Esther used to believe that she can't / won't / shouldn't be a coach because what will others think / she doesn't have enough experience. Then, in a pivotal conversation, a friend said to her, "Esther, you've failed plenty of times. What are you so afraid of?" It was then that Esther realized she wasn't afraid of failure; she was afraid of success, of the change it would bring, and that she'd have to leave her comfort zone to get to the success she knew she was meant to be. Since then, Esther vowed that she would do the things that scare the crap out of her because they are the things that will make bring growth.
