Michaell Magrutsche is an Austrian/Californian multidisciplinary artist, awareness/creativity educator, speaker, and author of five books related to art. He is an advocate for helping understand neurodiversity. Michaell's dyslexia and dysgraphia (hand-eye coordination) forced him to develop an awareness of seeing the world purely from a human perspective. Creating art completed his awareness of what it is to be human, our habitat nature, and how to be the steward for OUR habitat and the next generations. Michaell's talent is recognizing awareness to seed a new consciousness that allows us to unveil the untapped superpowers of human limitlessness, art/creativity, healthy discourse, and adaptability to make all humans fit within our human tapestry. As a child, Michaell's dyslexia and dysgraphia (hand-eye coordination) he could only navigate in very few systems. Michaell was forced to find his salvation in art. Interacting and creating art outside of systems helped him feel humane and got him through life.  Michaell is completely self-taught. Art allowed him to experience life with other humans and five books later Michaell produced with Robert Evans and became a City Arts Commissioner. He discovered that creating art is humans' greatest inherent superpower, followed by healthy dialogue and adaptability. These superpowers are applicable to everything from creativity, leadership, business, education, relationships, and what else humans focus on. Michaell keeps unveiling the limitations of all man-made systems like technology, science, economy, and generalized knowledge to change systems to be more human-adaptable instead of humans keep forcing themselves to be system adaptive. This work raises our human potential instead of making us blinder and ignoring our human worth for system values. We are wasting too much life force and energy on system navigation to achieve limited system value. Michaell's mission is to show us something very different. We are in an unconsciousness crisis. We don't see that all our ever-growing (financial principles)creations led us to a pivotal point of diminishing returns.   Today, we have such an overabundance of goods and services that we have become incapable of consuming. We all keep creating and marketing but besides money we don't even have the time to sort through them, let alone the time to use or consume all those offerings that we all keep creating more and more of.   Time has become humans' most valuable thing, not money and systems that we give our life force to function. Work and tinkering can enrich our human experience to live more fulfilled lives but we unconsciously deprive ourselves of living a human life through systems, our metaverse. This is why we have to become conscious. Humans have relinquished so much to systems, which demand more systems and more system work that our passion for human tinkering/creating has become work for money and now work to survive. Michaell's truth compass is our humans' limitlessness and nature's sense of balance. The awareness and wisdom of this focus continuously reveal our eternal knowledge of humankind and the recognition of our human potential. That's why there is nothing more to do but to be aware and become conscious. Understand what it means to be human, our habitat nature, and how to be the steward for OUR habitat and the next generations. When conscious, change will happen automatically. His interview will challenge and inspire you to become the best YOU that you can be for YOURSELF. “We could heal the world and others by being the best YOU that each can be for YOURSELF to contribute with each uniqueness seamlessly to the whole of humanity.”

Our discussion with Michaell Magrutsche transitions into the area of work balance and whether more productivity really leads to more happiness. The whole concept of working faster and better does not seem to be leading us to worthy results. We are not seeing vast amounts of free time and instead often are chained to our desk of phone. The promise of freedom has become more chains. Return To The Focus Of Work Balance That is where we have to go back to square one and look at the "why" of our systems and solutions.  There should be a reason for every system and it should help the humans on the other end. We can not simply build solutions that are faster or cleaner or even easier to use if they do not help humans. The focus must be on moving the ball forward in the attempt to allow humans more time to be human and not just a faster cog in the machine. About Michaell He is an Austrian-Californian multimedia Artist. During his journey, he became a creativity-awareness educator through experience-based outside-the-box upbringing that he was forced into by his neurodiversity. He is a self-taught, author of 5 books, podcaster, speaker, guide, former Newport Beach CA Arts-Commissioner and co-produced with Robert Evans. Fluent in German and English. His ability is seeing hidden contexts which allows him to resolve paradoxes and arrive at awareness solutions in leadership, hospitality, customer service, communication, success vs. fulfillment and any form of creativity and culture. He separates each problem/solution in human and system relevancy, which allows all participants/host/listeners to become aware and align needs. Without creativity there are no man-made systems, there would be no world as we know it. He discovers patterns within art/creativity that foster creative communication and identify art-values outside of any art-product. This perspective of looking at creativity this way brings humanity together, shows its limitlessness and raises our human potential. He discovered that there are three inherent human-superpowers that we all should be aware of: Creativity Healthy Dialogue Adaptability All systems need to be adapted to this strategy because without humans there is no need for systems. Humans and living beings and nature must be THE PRIORITY to keep raising OUR human potential instead of wasting our lifeforce with man-made systems (therein lies heaven on earth.) We start a new interview and delve in to the topic of human based systems. This topic is one that should be a common one as AI grows. Our discussion with Michaell Magrutsche goes a bit off the beaten path as we look at the road less traveled. This journey leads into examining what makes a system useful and a focus on why we should build one in the first place. The Basis For Human Based Systems This is going to shock you, but humans are the most common user of a system. However, there is a rise in non-human systems as we build more and more complex integrations that go on behind the scenes and general automations. The Holy Grail of systems is one that is perfect for the average person and also easy to adopt for automation. That attempt to server to very different users is likely going to continue to be a challenge in UX and product design for a while longer. Here is his biography; I became a creativity-awareness educator through my experience-based outside-the-box upbringing that I was forced into, through my neurodiversity. I am totally self-taught, author of 5 books, podcaster, speaker, guide, former Newport Beach CA Arts-Commissioner and co-produced with Robert Evans. Fluent in German and English. My ability is that I can see hidden contexts which allows me to resolve paradoxes and together we arrive at awareness solutions in leadership, hospitality, customer service, communication, success vs. fulfillment and obviously any form of creativity and culture. I separate each problem/solution in human and system relevancy, which allows all participants/host/listeners to become aware and align needs. Without creativity there are no man-made systems, there would be no world as we know it. I discover patterns within art/creativity that foster creative communication and identify art-values outside of any art-product. This perspective of looking at creativity this way brings humanity together, shows its limitlessness and raises our human potential. I discovered that there are three inherent human-superpowers that we all should be aware of: 1. Creativity, 2. Healthy Dialogue and 3. Adaptability. All systems need to be adapted to this strategy because without humans there is no need for systems. Humans and living beings and nature must be THE PRIORITY to keep raising OUR human potential instead of wasting our life force with man-made systems (therein lies heaven on earth.) Using Art Creation to Make Man-Made Systems Human Adaptive to Lift our Human-Potential Michaell Magrutsche, Austrian/Californian multidisciplinary artist, creativity-awareness educator, speaker, and author. He works on raising awareness of our limitless human potential and comprehending wisdom. Michaell is an advocate for helping understand neurodiversity. Michaell's dyslexia and dysgraphia forced him to develop an awareness of seeing the world purely from a human perspective. Creating art completed his awareness of what it is to be human-relevant vs system-relevant. Michaell's talent is recognizing context due to his neurodiversity to seed a new consciousness that allows us to unveil the untapped superpowers of human limitlessness, art/creativity, healthy discourse, and adaptability to make all humans fit within our human tapestry. Because Michaell has been a sick child also dyslexic and has dysgraphia (hand-eye coordination) he could only navigate in very few systems. Michaell was forced to find his salvation in art. Interacting with others outside of systems and creating art helped him feel humane and got him through life. Michaell is completely self-taught. Art allowed him to experience life with other humans and 5 books later, Michaell produced with Robert Evans and became a City Arts Commissioner, etc., etc. Michaell discovered that creating (art) is humans' greatest inherent superpower, followed by healthy dialogue and adaptability. These superpowers are applicable to everything from Creativity, Leadership, Business, Education, Relationships and all else humans focus on. Systems versus Humans: Today, Michaell keeps unveiling the limitations of all man-made systems like technology, science, and the economy that work with generalized knowledge. With 8 billion unique people, each with different DNA and fingerprints systems have become rigid and outdated. The main issue is that we have to adapt to systems increasingly and it has become too much life force we sacrifice to keep systems running. Since we are the Gods of man-made systems we can adapt them to our human individuality instead of us forcing ourselves to be system adaptive. This work will finally raise our human potential instead of making us blind and ignore our human worth for system values and keep repeating history. Michaell's mission is to show us something very different. We are in an unconsciousness crisis. We don't see that all our ever-growing (financial principles) creations led us to a pivotal point of diminishing returns. Today, we have such an overabundance of goods and services that we have become incapable of consuming them. Everyone keeps creating and marketing their goods and services and besides lack of money, we don't even have the time to sort out what's best for us and use or consume all those offerings. Time has become humanity's most valuable thing, not money, and systems that we give our life force to function. Work and tinkering can enrich our human experience to live more fulfilled lives but we unconsciously deprive ourselves of living a human life through systems, our metaverse. This is why we have to become conscious. More about Michaell at https://michaellm.com/ Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

We are back for another great interview on our podcast on how to unlock your world of creativity. Our guest today joins us on our around-the-world journey where we talk to creative practitioners about how they get inspired and how they organize ideas. And most of all, how they gain the confidence and the connections to launch their work out into the world. Our guest Michaell Magrutsche is an Austrian/Californian multimedia artist (painting, writing, music, film) and art adviser. Who recognizes many similarities that showed up in each art form. His passion is to discover patterns that reveal hidden functions in art. He is known to specialize in using his findings to elevate the exposure of art and foster clearer communication between all involved in the Arts.  Today we have a conversation about the starving artist, a topic that is well illuminated in his last book, The Smart of Art: A New Art Consciousness To Awaken Our Enthusiasm For Art. A book he wrote because of the insane phenomenon that 95% of all artists worldwide exist around the poverty line. We talk about reclaiming artists' value and their passion and how a lot of creatives undervalue themselves and their work as well. In our conversation, we discover that artists have never defined their value. When you go to other professionals, they can tell you exactly why you're paying $3,000 for their work but an artist has no idea how to value his masterpiece. Because the value of art is ultimately mostly assessed through the foreign system of capitalism and economy where other values are the rule. There is little incentive for the economy to make art a tangible system. The market decides the value of an art piece when an artist creates a piece of art. In our talk, we realize that we know the art market, but we don't know art itself. As art is perceived today, it can no longer reveal its properties and true values because its ultimate evaluation is always tied to success, money, and fame. This is a huge misunderstanding since the art itself is where the value is. That's the purity of creativity is in art His top tips to artists so that they are not categorized as starving artists are: Artists have to compartmentalize the magical process of creating. Because this is where they grow and get instant feedback on their creations. An artist has to disengage when they are done with their creation. Although that is a  hard thing for artists. They can't disengage because the experience of creation was so magical They need to learn to detach after being done with the magic of creation. After they have milked the moment and they are now saturated. They can give the painting to the market so that their art can be pieced accordingly. If they cannot detach themselves then they need to get an expert, a businessman gallerist, or a manager is usually the best because they are detached. Because your attachment to your creation as an artist blinds and blurs, the sales. If we knew more about creativity and art, we would know that as a creator one can abide but never submit to the creation of ourselves such as economy or technology. It always and only can lead to self-destruction if we try to submit to a system we created. Nature and humans are the most advanced systems on this planet. Therefore, AI is ultimately nothing more than human frailty on steroids because the data stems from human imperfection. And therefore what the observation of art does is it pushes you into humanity and that's magic. In conclusion, agree that  we shouldn't be able to name art & poverty in the same breath.Michaell educates us that art is the language of wisdom and that we should get in touch with our wisdom. He invites artists to create art without bothering about the market. And he reminds them to milk the process because there is not a spiritual discipline stronger than the one experienced during the creation of art. Which is a way to keep in touch with your wisdom. That's why he...

Michael Magrutsche  is a creativity/art researcher that looks for art/creativity's true values outside of any system.  He believes art and creativity raise the awareness of our limitless human potential instead of instilling limitations with man-made systems. He believes humans need something very different right now because we are in a consciousness-crisis. There is nothing more to do but to become conscious- to become the best YOU and therefore become limitlessness. Understand how to use man-made systems adequately for WE are the priority. Humans relinquish their potential to man-made systems like technology, economy, religion, etc.Why do we feel incompetent to talk about art? Because art becomes trapped by the system.Michaell is an Austrian-Californian multimedia Artist, educator, author of 5 art-related books, podcaster, coach, creative advisor and former Newport Beach CA arts commissioner. Find him at MICHAELLM.com His podcasts are 30 seconds long with nuggets of wisdom for the day.
