     We've all been there: we're juggling too many tasks, we're exhausted, and we feel highly stressed. This stress is causing us to be unhealthy, and being unhealthy is only making us more stressed. It's a never-ending cycle. According to this Forbes article,  half of the women they interviewed felt burned out by all the tasks they were juggling between home and work. They also felt exhausted and highly stressed. WebMD has an entire page dedicated the to symptoms of stress such as headache, fatigue, stomach issues, frequent colds, and chest pain.At some point, the stress causes us to be unhealthy and being unhealthy makes us more vulnerable to being stressed. After my second full burn out episode, I decided to make a change in my life. Actually, one small change at a time.   Because of my own experience, I was really excited to speak to my special guest today is Maja Miller, who has been the woman who has been successful in all the ways believe success should look like.
