We continue and conclude our conversation with Tyler Ward, focusing on cybersecurity best practices and where organizations fall short. He does an excellent job of focusing on the problem and suggesting a solution rather than an approach that can result in finger-pointing. Prepare For Cybersecurity Best Practices The best part about Tyler's recommendations is that they make complete sense. We should all automatically assume that one of the cybersecurity best practices is education. Solving a problem will always be challenging when you lack the tools or an understanding of them. He walks us through a better definition of the problem, and then the solution smoothly and logically follows from there. Our new conversation focuses on how we can improve security awareness as Tyler Ward shares the mistake that launched his career. He starts with a cautionary tale and walks us through his progression into security and eventually into consulting. Use Experience To Improve Security Awareness While Tyler's story is a good one to teach us a lesson, there are many others. Hacks and security breaches are becoming a common occurrence. We can all do a better job of securing our systems and organizations. However, we also need to improve security awareness across our organization and families to help combat these risks at the source.

Neun neue Spieler muss Devils-Trainer Sebastian Buchwieser integrieren. Viel Erfahrung und viel Talent also.

The guys take a look under the hood and discuss which of the top 15 pitchers are going to stick and which ones are of great serprice. We are recording while the Guardians are actively losing. We talk about another rough game, give out our three stars early, and focus on why again the Angels and Guardians should be talking. Before this series, I was all about trying to add Tyler Ward, but if Jo Adell is out of the starting picture the Guardians should be trying to figure out a deal. We talk about Franmil Reyes, who was projected to be a plus hitter for this team but has hit worse than most pitchers. We talk about the fact that this is why you add a new hitting coach to help a hitter like Franmil figure things out. We get into what I like and what I hate about the lineup tonight. We talk about top college performers and why this draft looks like one of the worst ones in recent memory. There is a strong top five but after that, it's kind of a disaster. I talk about Ivan Melendez who is the top player in college baseball this year and despite his age and position, one can't look past his production. We also talk about Oregon State's Connor Hjerpe. This week's guest is Daphne Eckman. She is a solo artist from Annapolis, MD who is currently working on a full length album. I featured her first single “Cannibal” on this episode. Daphne also has a full band show this Friday the 18th at Cult Classic Brewing on Kent Island. It's an awesome venue across the bay bridge from Annapolis and is a great place to see a band if you haven't been out there yet. So if you are friends or fans of hers definitely consider snagging some tickets. In our conversation we talked about her approach to song writing, her bass player Graham Furniss, and the Annapolis scene in general. Such as former guests Skribe & Kavoossi & Rohry from Cult Classic. Definitely give Daphne a follow on the socials. She's constantly playing all over town and has a bunch of summer gigs.
