will exist in 19 years, but these two midwesterners are excited for the national championship to return to America's heartland. Things wrap up with some TGL chatter recapping the first overtime match of 2026 and plenty of Jason Kelce exposure on the Worldwide Leader in Sports. After injuries cut his pro career short, former Temple star Shaun Bradley announced his retirement last Friday from the NFL. He joined us on The Scoop this week to talk about how he found peace with his decision and shared memories of his time as a single-digit linebacker with the Owls, becoming a 2020 sixth-round pick of his hometown Philadelphia Eagles, and what it meant play alongside guys like Darius Slay, Zach Baun, Fletcher Cox and Jason Kelce. Bradley shared a story about the exact moment he said he knew Jalen Hurts was destined to be the Eagles's starting quarterback, and he explained why he feels the criticism of Hurts and his former head coach Nick Sirianni is often unwarranted. Jason Kelce joins the 94 WIP Morning Show in-studio to talk about the 2025 Eagles season and how the current offseason is looking so far. He says that he is confident that the team will hire the right offensive coordinator who will do a good job next year. Rhea Hughes says that Jeff Stoutland is a well respected person within the organization so his demotion clearly meant the team thought there was a problem.
In hour 3, Jason Kelce discussed with the 94 WIP Morning Show what the Eagles need to do moving forward to bounce back from what was a failure of a 2025 season. He says that Jalen Hurts and the Eagles offense as a whole needs to evolve. He stressed that the offense they run is no longer what Nick Sirianni used to run in his days as Colts OC. He says that the passing offense has gotten progressively worse the past 3 seasons. Lastly, he says that Hurts needs to run more for the offense to be successful.
