Send us a textToday I have my friend “Bob” Desroches he refers to himself as J. Robert Desroches (Bob) is a native of Dracut, Massachusetts, and has been involved in the Catholic Charismatic renewal since September of 1992. After a life changing experience that occurred at the annual Catholic Charismatic Conference held in Lowell, Massachusetts, on September 27, 1992, Bob has become a committed Christian. He was involved in his own Parish community as a lector and Eucharist minister. He served as a pastoral leader at his home Parish prayer group and was also part of other prayer groups that he attended on a weekly basis. Bob is a gifted speaker and teacher and has given leadership training to groups, teaching them the basics of a Catholic Charismatic Prayer meeting. He has given weekend seminars on all the gifts of the Holy Spirit to individual prayer groups. He is still involved with a Charismatic Prayer group in Florida that he attends every week, teaching the members all about a “Life in the Spirit Seminar,” followed by the gifts of the Holy Spirit.Bob's first book was You'll Never Be Alone, the second was My Journey with the Spirit, the third was Why Be Charismatic?, and the fourth is Miracles Do Happen. His next book will be Scripture Quotes: The Key to Life. He is always willing to share his testimony to whomever cares to listen. The witness of his conversion is a powerful form of evangelization and brings hope to many people. When he witnesses his inner conversion, it is done in the “Spirit of Faith.”Remember to reach out to your doctor prior to getting sober. Be sure to connect with Busy Living Sober! Patreon: https://patreon.com/busylivingsoberpodcast?utm_medium=unknown&utm_source=join_link&utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator&utm_content=copyLinkFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/busylivingsoberpodcast Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/busylivingsober YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@elizabethchance  TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@busylivingsoberwithec X/Twitter: https://twitter.com/BusyLivingSober   Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/elizabethlchance/busy-living-sober/     LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/elizabethchance/ Sign up for email updates: http://eepurl.com/iDtRnw  elizabeth@elizabethchance.comTo reach Bob:Email: jrdesroches@aol.comTo purchase his books:https://a.co/d/hpWvPqr https://a.co/d/bhcocWRhttps://a.co/d/2MAZju5Thanks for listening! Always remember, you're not alone! I Have Heard Your Prayers And Seen Your TearsIsaiah 38:5 “Go and tell Hezekiah, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will add fifteen years to your life.”I thought I would take a minute at the beginning of this episode to explain how I get the scripture verses that I use at the beginning of each episode.  Every Thursday I attend a Catholic Charismatic prayer group.  During our meetings we begin with a 5-10 minute teaching, then we go into praise and worship.  Then we go into speaking in tongues and quiet time where we are silent and listen for anything the Lord wants to share with us, often times that will include scripture verses.  I use the scripture verses from these meetings as I figure if God is sharing them with us, they are probably good ones to share with you.  This morning, however, I am leading prayer group and I did not want to use a scripture verse that had just been used at the meetings.  So, I prayed this morning that God would give me a verse.  Now I have been part of this group for 3-4 years now.  Every week God shows up and shares with us.  And yet, I am constantly surprised when he does.  Or maybe I'm not surprised He shows up, but how He shows up.  This morning I was not sure how I would know what scripture to use.  I thought I would maybe just open the Bible and pick one, or maybe one from my scripture writing would jump out at me.  I was unclear and if I am honest, I am not sure I fully believed that God would show me what scripture to use.  Then, right before I finished my prayer time the words Isaiah 38:5 flashed in my mind.  It was as if it was written in the air.  I could see it plain as day.  This has never happened to me before.  God has spoken to me, but not that plainly.I share this story with you because I want you to know that God is there for you.  He hears your prayers.  Just as it says in Isaiah 38:5 “‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will add fifteen years to your life.”  Sometimes we wonder if God is really listening.  When I read this verse this morning my first thought was of a friend of mine.  She is really struggling right now and I felt like God was talking to her when He said “I have heard your prayers and seen your tears.”  Then I got to thinking and I actually have several friends that are struggling right now.  Struggling with some really difficult issues. For all of you that are struggling right now, I want you to know that you are not alone.  Life is difficult for so many people right now.  On top of all that we went through over this past year, you have had added levels of difficulty.  I am so sorry that life has been so hard.  We have had many difficulties this past year as well.  Remote learning was a challenge.  The isolation from friends was really tough on our oldest son.  It has been a crazy year.  And yet, I can see God was with me through all of it.  What if you can't see that?  What if you don't know where God was in all of it?  You can be someone who loves God, someone who has a close relationship with God, and also you can question where God is and what his plan is.  King David was anointed, he had a very close relationship with God, and yet even He questioned God.  In Psalm 13:1-3 “How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?  How long will you hide your face from me?  How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart?  How long will my enemy triumph over me?”  Have you had these thoughts before?  Have you, or are you going through something, and you are wondering how long you have to endure the suffering before God will save you, before He will answer your prayers? If this is you first, I want to let you know that this is okay.  Sometimes we can make our pain worse because on top of the pain of the situation, we feel guilty because we are questioning the Lord, or we are mad at the Lord.  Sometimes our minds say things like, “If I were a good christian I would just trust God,” or “I've had a relationship with the Lord a long time, I shouldn't be worried, or questioning.”  God can handle our questioning and our anger.  He is strong enough for anything you have for Him.  He wants you to turn to Him in times of need.  You are not the only person angry with God and questioning how long you will have to suffer.  Trust me, there are many people in the same boat.  Please let the guilt go.  Please do not judge yourself for questioning.   David questioned often,  just read the psalms and you will see just how often, and yet God chose David's lineage to bring forth the savior of the world.  Second, I want you to know that this scripture verse is for you.  God wants to talk directly to you right now when he says “I have heard your prayers, and seen your tears.”  He is there with you, even when you can't see Him or feel Him.  He is there every moment of your life.  I know it is a struggle sometimes, many times, to understand why you had to go through some of the things you had to go through.  I know that the not knowing, is sometimes the hardest part.  I want to assure you that things will get better.  I don't know how and I don't know when.  I do know that God wants ridiculously good things for you.  It says in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”  God will get you through these difficult times and there will be great times on the other side of this hardship.  Just hang on.  Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will make it through this hard time.I would like to give you two things that may help get you through this difficult time.  First, is from the same psalm that I read from earlier.  In Psalm 13 David was questioning the Lord and asking how long he was going to have to suffer. Then he ended the Psalm with verses 5-6 “But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation.  I will sing the Lord's praise, for he has been good to me.”  David does question the Lord, and then he turns back to praising the Lord.  Praising the Lord in a difficult time can really be helpful in getting out of that difficult time quicker.  Now, I can already hear some of you saying, “but what if I am struggling to trust in God's unfailing love?,” or “What if I don't know what to say?” This is ok, God knows this.  When I struggle to believe in something I go to Mark 9:24, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”Sometimes we get to a place where we can't pray.  Has this happened to you?  If so I want you to know you are in good company.  I am not sure if you know this or not, but Mother Teresa had this happen to her.  She was so close to the Lord, she was doing His work every single day and yet she went through really long, like several years long, dry spells where she could not pray.  She would enter into her prayer time and nothing would come.  The enemy has a way of making us feel like we are the only one that these things happen to and that we are awful people because of it.  I just want you to know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.  I think that is part of the reason why God raises up Saints.  I think we usually put them on pedestals and when we do I think we are missing the point.  I think the Saints are actually to show us very real people that are not perfect, they made mistakes, in some cases big mistakes, and yet still were capable of carrying out God's work.  God does not use perfect people.  He takes broken, imperfect people and makes them perfect through His grace.  I think the Saints are showcasing God's redemption.  If you read about the saints you will quickly take them off the pedestal and you will be able to see parts of yourself in them.  If God could turn their lives around so completely, He could do it for all of us.The second thing is to read scripture.  If you are going through a difficult time and you are questioning if God is there, reading scripture can be helpful.  Seeing how God has shown up for others in the past can help you see how He may show up for you.  If you struggle to trust in the Lord, read passages that talk about God's faithfulness.  If you struggle to believe God loves you read passages on God's love.  I have recently learned of something called scripture writing.  I had no idea what this was.  Well, obviously I could deduct what it meant, but I didn't know how to do it.  How do you know what scripture to write?  How much to write?  I had several questions.  The truth is, there is no one way to do it. The point is to familiarize yourself with scripture and you remember things better when you write them down.  However, I like when things have directions that I can follow.  So, if you are like me, here is what I do.  I go online and google scripture writing plans.  There will be tons of images that come up.  Most of them have a theme, so I pick one that I feel is resonating with me for that month.  One month I picked Be Bold, another month I picked Repentance & Renewal.  Then the plan tells you which verses to write each day, it is usually just a verse or two.  I just got a notebook and each day I write the verse for the day.  It has been really great and I enjoy those 5-10 minutes with the Lord.  If you are struggling right now, maybe give scripture writing or praising the Lord a try and see how you feel afterwards.  If you are not sure you would know what to say for praising the Lord, you could always listen to christian music and let the artists praise for you.  If you are not sure what to pray, you can pray the scriptures.  The Book of Psalms is also a great place to go for praising the Lord.  If you feel like you can't praise the Lord in your circumstances, you can borrow David's praises.  You will get through this hard time.  God is with you!  You are not alone.  He may let you fall, but He will be there to catch you and put you back on even stronger ground.  You are amazing and God loves you more than you will ever know.Dear Heavenly Father, I ask that you be with everyone listening to this today.  I ask that you let them see where you are in all of this.  Lord, sometimes we don't understand your plan or why we have to go through the hard times. We ask that you bless us with a supernatural trust in you.  We ask that you help us to feel you in those really hard times.  Lord, we ask that you fortify us with strength and protect us when we are weak.  Lord, some of us are going through so really difficult times and can't see the way out.  I ask that you shine a light on each step of the way and fill us with assurance that you are there and are leading us out.  Lord I thank you for being strong enough to handle our questions and our anger.  I thank you for your mercy that when we are angry with you or questions where you are you do not get angry with us.  I thank you for the graces you give us to each and every day.  Lord we love you and are constantly amazed by you.  Father, we ask all of this in accordance with your will and in Jesus's holy name. What are the dangers of not having an exorcist in the diocese? Does a priest have to want to be an exorcist to be appointed as one? Could the bishop tell or recommend to a priest to study to become an exorcist? What kind of training would that entail? Would you ever consider becoming, or have you ever wanted to become, an exorcist? Do you have any suggestions of saints who can intercede or special prayers for those afflicted with anxiety? Faction Cannot Prevail (8)   (audio)   David Eells – 8/2/23  Impostor Seducer Anonymous – 7/25/23 (David's notes in red)  I dreamed this man came over leading another man and around 4 women that came and sat in the lake with us. (The lake represented peoples as in scripture in Revelations.) The leader man sat next to David and was acting to David as if he was best friends and acting so very friendly. (Kevin C. Rea did act this way. He was always an impostor seducing people to think he was a good person. For years he fell into every faction that came by to prove he was not.)  As soon as I looked in the leader man's eyes, I saw demons of sexual lust and perversion. (The dreams of our men and women especially, proved this and they were fulfilled in his actions, but we treated him with love and did our best to help him change.)   His “personality” was like a salesperson that has much self-confidence and uses flattery and nice words to trick people to like him and to listen to him. He was that kind of person. (Yes, this is Kevin, he is selling himself as someone he isn't, but the dreamer did not know him and when witchcraft and perversion was added to him because of this he used it to seduce women and a man.) I didn't feel I could trust him at all, and he didn't seem genuine, but it was like he had many faces that he would hide behind. (But this man was the type of man that many people were attracted to because of his false “qualities” which were just acting.)   David and Michael were genuine and kind to this man like they are with everyone, but they seemed to be weary also. (True) The leader man just talked so much as if he was with the UBM and as if he was really important and he had much pride. It was made known that the man with him was a close friend of his and he constantly stayed next to him shoulder to shoulder agreeing with everything he said. (This is Eddie Brast.) It seemed like he was in love with him. (This is true. He believed every lie Kevin told him and dreams and actions proved this was a bisexual relationship. The leader always hung out and spoke to the factious bisexuals and homosexuals from earlier factions.) But the 4 women had just met these guys at the lake.   The leader man then went and got these printed papers and they were stapled together. He handed out one each to all of us except Michael and David. I quickly skimmed through it, and it was basically all these pictures and words trying to convince the reader that this leader man is an awesome man and if you follow him and be friends with him, he will give you whatever you want or desire. But everything in there was highly sugar coated and naturally it looked innocent and good but what was really behind it was evil.  (He is controlled by seducing acting demons and witchcraft. He is putting on a show.) I overheard the 4-women saying they love it and a few of them desperately desired a husband and they thought they would get a husband from this. They thought everything would be perfect and they literally fell in love with this man just from reading these things. (This is a spirit of seduction and lust that he put on the women.)   I knew this whole thing was wrong and it was like a scam, so I went and asked this leader man a bunch of innocent questions relating to this book thing. All I did was ask questions, but his own answers basically exposed himself and his evil corrupt intentions. His evil was brought into the light from his own words in front of everyone there. He was then embarrassed about his sins being exposed in front of Michael and David and he told the others to follow him, and he quickly left without saying goodbye. (This is exactly what happened when he was revealed to our body.) The other man and the 4-women left with him. So, it was just us with Michael and David again. They were amazed that the man exposed himself and it confirmed the actions that the rumors had said about him. I then understood that that was the man the other Brethren were warning us about.       Word   Anonymous 7/29/23  A word from the Lord, "Eve is to experience this path and trial. This is a teaching to help her learn and overcome. Much of the path taken is to show in a real demonstration of how vile this faction spirit is. Not only for her and her children, but for others who know and see where and what she has, and is currently going through.   The release and final conclusion where she will be able to come back, will occur. This will be the removal of Kevin and Eddie. (note: I then saw them both falling to the ground, while clutching their chests, as having a fatal heart attack. It was like a red lightning bolt went through them both at the same time. I know it was an Arch Angel, sent with power and authority, unstoppable might!) (The bolt of lightning could be the sign of judgement from God, but the physical death could be caused by the clot shot or the same poison in chemtrails, which often takes out the heart. I say this because we have other dreams about Eddie dying from snake poison coming upon him. This has been administered by clot shot and from chemtrails.)  It is here, Eve will be able to walk free from shackles and torment. Only from the final conclusive event that will occur. Pray for all of their souls. Do not rejoice. Have sorrow for all. I'm in suffering for each of them.   My dearest David, for you, I am with you in the physical and spirit. I know you anguish and desire for her and all the captives to be set free. Yet, this is a purification process for each. For you, especially, to trust Me implicitly and absolutely without any holding onto or second guessing. Have you any other options but My decision? It will come to pass and the time and understanding on what ensued it, not thought about. We will all celebrate together. Be assured completely. I have made a way."      Freeing The Children Of God   Anonymous 2021 (David's notes in red)  I dreamt that I was standing in the lounge room of a man's house that I didn't know. The house was on a big property, and it had a large driveway and there was much space between the entrance of the property and the house. (This is representing the house of the satanists who have God's people captive.) Behind the house was a yard but behind that was all bush like a national park. The whole property was fenced.  (Representing captivity) I went inside the house to get something, although I don't know what, and there were two men and a woman that lived there. (This is Kevin, Eddie and Eve in the spiritual house.) One man was the only one here right now and he went into a separate room to grab the item I was here for. (They were there for the children of God that were seduced with their slander and witchcraft holding them in captivity.)   I sensed something not right in the spirit about this place. I looked around the room and I saw what looked like a red cupboard door behind me. I walked over to it and opened it and I saw a yellow slide that went around in a circle leading down to the basement. (Yellow represents danger, hidden beneath the surface of their seductive smiles was captivity.) I slid down on the slide and landed in the basement where there were around a hundred children all crowded together. (Representing the children of God held captive by their demons.) There was barely any room between them, and they were all different ages (Spiritually speaking) from babies to young teenagers, boys and girls.   They didn't know who I was, and they never said anything to me but I knew this was wrong. I just felt in my spirit that these children didn't belong to these people, and they had been kidnaped and used for evil. I picked up two of the young children and I told the other children to pick up younger children and I told them to all follow me and I will take them away from this place.   There was a window that led out of the basement, and I opened it and helped all the children get out of it. (The window could represent the “open window to heaven” that we have to the Father's throne of grace.) I was surprised that the children hadn't gone out the window themselves or tried to escape. To my shock when all the children were led out, they were all just standing there. I had expected them to have run off away from this place and to be rejoicing in their freedom. (The faction uses satanic brainwashing, slandering the righteous, telling them lies, mind control, manipulation, fear and threats to keep them in bondage.)   I told them all to follow me as quickly as they can and to run to the gate. Many toddler boys ran ahead of me towards the gate, some children walked or ran around me but many were still behind me. I kept encouraging all the children to keep walking as fast as they can and kept telling them that they will be going to a better place.  (I am sure much of this will be done through warfare and prayers of faith.) It was a long walk to get to the front gate. As I walked, I turned around and I could still see the house, I saw the two men and the woman standing on the deck and they were watching all of us. I thought they would run after us, but I heard them calling out to the children to come back. (Through witchcraft curses.)   Some of the children seemed to be confused whether to listen to me or the people back at the house. Some of the children were hesitant and stopped walking and I looked behind and asked them to keep walking and they didn't have to go back to that evil. A few of them looked at me but then turned back and walked to the house. (There is much confusion operating through the faction. These are spirits put on them through brainwashing, and confusion to keep them in captivity.)   I was still carrying babies and trying to encourage all the children to keep running towards the gate and not to look back. I was always calm and speaking in a gentle loving tone and I felt so much love for all of these children and I really wanted to protect them and get them to a safe place. However, so many more of them turned back and I was so confused about why they would want to go back. Maybe because they were not delivered from those spirits, and they were afraid to go somewhere they didn't know.   All the children, including the teens always had a neutral facial expression. They never said anything, and they didn't do anything without being told. (They are like a calf at a new gate.) They wouldn't climb out the window and walk to the gate unless I told them, it was like they couldn't do anything by their own will, but only by being instructed by someone else. (This is due to captivity to Kevin's ruling demons over their individual demons. They are lifeless, with a lack of love. We must continue to pray against the faction and their witchcraft, casting down all their plans of evil devices and curses over God's children. We must cast out witchcraft, voodoo, faction, criticism, lust, slander, and suspicion, demons from them. Distance does not matter.)   And they didn't go back to the house until they heard the voice from the people telling them to come back. It was very strange. (They have been conditioned and controlled with satanic ritual abuse and deception of slander.)   I just kept moving and encouraging the children to all keep walking and it was an easy walk to the gate. It was a little distance but there was nothing in the way. When we almost got to the gate I looked up to the sky and it was night, but I could see so many stars. But a giant strong wind started all around us and up above there were items flying around. I saw chairs and household items, leaves and many other random things flying high up in the sky from the strong winds and it felt as if a cyclone was close. (This could represent the war in the heavenlies as we do spiritual warfare against the enemy commanding the release of those in captivity. But satan and the faction have already been defeated for the elect's sake! We need to continue to sing praises to God and rejoice in the release of all those being held captive in deception!)   I told the children to all go through the gate, but I looked around and saw all the teenagers walking or running back to the house. I called out to them to please not go back because they don't deserve that evil. They didn't even look at me but kept going back to the house. (The older we are in the Lord the more responsible we are to go against our flesh, which is totally against their mindset. Also teenagers are more affected by the lure of sexual sins going on in this cult.) Most of the children that stayed with me and went through the gate were young babies around 5 years of age and some a little older. (Jesus said except you become as a child you will not enter the Kingdom of heaven.)  We all then went through the gate and were all safe, but the majority of the children all went back to the house. (We were told that only a third of those who went into faction would return. These are the elect. Mat 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer the little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of the heavens.   Isa 49:25 But thus saith Jehovah, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered; for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.)   (This reminded me of the song: Enemy's Camp where we are to take back what the enemy stole from The Kingdom of Heaven.)   (An evil alliance of spiritual Edomites have come together to persecute Christians here and overseas. They will all go down as the Lord comes to judge them.)     Satanists Join Together to Murder Christians  The Catholic satanists with the help of JW spies have just bombed a funeral party in the Middle East killing Christians because they were converting people from their cult and eternal death.  Our first nasty email from a Catholic enforcer, probably a Jesuit, blamed their stabbing of our brethren to death, who did not resist them, on me because my books speak only the Bible truth and deliver their people from hell. So, he said they would do a black mass to kill me, which is witchcraft.  We just received the second nasty email from an enforcer of the Catholic religion bragging on the deaths in the Middle East and speaking of our own deaths in the local body very particularly.   The information could only have come from our satanist faction, who is guilty of those deaths by witchcraft, headed by Kevin C. Rea who hacks our phones and email and stalks our women. He uses witchcraft, voodoo, and faction to overcome the minds of our women so he can violate them. A practice common to satanists.   These two satanist groups have many things in common historically. They hate the scriptures and those who publish them. They both take advantage of women sexually and sacrifice children. In our case their children were sacrificed to bisexuality, satanism, and generally antichristian behavior, full of witchcraft and faction.  Operation Disclosure reported that the Alliance arrested many of the Cardinals and others, who were then tried and executed for molesting and sacrificing children. We were told the current pope is a look alike because he was prosecuted for the same thing and executed.  One search of the internet brings up the historic murder of multitudes of Christians by the Catholic Church. On the first page of the search there comes up these articles from which I briefly quote. Anyone can go to the same articles and many more to understand the full scope of these slaughters throughout their history.      How Many People Has the Catholic Church Killed?  https://churchreaders.com/how-many-people-has-the-catholic-church-killed/   “The Catholic Church is one of the most notorious and deadliest organizations in history. It has killed an estimated 1.2 billion people over its history, making it responsible for more deaths than any other institution. In addition to its murderous legacy, the Church has been accused of sexually abusing children and women for centuries.” (Note: This does not include all of the children of these murdered Christians who would have grown up to be Christians.)      Did the Roman Catholic Church Actually Persecute and Kill Other Christians?  https://www.christianforums.com/  Many today don't believe that the Roman Catholic church actually persecuted and killed other Christians and yet the record is clear it did.  Read on at this link to see the fuller story of the slaughter of multitudes of Christians by the Catholic Hierarchy:  “the Albigensians   the Bezirs   the Cathars   The Waldensians  The Spanish Inquisition   Hussites  Spanish Netherlands   Huguenots  30 years' war against the Protestants  This does not include the persecution and killing of the Jews … Jews were enslaved, their property confiscated, and their children forcibly baptized. … When the Crusades began, thousands of Jews were slaughtered all through Europe as they marched to the Holy Land … Jews were exterminated by them in England, Spain, France, Poland, Germany, Bavaria, Austria, etc.   ISIS/ISIL Muslim fanatics have nothing on the persecution of Christians by the Roman Catholic Church.”       Did Catholics Kill Christians?  https://www.answers.com/  “Unfortunately, yes. The Catholic Church was prepared to kill members of any Christian group that threated their monopoly on power. The bloodiest example was the slaughter of the Cathars, a Gnostic Christian sect in southern France during the Middle Ages.  In 1099, the First Crusade, established under papal authority, took Jerusalem and massacred the population, regardless of whether Muslim, Jewish or Christian, saying that God could decide their fate in the next life. The People's Crusade of 1096 attacked the Hungarian city of Semlin and burnt Belgrade, before being escorted across the Bosporus by Byzantine guides…  It is well known that the Catholic Church instituted a pogrom against those accused of witchcraft, eventually resulting in the torture and execution of thousands of innocent women. (These demons like the enforcers always accuse the Christians of doing what they themselves are doing.)  At first this could at least be justified by the superstition of the time. Gradually the inquisitions degenerated to the point that women were accused and executed so that their wealth could be seized, while in other cases they were allowed to go free in return for handing over property or for sexual favors. This is one of the saddest chapters in Catholic history.” (It seems they have graduated to molesting and sacrificing babies more today.)  The Catholic Church is A large part of the Harlot of Babylon. She is A mother of the harlot religions born from her, which are the traditional apostate protestant religions. The apple didn't fall far from the tree.  Rev 17:1-6 And there came one of the seven angels that had the seven bowls, and spake with me, saying, Come hither, I will show thee the judgment of the great harlot that sitteth upon many waters; (I.e. Many peoples tribes and tongues. She is a harlot because she receives the seed of the world instead of Jesus.) 2 with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and they that dwell in the earth were made drunken with the wine of her fornication. (The political types always cater to the masses of duped religions.) 3 And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness: and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet-colored beast (The one world political beast), full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.   4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, (Her favorite colors) and decked with gold and precious stone and pearls (Rich beyond her needs, while her people starve.), having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations, even the unclean things of her fornication, (She will be and do anything you want if it pleases her flesh) 5 and upon her forehead a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF THE HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. (She brought forth the harlot churches) 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints (She has murdered multitudes to hold her evil position), and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. (We have buried some of her martyred saints and of course it's our fault to them. Duh) And when I saw her, I wondered with a great wonder.  Rev 18:1-3 After these things I saw another angel coming down out of heaven, having great authority; and the earth was lightened with his glory. 2 And he cried with a mighty voice, saying, Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great, and is become a habitation of demons, and a hold of every unclean spirit, and a hold of every unclean and hateful bird. 3 For by the wine of the wrath of her fornication all the nations are fallen; and the kings of the earth committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth waxed rich by the power of her wantonness.  23 and the light of a lamp shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the princes of the earth; for with thy sorcery were all the nations deceived. 24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all that have been slain upon the earth.   Rev 19:1-3 After these things I heard as it were a great voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, Hallelujah; Salvation, and glory, and power, belong to our God: 2 for true and righteous are his judgments; for he hath judged the great harlot, her that corrupted the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his servants at her hand. 3 And a second time they say, Hallelujah. And her smoke goeth up for ever and ever.  And now our satanist faction has joined with them and will receive of her plagues. They too are guilty of the blood of the saints.  I was raised a Catholic but left in my teen years. When I and my wife were later saved and started reading the Bible, we realized that we had been completely lied to about God. And that none of the people I knew in Catholicism knew, “You must be born again” and I witnessed that they were not by nature. It was a huge deception to keep people from the truth. My wife was almost a nun in her last year of training when she asked God if she was to come back the next year. He told her clearly “Get out of here and never come back”.   After she was saved and learned about the deception, she decided to go to a Catholic study to ask questions. When She brought up some of the history, the priest told her to “leave the skeletons in the closet.” If the root is rotten so is the tree.  She was dating two people at the time; one had studied to be a priest and then there was me who was to her a pagan :o) so she asked the Lord which one she would marry. To her shock He said, “David”. So, then she said, “Well you will have to save him” so He did, but not how she had expected. :o)  There is an exception to the rule in Catholicism. Some of the Catholic Charismatics are saved and filled with the Holy Spirit who is leading the elect out of the false traditions of men. My Mom was a catholic because she had that religious spirit connected to it. So being weak to the weak I took her to a Catholic Charismatic meeting and a nun in full habit locked eyes on her and came to ask her if she could speak with her in another room and she agreed so I went along. That nun was in disguise and preached the gospel to her straight as an arrow. LOL. It wasn't long after that, that she was reading the testimony books on my bookshelf. PTL!  Anyway, the Catholics murder of some of our missionaries will have some good effects.     Vision of Middle East Brethren Maturity   Anonymous 7/28/23  I saw the Brethren in the middle east with extraordinary faith, and with no doubt hindering them, and knowing their power and authority in Christ, and knowing the Word spiritually and applying it.   They had Faith that the enemy can't even touch them, because they know the price paid and Who lives in them.   I saw demons trembling, because of the Faith they had, and because Jesus was manifested through them. It was not just their enemies trembling, but also the spirits in all those around them. They were in fear of Jesus in them, because He was so strong in them.   No weapon formed against them would prosper, and because they knew it is true, and they knew satan is under their feet, with no doubt.   The enemies' power will be taken away and given to the Brethren in full while on Earth.   While writing this down, the following came to me:  "I have a perfect purpose for the circumstances that have been happening with the Brethren in the Middle East. I Am teaching them many things and there is a great witness of My Truth through all of this. (I felt this witness was not just the Brethren but also their enemies and others seeing and knowing about it.)  Soon, great Faith will be poured out and manifested through them, and they will be strong in Spirit and My Word will be manifested and applied, and there will be greater miracles and power than you all expect."      Vision of Brethren Going To Be With Jesus  Anonymous 7/27/23  I saw a part of Heaven, and there were fields, and the grass was greener than any green in the physical. Everything else however, was like gold but in different colors, and it was all light.   Jesus was standing there looking behind me, and His giant arms were stretched out wide so welcoming and as if waiting for a hug.   I turned behind me, and saw numerous people; women, children and many men walking towards Jesus. They were looking around in extreme awe and joy and their skin and form were perfect, no blemishes or anything, they were perfect and whole.   There was no more evil, no more curse or suffering, only joy. They knew they were home. They were only fully Jesus now and they were greeted and welcomed, and Jesus was the most joyful that they were now there with Him, one with and in Him. It was as if Jesus had waited forever for that moment of them coming to Him. It felt as if Jesus' heart towards them all, "good and faithful servants". But they were each so unique and special and Jesus needed each of them and that each individual was so greatly treasured and precious and loved and needed to be with Him.   I then felt they are all one in Christ now and all our Brethren but Jesus, and the Father the most, are awaiting for us to be 100% reunited with them.      Enemies Turning to Jesus   Anonymous 7/30/23   As I was in a state of being half awake and half asleep when I saw a man who was one of the leaders of the false Christian killers in the Middle East. This man was very influential, and everyone looked to him, and he had zeal for the “Christianity” he believed in, but he was ruthless.   I saw God open his eyes to see the Truth of the Word and he truly repented for all the evil he had done, and God completely changed him. He was sharing the Truth with the others that looked up to him in the false Christianity religion and some were so awed and shocked at this man's big change, and I knew they would see The Real Truth too.   I saw there were others who were so angry and filled with such hatred, but by God changing this leader, he became an incredible witness to all those who were under him and looked up to him.   I knew that this was going to happen. It was so awesome and amazing to see. I was then reminded of Saul/Paul and how Jesus woke him up to the Truth. He had killed many followers of Jesus, just like this man had and that he will come to the Truth too.

Revival fever has broken out across America, so much so that Hell-bound Hollywood is singing its praises. But what exactly type of ‘revival' is it, and who is doing the reviving? According to your King James Bible, and given where we are on the end times timeline, the chances are pretty good that this is the false end times revival of the coming Antichrist who is bringing signs, miracles and wonders with him. Wait, what? You mean to tell me you didn't know the Bible warns about that? Yeah, I guess you won't hear about that on the latest episode of ‘The Chosen', will you? On this episode of the NTEB Prophecy News Podcast, a number of powerful forces are all converging at the same time, seemingly united in the same purpose, that being the outpouring of a spirit. What what spirit? You have the Asbury Revival which is still growing, you have the amazingly coincidental release of the movie ‘Jesus Revolution', you have Emergent Church leaders supporting it, and you have the Catholic Church joining up with it. Brother, that's a lot of moving parts, but wait, there's more. You also have the opening of the Abrahamic Family House, headquarters for the One World Religion of Chrislam, and you have a little something called Catholic Charismatic Renewal. Did you know that Asbury University offers a ‘daily eucharist' 5 days a week at Noon? What's that, you say? It's the ‘special sauce' behind all of these events taking place before your very eyes right now. On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, we trace the Asbury Outpouring back to Mother Rome, show you the vast amounts of money and power behind it, and prove beyond the shadow of any doubt that this is the end times deception the Bible warns you about.

The Roman Catholic Charismatic Movement is a movement within the church of Rome that has seduced many Christian churches into joining hands with them. I am a former Roman Catholic myself who was part of that charismatic part of the church for a short while along with my wife Cathy. When we were truly born again of the Spirit, and justified by FAITH in Jesus Christ we left that church as quickly as we could. Do not be fooled, folks. The Catholic Charismatic movement is still 100 percent Roman Catholic! In fact, you can say that it is Roman Catholicism on steroids!

Praying In The SpirtRomans 8:26-27 “In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God.”Praying in tongues is something that I have always found strange.  My dad has been involved in a Catholic Charismatic prayer group ever since I was little. However, it was not part of our everyday life.  I attended a group once for a few minutes as I was there for a different reason.  It turned out the thing I was there for was in another room.  While I was there I remember thinking that I had no idea what was going on.  Everyone was praying out loud, all at the same time.  I grew up in the Catholic Church and I was not used to spontaneous praise of our Lord.  We prayed in church out loud, but we all prayed the prescribed prayers from the order of Mass book.  In this meeting everyone was saying different things and all at the same time.  I have come to learn that what they were doing was praising the Lord.  They were all expressing out loud how grateful they are to the Lord and praising His holy name.  Now that I am adult and understand better what it is they were doing.  I have joined a Catholic Charismatic group and have come to love the various parts of a prayer meeting.  Today I would like to talk about talking in tongues.  I think this is something that many people do not understand.  However, since the verse above talks about it, I would like to explain my understanding about it.  I think if more people understood what it is and that it is from the scripture, then it may make it seem less weird.  I remember when I first started to look at this differently was when I was at a Catholic women's conference.  The speaker was talking about how she had always prayed for the gifts of the Holy Spirit, but that she always add, “except for the gift of tongues. That one just freaks me out.”  She was a counselor at the time and she worked some really difficult cases.  She had this one client, a young teenage boy, that got right in her face and screamed at her.  She felt scared at that moment and decided she needed more of whatever God had to offer if she was going to help all the people she wanted to help.  So, what is the gift of tongues anyway?  This is when the Holy Spirit speaks to God directly through our voice.  It is not usually a language that anyone else can understand.  For instance, the verse above says that “the Holy Spirit intercedes for us through wordless groans.”  You, the person speaking in tongues, does not even know what you are saying.”  I love how the verse says,, “And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God's people in accordance with the will of God.”  The Holy Spirit knows what we want and what the will of God is.  He can pray for what we want in a way that it will align with the will of God.  I find this truly amazing.Do you ever feel like you don't know what to pray for?  You know you need prayers, but things are such that you have no idea how to pray.  You can see pros and cons to both sides and you are not sure which is actually best for you.  Or, you child is in trouble and you love your child with all your heart.  You don't want them to be in trouble and at the same time you do want them to learn that actions have consequences.  Maybe you have lost someone and you don't know what to do about that.  You feel like God has let you down and you don't know what to say to Him.  There can be so many examples of times when you are not sure what to pray.  I heard about a deacon who was approached after church one week by a woman.  This woman told him that her husband of 20 years had just left her for another woman that he worked with.  He just left her and the kids all of the sudden.  The deacon was speechless.  He had no idea what to say to this woman or what to pray for.  It is hard to know what someone needs when there is so much going on.  The deacon asked the woman in she would mind if he prayed in the spirit (another way to say pray in tongues) over her.  She agreed.  He told her that he was going to pray over her in the Spirit for 3 minutes.  After he did, she said thank you and went home.  The next week after church, she went up to him all excited and said that she felt so much better.  She said she didn't know what he said to God but over the week she had this overwhelming feeling of forgiveness for her husband.  Now, he hadn't asked for forgiveness, he was still with the other woman, and she was still sad and upset, but she had forgiven him.  She was so amazed that she asked the deacon if he would pray in the spirit for 3 minutes for her husband.  Remember, this is one week later.  Can you imagine having the level of forgiveness in one week that you want someone to pray for your husband who just left you?  The deacon agreed.  The following week the husband came back to the wife.  He said that he had no idea what he was doing.  He did not want to be with the other woman.  He told his wife that he knew she probably couldn't forgive him, but if she could he really wanted to come home.  The thing is, she had already forgiven him.  Because she had already forgiven him, she was able to hear him when he apologized and asked for forgiveness.  It all worked out.  Can you imagine 3 minutes of praying in the Spirit two separate times and this family was reunited.  The Lord is that powerful.  Praying in the Spirit is that powerful.  Hopefully this has helped take some of the weirdness out of praying in the Spirit.  I love praying in the spirit for several reasons.  First, I don't have to know what to say.  It takes the pressure off of me to know the right words or the right thing to ask for.  Second, the Holy Spirit knows my heart and prays according to God's will.  Imagine being able to pray for God's will.  I mean we can pray for God's will to be done, but the Spirit can pray specifically for what God's will is.  He see's into parts of our heart that we can't see.  We may be praying for a relationship to last when He knows in our heart that God doesn't want us with that person and if we could be honest with ourselves, neither do we.  The third reason is because no one knows what you are praying for when you pray in the spirit.  That conversation is strictly between and the Holy Spirit and God.  And if it is only between you and God then that means even the devil doesn't know what you are praying for.  I feel like if the devil doesn't know what I am praying for then it is harder for him to mess it up.  It is hard for him to make his move when he doesn't know what I want or how I am going to get it.  Maybe that is part of the reason God reveals things to us one step at a time.  If the devil knows everything about our lives and were we are headed, he has plenty of time to mess it up.  He can plan his strategy and play the long game.  If he is just learning things one step at a time like we are, then he always on the defensive.  I have no idea if that last part I just said is true.  I know the devil can't understand prayer when praying in the spirit.  I don't know if the devil has anything to do with why God reveals things slowly.  It was just something that came to mind when typing this and it seems to make sense to me.  God is a mystery and He always will be.  I have spent this whole episode explaining what “praying in tongues” or “praying in the Spirit” is and why it is important.  If you are interested in learning more about how you can get the gift of praying in tongues you could go online and get more information.  I will also put my email address in the show notes.  I would be happy to talk more about it and answer any questions.  We all have the Holy Spirit living inside of us.  We have the gift of tongues inside of us as well.  I will put a link to a video in the show notes that you can watch if you are interested.  There are three things that are required for you to pray in tongues.  You must ask for the gift.  God is not going to impart this gift on someone that does not want it.  If you want it, it is available to you. The second is that you must believe that you can receive it.  St. Agustine's quote is powerful here. ““Faith is to believe what you do not yet see; the reward for this faith is to see what you believe.”  Before you receive the gift you have to have faith that you will receive it.  Third, you have to surrender your vocal chords.  You have to surrender your ego of looking or sounding strange.  You have to just start talking in sounds that don't make sense to you.  Almost like when you talk to a baby.  You know how when you talk to a baby you make sounds like “goo goo gaa gaa.”  Do something similar.  There is no correct way to pray in tongues.  No two people sound exactly the same.  It doesn't matter the sounds you are making.  What matters is that you are handing over control of your sounds to the Holy Spirt.  You don't have to do this in front of others. You could practice in the car, or in the shower.  I promise you, if you want to pray in the Spirit, God wants you to.  He is willing to give you the gift, all you need to do is step out in faith and surrender.  Dear Heavenly Father, I pray that you bless all those listening to this episode today.  Lord we pray that you search our heart.  If we want the gift of tongues we pray that you give us the courage to ask and the courage to turn over control to the Holy Spirit.  Lord, we love you and we know that you are amazing.  The fact that you give us a way to communicate our desires as they align with your will is extraordinary.  You have thought of everything.  We appreciate that when we don't have the words the Holy Spirit can search our heart and speak on our behalf.  Lord, I ask that you grant all those that are listening a supernatural understanding of “praying in tongues.”  I pray that they heard this episode with an open mind and an open heart.  Lord, we pray all of this in accordance with your will and in Jesus holy name, Amen.My Email is Catherine@findingtruenorthcoaching.comVideo:https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=encounter+tv+speaking+in+tongues

The Roman Catholic Charismatic Movement is a segment of the RC Church that is known for it's livelier praise and worship but it is still Roman Catholic to the very core. They are still under the same Pope, they pray the same rosary, they go to the same Catholic Mass, they still believe in Purgatory and many other Catholic things. The bottom line is that they are still 100% Roman Catholic. In this video I bring forth another warning concerning this religious system.

I Have Heard Your Prayers And Seen Your TearsIsaiah 38:5 “Go and tell Hezekiah, ‘This is what the Lord, the God of your father David, says: I have heard your prayer and seen your tears; I will add fifteen years to your life.” I thought I would take a minute at the beginning of this episode to explain how I get the scripture verses that I use at the beginning of each episode. God has spoken to me, but not that plainly. I share this story with you because I want you to know that God is there for you. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will make it through this hard time. I would like to give you two things that may help get you through this difficult time. When I struggle to believe in something I go to Mark 9:24, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” Sometimes we get to a place where we can't pray. If God could turn their lives around so completely, He could do it for all of us. The second thing is to read scripture. You are amazing and God loves you more than you will ever know. Dear Heavenly Father, I ask that you be with everyone listening to this today. Amen

*The talk is a bit rambling, as it was recorded while I was traveling. Apologies for any confusion or difficulty in listening.* In 1967, students and faculty at a weekend retreat at Duquesne University in Pennsylvania experienced what they believed was a movement of the Holy Spirit, which led them to embrace what they called "baptism in the Holy Spirit," a form of spirituality and devotion previously found in Pentecostal Christianity. Since the late 60s, the Catholic Charismatics have made up a growing but controversial part of the global Catholic Church. This installment of Controversies in Church History discusses the historical origins and theology of the Catholic Charismatic movement within the Catholic Church, and discuss why it has sometimes become an object of controversy. This week, the Senate is holding confirmation hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, President Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court. After Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg died last month, with less than two months before Election Day, Trump nominated Coney Barrett to replace her on the bench. The proceedings have been contentious. After Antonin Scalia died in 2015, Republican Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell refused to hold a vote or hold confirmation hearings after President Obama nominated Merrick Garland to the seat more than a year before the election. Their decision to move forward with this nomination has provoked charges of hypocrisy. In addition, Coney Barrett’s relationship with her Catholic-Charismatic community, People of Praise, has drawn scrutiny as critics have asked what type of authority this group might have over her judicial decisions. Given Coney Barrett’s rise, this week on Quick to Listen, we wanted to talk about the state of Christian legal world with Kim Colby, who has worked for Christian Legal Society’s Center for Law and Religious Freedom since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1981. Colby has represented religious groups in several appellate cases, including two cases heard by the United States Supreme Court. She has filed numerous amicus briefs in federal and state courts. She was also involved in the congressional passage of the Equal Access Act in 1984. Colby joined global media manager Morgan Lee and editorial director Ted Olsen to discuss what she makes of Coney Barrett’s participation in her intentional Christian community, what it’s like being a woman in the Christian legal community, and what unites and divides Catholics and Protestants together in this world. How to Develop a Parish Evangelization Plan: 8 Things to Consider

Dave “The Dutch Shnauzer” VanVickle and I (Michael “Gomer” Gormley), tell you how to start catalyzing parish evangelization and how not to make the kinds of mistakes we made when we were but young, eager, parish evangelization greenhorns. Snippet from the Show This is not the time for good priests, good bishops, and good Catholics; it is a time for heroic priests, heroic bishops, and heroic Catholics. Shownotes Listener Feedback from Amanda Last week I met with a local parish priest to talk about the possibility of creating an evangelization position at his parish. I'm a former campus missionary (Brew City Catholic, I think Gomer spoke at one of our annual conferences!) and Father wanted to invite me to help him convince his parish and finance councils that creating a dedicated Director of Evangelization position would benefit the parish. In order to do this, he asked if I'd be able to develop something like a 5 year plan. As soon as I left that meeting I searched "Parish evangelization podcasts" which is how I came across the two of you! In the past week, you've become my favorite podcast. I love the practicals! My question for you is this: where should I start? Do you have any resources that I could explore as I begin to develop this plan? My "Step One" as it were is simply to start an intercessory prayer group, but I'm rather intimidated by what is a very daunting task. If we succeed in convincing the council that this position is worth it, I would in fact be the only full time person on staff. Our religious education program is through a different parish. It would be the pastor and I starting almost essentially from scratch. This is a vague request, but I appreciate any wisdom you can share! 8 Things to Consider When Developing a Parish Evangelization Plan ADULTS NEED CONVERSION: Most Catholic parish employees and volunteers do not think adult Catholics need evangelization, but they desperately do. Evangelicals convert adults. They target adults and they get them. We don’t because we just make assumptions about faith and conversion. STUDY OF EVANGELIZATION: Your parish council and finance council needs to understand the Church’s vision of evangelization and Catholic discipleship. You need to study the heck out of this so it becomes second-nature to you and you can educate the staff, the councils, and any key stakeholders. START AT THE END OF CHRISTIAN DISCIPLESHIP: List the qualities of a Catholic disciple in your parish. What are the different aspects of following Christ that matter most. Then ask yourself, “What do we currently offer and what new things need to come into being that will lead people to this end goal of discipleship?” THE PITCH NEEDS A TIMELINE: Your councils want practicals. Your case becomes stronger when you offer a timeline and your strategic initiatives to them to consider. SOW THE SEEDLINGS YOUR FIRST YEAR: Councils want to see the sizzle, “What are you offering us now?” They want to see where the money goes quickly, but you need the time to build up discipleship. So, create seedling programs that are short and sweet that will perhaps later be developed into full-blown ministries or processes. This demonstrates your are building something and you take away their anxiety. THE FORMALIZED GOAL OF ONE-ON-ONE MINISTRY: Part of my job is meeting one-on-one with people and working with them. Start with the classes and funnel them down to the small group. From the small group, try to connect with them one-on-one. Also, the people in the office and the pastor and the councils and any other stakeholders need to see that meeting one-on-one is an essential part of your ministry. Others will gossip incessantly that you aren’t doing your job because you aren’t in your office. But meeting with people is your job. PARTNER WITH ALREADY EXISTING MINISTRIES: The lowest hanging fruit is partnering with the ministries and groups that already exist at your parish. Your job will be to change the culture toward evangelization, constantly holding evangelization up to them and showing them how central it is to the Catholic life. Offer retreats, days of reflection, brief talks, testimonies, whatever it takes to these groups to spread the gospel. TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE PARISH’S CULTURE: Do not, for the love of Christ, try to put a round peg in a square hole. Understand your parish’s culture and specific ministries’ cultures before you start imposing your approach onto them. Realize culture is expressed through things like schedules and priorities at the parish. Do your best to work within the culture to change the culture, but don’t think you'll be successful if you blindly start throwing things around. Nothing will stick. Nothing will change, unless you’re patient! Five Practical Takeaways 1. Pray for the Councils who will make these decisions. And listeners, let’s all pray a Hail Mary right now for Amanda, her pastor, and her parish. 2. Meet regularly with a group of like-minded people in the parish to pray and discuss the missionary nature of the Church and the parish. 3. Come up with your top three essential tasks of a director of evangelization and email them to us. We will figure out what to do with them. 4. List five things besides going to Mass that makes someone a practicing Catholic. Do something daring for the gospel. Join us as we speak with Ellen Chaksil. Ellen Chaksil began receiving messages from God after her initiation into a Catholic Charismatic prayer group. Nearly 30 years ago, the words, "When they are threatened with the loss of all this, only then will they turn to Me," sprang into Ellen's consciousness. She had a vision of chaos surrounding the steps of the Vatican's St. Peter's Basilica. She felt instinctively that humanity was threatened and she needed to share what she experienced with church officials.
