Death, the great equalizer, can sometimes arrive in the most unexpected and downright bizarre ways. There are occasions where the circumstances are so outlandish that they warrant a raised eyebrow, a shake of the head, and even a dark chuckle. Here, we delve into some of the most unusual deaths that have ever been reported. Buckle up, chumps. The Atomic Wedgie of Doom First on our list is the strange and tragic case of Brad Davis, an Oklahoma man who found himself at the intersection of sibling rivalry and homicidal rage. Brad was sentenced to 30 years in prison for killing his stepfather, Denver St. Clair, with an "atomic wedgie." Yes, you read that correctly. An atomic wedgie is a prank where the waistband of a person's underwear is pulled over their head. On that fateful day, Davis and St. Clair got into a heated argument, and in a fit of rage, Davis administered the ultimate wedgie. Tragically, the waistband cut off St. Clair's air supply, leading to his death. It's a grim reminder that pranks, no matter how juvenile or hilarious they might seem, can sometimes go disastrously wrong. The Elephant's Vengeful Return Next, we turn to a tale that seems ripped straight out of a darkly comedic horror movie. In a village in India, a woman met her untimely end at the hands (or rather, trunk) of an elephant. As if being trampled to death wasn't bizarre enough, the story takes an even stranger twist. At her funeral, the same elephant reportedly returned, stormed through the ceremony, and attacked her corpse. It's as if the elephant had a vendetta, wanting to make absolutely sure she was dead. It's hard to know whether to laugh or shudder at the surreal nature of this event. While elephants are known for their memory, this one might have taken the concept of holding a grudge to a whole new level. The Tale of Margaret Wise Brown Margaret Wise Brown, beloved author of the classic children's book "Goodnight Moon," met an end that was as unexpected as it was peculiar. While in France, Brown was hospitalized for appendicitis. After surgery, feeling quite chipper and eager to prove her recovery, she playfully kicked her leg in the air. This seemingly harmless act dislodged a blood clot, leading to her sudden death. The juxtaposition of such a joyful gesture resulting in tragedy is a poignant reminder of life's fragility. One minute you're celebrating the small victories, and the next, the rug can be pulled out from under you in the most unpredictable way. The Dublin Whiskey Fire: Cheers to the End Lastly, let's visit the Dublin Whiskey Fire of 1875, where death by alcohol poisoning took on a whole new meaning. When a fire broke out in a whiskey warehouse, thousands of barrels burst open, flooding the streets with whiskey. Instead of running away from the inferno, many Dubliners ran towards it, armed with anything that could hold the precious liquid. In the chaos that ensued, 13 people died—not from the fire or smoke inhalation, but from alcohol poisoning. It's a tragic tale with an almost slapstick twist, illustrating that sometimes, in their quest for a good time, people can go to extraordinary lengths with deadly consequences.

Original Airdate 8/02/2016 The Metal boys of summer are back with a new review, Dunsmuir! From Barvewords.com: Dunsmuir, the new project featuring Clutch singer Neil Fallon, former Black Sabbath drummer Vinny Appice, Fu Manchu bassist Brad Davis, and The Company Band guitarist Dave Bone released a new album on July 22nd, 2016. When asked about the album, Appice explains, “This album is pure simple heavy ROCK that ROCKS!”“This record is an intense collaboration of four minds all set on "destroy”, says Bone. “It's been a few years in the making and now ready to erupt. Raw and in your face, we hope you like it hot!”"Dunsmuir has given us the opportunity to explore some of our favourite heavy metal influences” adds Davis. "We strove to create something I hope will inspire a lot of head banging all over the world.”Fallon adds, "We turned out some serious metal on this record and it shreds. The concept behind the lyrics is comprised of 10 tales from the survivors of a shipwreck. What had been intended as a scientific expedition, quickly deteriorates into a struggle to survive both the natural and supernatural world.”Disclaimer: The following may contain offensive language, adult humor, and/or content that some viewers may find offensive – The views and opinions expressed by any one speaker does not explicitly or necessarily reflect or represent those of Mark Radulich or W2M Network.Mark Radulich and his wacky podcast on all the things:https://linktr.ee/markkind76alsoFB Messenger: Mark Radulich LCSWTiktok: @markradulichtwitter: @MarkRadulichInstagram: markkind76

In one of the historically poorest communities in America, thousands of people are going without clean tap water in their homes. In this episode, Brad Davis and Caitlin Ware join Heather and Joe to talk about the West Virginia water crisis, the complex issues surrounding it, and the ways coalfield communities are banding together to create contextual solutions where government and industry have failed. What shall we talk about this week? Probably not really about this comic book. How about we talk about a specific organ that is explicitly talked about in this issue? Yes, I am talking about hair.....wait....no....that is not right......I am talking about the heart. But what heart are we talking about? First of all, I will go ahead and give all credit to Wikipedia for what you are about to read. I am not that original. And I really do not want to be that creative. I think this is just more fun. Heart is an American rock band formed in 1973 in Seattle, Washington. The band evolved from previous projects led by founding members Roger Fisher (guitar) and Steve Fossen (bass guitar), including The Army (1967–1969), Hocus Pocus (1969–1970), and White Heart (1970–1973). Heart is a framework developed by Google to help the products and development teams to make decisions that serve business and user-centered. Heart is a framework for mobile design and metrics. It is an acronym that stands for happiness, engagement, adoption, retention and task success. Included by Gartner as a design approach that accommodates mobile interface issues such as partial user attention and interruption. Heart is a 1987 American sports drama film directed by James Lemmo (in his directorial debut), from a screenplay by Lemmo and Randy Jurgensen, who also produced the film. It stars Brad Davis, Jesse Doran, Steve Buscemi, Frank Adu, Sam Gray, Billy Costello, and Frances Fisher. A punch-drunk boxer is set up as an easy win for an up-and-coming young boxer in this melodrama. The highlight of the film is the performance of Steve Buscemi as the oily, mob-connected fight promoter Nicky. Eddie (Brad Davis) is the addle-brained boxer Nicky hangs out to dry for quick money. Heart of Midlothian Football Club, commonly known as Hearts, is a professional football club in Edinburgh, Scotland. The team competes in the Scottish Premiership, the top division of Scottish football. Hearts, the oldest and most successful football club in the Scottish capital, was formed in 1874, its name influenced by Walter Scott's novel The Heart of Midlothian. The club crest is based on the Heart of Midlothian mosaic on the city's Royal Mile; the team's colors are maroon and white. The Heart Nebula (also known as the Running dog nebula, IC 1805, Sharpless 2-190) is an emission nebula, 7500 light years away from Earth and located in the Perseus Arm of the Galaxy in the constellation Cassiopeia. It was discovered by William Herschel on 3 November 1787. It displays glowing ionized hydrogen gas and darker dust lanes. "Heart" is a song by English synth-pop duo Pet Shop Boys from their second studio album, Actually (1987). It was released as the album's fourth and final single on 21 March 1988 by Parlophone. The song topped the UK Singles Chart for three weeks in April 1988, becoming the duo's fourth and final chart-topper to date in the United Kingdom. Its music video was directed by Jack Bond and filmed in Yugoslavia. The group had initially written the song for Madonna, though they never asked her to record it, instead keeping it for themselves. Heart Peaks, originally known as the Heart Mountains, is a mountain massif in the Northern Interior of British Columbia, Canada. It is 90 km (56 mi) northwest of the small community of Telegraph Creek and just southwest of Callison Ranch. With a maximum elevation of 2,012 m (6,601 ft), it rises above the surrounding landscape on the Nahlin Plateau, which is part of the western Stikine Plateau. Heart Peaks has been an area of prospecting since the 1980s with the discovery of precious metals. The Heart is a 2014 realistic and medical fiction novel by the French author Maylis de Kerangal. It chronicles the events immediately following the death of 19-year-old Simon Limbres in a car accident. In particular, The Heart focuses on the transplantation of Simon's heart and how it affects those involved in the process, including Simon's parents, the physicians, the nurses, the organ transplant coordinators, the recipient, and the recipient's family, over the course of twenty-four hours. This week we were honored to have Brad Davis bring the word from Genesis 42.
Chase Young, former number two overall pick, joins the New Orleans Saints on a one-year deal worth $13 million, fully guaranteed. Excitement surrounds his arrival as he aims to contribute to the team's success and return to the playoffs. Despite a neck procedure expected to sideline him into training camp, the Saints are optimistic about his potential impact. While some concerns arise from his injury history, the signing aligns with the team's strategy and addresses a positional need. Young's presence alters the team's draft plans and signifies a commitment to winning culture and tradition in New Orleans.Shea Dixon provides insights on LSU's recruiting success, particularly in securing Tyler Miller, a highly touted offensive lineman from Mississippi. Miller's commitment adds to LSU's impressive 2025 class, which includes several top-ranked players at their positions. Brad Davis's coaching approach and local ties contribute to LSU's recruiting prowess. While offensive recruits dominate, defensive recruiting is gaining momentum with new coaching staff additions. Shay highlights potential defensive commits in the near future but suggests offensive line commitments may continue to lead the way due to positional needs and ongoing recruitment efforts.LSU gymnasts Aleah Finnegan and Konnor McClain discuss their training schedules and upcoming competitions, including the SEC Championships and potential Olympic trials. Finnegan reflects on her NIL deal with Gordon and her journey to the Olympics representing the Philippines, while McClain shares her aspirations for the US Olympic team. Both gymnasts highlight the rigorous training and the transition from collegiate to elite gymnastics. With a focus on maintaining peak performance, the LSU gymnastics team aims for success in the postseason, including a shot at the national championship.
Brad Davis and Brian Kelly are at it again as LSU adds 4 star o-lineman Tyler Miller. LSU women's basketball is a 3 seed in the NCAA tournament, and LSU men's basketball will be in the NIT.

Brian Kelly and the LSU recruiting staff have done it again!!!The Tigers have now landed commitments from four of the top five players in the state of Louisiana in the 2025 class with 4-star IOL Devin Harper announcing his plan Tuesday night to play for the purple and gold. Harper, a junior at Calvary Baptist in Shreveport, is the third ranked player in the state of Louisiana and the sixth ranked interior offensive lineman in the 2025 recruiting staff.Going into the 2024 season, LSU will have the privilege of continuity on the offensive line with four of five starters returning. However, those four starters likely will not be back in 2025. Between Will Campbell, Emery Jones, Garrett Dellinger, and Miles Frazier all likely continuing to the next level after this upcoming season, offensive line coach Brad Davis will need to rely on the young core to step up and be the future starters. Harper, along with several other players coming in the 2024 recruiting class, will be instrumental in transitioning the offensive line into the 2025 season and beyond.Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!GametimeDownload the Gametime app, create an account, and use code LOCKEDON for $20 off your first purchase.FanDuelNew customers, join today and you'll get TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS in BONUS BETS if your first bet of FIVE DOLLARS or more wins. Brad Davis is on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Front Runners and Walkers Association. Brad served in the Air Force for five years, active and three years on reserve. He served as a “para rescue“. He was what they called a PJ (parachute jumper) Their motto was “That Others May Live”. They were Air Force Special Forces . Their job was to save lives on land , sea , and in the air. He came out as gay in his early 20s and showed courage to come out to his family as well. This was the time when if you were gay, you are not allowed to stay in the Air Force. This is a powerful story dedicating his life to help others, and even forgiveness of his mother and taking care of her until she died. He and I discussed what it means to “have a voice” because some of our rights are to sliding away. All of us need a community and a voice, because if we are silent, we are invisible.
David Lee Madison developed his love for film as a very young man. At the age of five, he had already seen and loved all of the original Universal horror films. Throughout his teen years, he appeared in Neil Simon's Brighton Beach Memoirs and James Lemmo's Heart starring Brad Davis. Dave's recent work includes Emerging Past- a film he produced and in which he appears alongside his childhood idol, Stephen (Fright Night) Geoffreys, in a very funny scene.Mr. Hush, which he wrote, produced, and directed, has become a cult classic. Mr. Hush enjoyed a limited, US national theatrical run in NYC, LA, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas, northeastern PA, and Pittsburgh. It was released nationally on DVD and Blu-ray on August 7, 2012 and spent 6 weeks on Redbox's genre top 10 list. In 2012, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences requested a copy of the Mr. Hush script to be placed in the permanent core collection of the Margaret Herrick Library to be preserved forever. In 2014, Dave started a podcast/radio show titled The End of the Night. In his first 10 episodes, guests included Corey Feldman, Doug Bradley, David Naughton, Brian O'Halloran, Harrison Page, Tiffany Shepis, Fred “the Hammer” Williamson, G. Tom Mac, and Tony Moran, just to name a few.In November of 2015, Dave released his film Middle Village. Its theatrical debut was at the historic Cinemart Theater in Queens, New York.
