This offseason the 49ers have paid George Kittle, Brock Purdy, and Fred Warner but will all of that money be worth it for them this season. The Tush Push might have seen it's final days, and playoff seeding could change to just the top 7 teams instead of division winners earning a home playoff game.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Journalist Ken Foxe revealed after he submitted a Freedom of Information request that it cost the Office of Public Works €335,000 to erect a bicycle shed at Leinster House. There is widespread incredulity over the amount spent. Comment line caller Helen, who’s a retired teacher, wondered about the process involved that led to such a costly spend. Helen recalls when her school sought additional resources for a child with special needs, that they had to get quotes from three different companies and had to go with the cheapest.

JP Morgan, the United States Virgin Islands and Jes Staley have been engaged in a battle royale in a courtroom in New York for months now and with the trial less than a month away, things are still cooking at a high degree.According to a new filing by Jes Staley that hit the docket and then was quickly removed, JP Morgan has already spent more than 14 million dollars in legal fees. They are looking to roll that number into the larger number that they say Staley is responsible for and JP Morgan hopes that any ruling made against them, will end up being a burden that Staley has to deal with.Staley, for his part has said that anything he did with Epstein was all part of the job and that if anyone is responsible for missing the fact that Epstein was a human trafficking monster, it was JP Morgan.(commercial at 7:02)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:JPMorgan legal fees in Jeffrey Epstein sex traffick cases revealed (cnbc.com)

Money Spent on Valentine's Day
Does money make life easier? Yes. Does money make you happier? No. Of course, there are tons of aspects of both of these questions and answers that I'm not covering haha. It's really not that simple. But the purpose of this episode is, “What if you wanted to make the holidays special without spending any money or without spending as much money…would that be possible?” ABSOLUTELY! You've likely heard this before, but the holidays should never cause you to go into debt unless that's a choice you want to make and have carefully considered. If you're using the points from the credit card and paying that credit card off, if building credit is part of your financial plan then go for it! But what if it isn't? Or what if you are cash only? What if you need to spend less? There are SO MANY options still for how to make the holidays special. You can also incorporate these things along with your usual money spending or high ticket traditions you have. There's a chance you've heard many of these-but my hope is that one or two really stand out as “I had forgotten about that one” or “We TOTALLY are doing this!” Listen in for the 8 categories where you can be very creative this holiday season. You might be surprised that this list of more actually ends up creating less. Creating a slowdown and intentionality in how you go about this season. On your terms.
