Hos Real har det vært mer uro i forkant av kampen og Mourinho er på vei inn. Vi ser også på den nå sikrede 5. Champions League-plassen og kampen om denne. I Bundesliga er det kamp om den siste Champions League-plassen samt om Conference League, men det er likevel mulig at ingen tyske lag spiller Conference neste år. I kampen om kvalikplassen kan det bli et vanvittig drama i siste runde nør tre lag med like mange poeng kjemper om å unngå direkte nedrykk. Til slutt ser vi også på finalene i de europeiske turneringene og kommer med våre spådommer.

A new national fuel company has been given the go-ahead by the Commerce Commission. The merger of Gull and NPD would combine 240 sites across the country, but they would maintain their brands according to the proposal. The AA said the new entity will have greater buying power, which may ultimately lead to cheaper prices at the pump. AA's fuel spokesperson Terry Collins' spoke to Melissa Chan-Green.

It was still open when he went ashore to the nearby bar. He hit on and then assaulted a waitress. Hammer had arrived by that point and intervened, putting Lep O into a chokehold. Located within 2.5 miles of Plum Island within the Town of Southold, the island's early history is as Fort Michie, a military outpost, dating back to 1886. But our focus is more on its role as a massive wildlife sanctuary, home to the Western Hemisphere's largest Tern colony. Okay, here's a prediction for you, because there have been headlines today about petrol stations running out of fuel because of panic buying: people will panic buy petrol this weekend. Yesterday was discount day at Gull so things went a bit crazy. Gull Ōtāhuhu ran out of 95; Gull Greville Road, Gull Henderson, Gull Torbay, Gull Takanini and Gull Takapuna were also out of at least one type of fuel. Two pumps ran dry at supermarkets in Palmerston North as well. Here's my second prediction: there will be tellings-off. Cheryl from the Bay of Plenty is going to see some punter filling multiple containers and she's going to get angry about it. Actually, that's not even a prediction — because it's already happened. Cheryl went to the Gull in Whakamarama and saw a van filling up multiple large containers causing a 20-minute wait for other customers. She spoke to the media and called it unfair. Now, the thing is: panic buying is obviously not a good idea for the collective good. We've been here before with the toilet paper during COVID, haven't we? It's not a good idea for everyone as a whole — but it is a completely rational thing to do from a selfish perspective if you're just looking after yourself and your family. So you should expect people to do it. And before you tell anyone off for doing it, remember: we don't know their personal circumstances. We don't know what's made them go down to the petrol station that day to fill up their car and multiple containers. We don't know whether they're running essential generators back on the farm, whether they need to be sure they have enough fuel for the next few days. And more importantly, we don't know how tight their budgets are. You and I might be able to absorb a 30-cent rise in the price of fuel, but if someone only has a few dollars left at the end of the week, and they're driving in from Pōkeno to the city centre every day, they might not have the ability to absorb that kind of increase. They may in fact need to buy as much as they can while it's cheap. No one is to blame for what's happening at the moment. This is normal human behaviour. The media is just doing its job by reporting on the fuel increases people want to read about. The government is being as careful in its messaging as it can be. And even the punter filling up is only doing the rational thing. So what I'd say is: expect this to continue for as long as we're talking about possible shortages and price rises. Gulls are notorious for snatching french fries from waste bins and flocking to landfills. But one Western Gull's devotion to trash reached a new level with an 80-mile road trip aboard a waste transfer truck in California. The gull may have gotten trapped in the truck unintentionally, but it delivered her to 216-acres composting facility. And shortly after returning to her colony, she repeated her trek! Her official press release celebrates her work with veterans and Drug Court, touting her commitment to "second chances, rehabilitation, and redemption."What the press release doesn't mention is Delphi. Not a single word about the case that made her a household name in true crime circles worldwide.That silence is notable because Richard Allen's defense team has filed a 113-page appeal alleging that Gull's rulings systematically denied Allen his constitutional right to present a complete defense. The brief documents exclusion after exclusion: the eyewitness sketch that didn't match Allen, the forensic expert who could have challenged the bullet evidence, the audio from videos showing Allen's mental deterioration, evidence of alternative suspects with pagan ritual connections, and evidence of a bungled investigation.Meanwhile, Gull admitted a Google search conducted mid-trial to salvage the State's timeline.Allen is serving 130 years. The judge who presided over Richard Allen's murder trial just announced her retirement from the bench. Frances Gull's press release is full of praise for her Drug Court work and her belief in "second chances, rehabilitation, and redemption." Conspicuously absent from that press release is any mention of the Delphi case—the trial that made her internationally known and is now under appellate review for alleged constitutional violations.Richard Allen was convicted and sentenced to 130 years. But the 113-page appellant's brief filed last month tells a different story than the one the jury heard—because according to the defense, the jury was prevented from hearing critical evidence at every turn.Gull excluded the composite sketch of Bridge Guy that looked nothing like Allen. She excluded a forensic metallurgist with nearly 300 cases of expert testimony who could have challenged the bullet evidence. She forced the defense to mute the audio on videos showing Allen's psychotic break in solitary confinement. She excluded evidence of alternative suspects connected to pagan rituals, the victim, and the crime scene location. She excluded evidence that investigators recorded over interviews and ignored credible tips.What did she let in? A Google search the State's witness conducted during trial to explain away defense evidence.The pattern documented in the appeal is stark. Ruling after ruling went against the defense. Great Black-backed Gulls have a reputation as serious predators of other birds like puffins, grebes, and songbirds as big as a grackle. Just over a century ago, these birds were nearly wiped out by feather hunters and egg collectors.
