To model przywództwa oparty na empatii, współpracy i przejrzystości. Łączy w sobie elementy przywództwa empatycznego, transformacyjnego i dzielonego. Jej zainteresowania naukowe koncentrują się na kulturze cyfrowej, badaniach nad dźwiękiem, sztuce mediów, e-literaturze, humanistyce ekologicznej i posthumanizmie. Aktywność naukową łączy z działalnością artystyczną oraz ekologiczną. Justyna Stasiowska – queerowa ślązaczka zajmująca się teorią poprzez dźwięk występując w roli kompozytorki, artystki dźwięku, sound designerki oraz publikując w czasopismach naukowych i muzycznych. Występowała na festiwalach Sanatorium Dźwieku (PL), Phonon (CZ), Canti Spazializzati (PL), Control Room (PL). Tworzy również sound design dla działań performatywnych, architektonicznych, filmowych oraz teatralnych.

1984 stößt eine Schülergruppe aus Witten-Annen bei einer Klassenfahrt nach Bayern in der KZ-Gedenkstätte Dachau auf Spuren ihrer eigenen Heimatstadt. Ein KZ? In Witten? Ja. Die Recherche eröffnet eine verdrängte lokale NS-Geschichte: Über 700 Zwangsarbeiter wurden 1944/45 im Annener Gussstahlwerk ausgebeutet, mindestens 30 Männer kamen ums Leben. Wieder zurück, stoßen die Schüler:innen einen beispielhaften Prozess an, in dem nicht nur das Außenlager einen dauerhaften Platz im Wittener Gedenken findet, sondern auch eine frühe Erforschung eines Zwangsarbeitslagers und eine der ersten archäologischen Ausgrabung eines Ortes der nationalsozialistischen Gewaltherrschaft stehen. Zwei ehemalige Schüler:innen des Jahrgangs 1984, Sabine Kline-Rehbein und Jörg Marciniak, berichten in dieser Folge von ihren Erlebnissen. Im Interview spricht der Archäologe Manuel Zeiler über die Entwicklung der Erforschung von NS-Zwangsarbeitslagern, seine eigenen Erfahrungen und die Herausforderungen moderner Archäologie im Umgang mit jüngerer Geschichte, einschließlich rechtlicher Fragen und wissenschaftlicher Besonderheiten.
