We end our limited crossover marathon with our friends over at 80's TV Ladies to coincide with their look at the Nine to Five TV show with a Dolly Parton lead musical whose title gives away what you're getting yourself into almost immediately, The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. 80s TV Ladies' Susan Lambert Hatem joins the show to talk the original stageplay, Parton and Reynolds chemistry, and how it's aged.Starring Dolly Parton and Burt Reynolds, the two play a brothel owner and local sheriff who get embroiled in a match of tug of war between an attention-hungry tv host and vain politicians who are attempting to close the titular whorehouse down. It's a wild ride that works at times but struggles with its sexual and identity politics. We continue our limited crossover marathon with our friends over at 80's TV Ladies to coincide with their look at the Nine to Five TV show with an ensemble film that features two-thirds of 9 to 5's cast along with two more heavy-hitting actresses: 80 for Brady. 80's TV Ladies Sharon Johnson and Susan Lambert Hatem join the show to talk all about a film that's way better than it has any right to be.Starring Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Sally Fields, and Rita Moreno, the four play a real-life group of women who bond over their shared love of Tom Brady and make it a point to be at the 2017 Super Bowl in Houston. From one mishap to another, it's a comedy in the vein of The Hangover but with more heart and a whole lot more Guy Fieri. We all have the OTPs of every show we watch whether we mean to or not. And with that we have pairs that should have never even thought about stepping into that box. Some couples on this list a more disliked then others but all disliked one and the same. In this episode, I give facts but mostly opinion on some tv show couples that really should not have gotten together let alone stayed together. It just didn't work and it will never work in my eyes. On this episode of Mind The Mess, we start with the age old question, should fans be in a sports hall of fame? Yes, you know you've always thought about dedicating a bed room to a team and buy season tickets, but a very wealthy man in Canada took it to the next level. He literally got inducted into the NBA Hall of Fame. How? We discuss. Then where does Julio end up? Is he a top 5 receiver anymore? Would he help the Cardinals? Why all the questions? I honestly don't know, but we answer all of the ones we just talked about. Plus we talk Aaron Rodgers dance moves. Then the biggest news of the week includes a Food Network star who now makes more money than Aaron Donals annually. He's got spiky hair and his name is what you call a male human. Any guesses? Well one more clue, he likes his show names in threes. You'll understand. But the best part about talking about the man is he leads us into our Starting Five! That's right Starting Five TV Personalities and KEB honestly still doesn't understand....you'll get it. It's fund folks, enjoy!

Sip, listeners!? Hope you are ready for fun because this episode is a blast. As usual we talk about what we've been watching including our thoughts on Doom Patrol AND Umbrella Academy seasons 2.We also cover the TV & movie news that caught our attention over the past week. Randy gets excited for the Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 + 2 demo, we continue to follow the struggle of AMC Theatres, and there appears to be many horror movies set to hit the streaming services in the near-ish future. Don't forget the weekly #SnyderWatch news and more. What makes this episode particularly fun, though? We all kept it conversational and hit on a BUNCH of things we hadn't planned on. And it was great. Remember Alien Nation? We do. How is that relevant? No clue but we decided to talk about the 90s sci-fi franchise that spanned a feature film, TV series, and FIVE TV movies. Also, YouTube podcasters, Hollywood's villain “problem”, the new Saved by the Bell series trailer, beaver butt gland juice, and more. People, this episode of Mind The Mess has so much NFL Draft, that I thought that's all we were going to talk about. But anyways, we start with the future MVP Jameis Winston joining the Saints, who also signed Taysom Hill to two more years. PLUS they drafted a "Taysom Hill-like" QB in the draft, so it sounds like Sean Payton wants to keep options open once Brees peaces out. But then, dude, we talked about how the virtual draft was just different. Goodell talking to screens of people who couldn't hear him. People obviously violating the 10 person gathering rule. And super uncomfortable looking couches. So much draft. Then Tony breaks down the Eagles draft while RJ tells it how it is for the Packers. So much draft. Then we transition into everyones favorite new segment, Starting Five. This week KEB decided to draft our TV Shows/Channels that we grew up on and that's where the reminiscing started. So many great shows and channels that shaped how these 3 men were raised. Then in our Questions That Matter, we play would you rather. Would you rather get hit by a Randy Johnson pitch, tackled by Ray Lewis or punched in the face by Floyd Mayweather Jr.. What would you pick? Plus KEB adds more would you rather questions which leads to everything horrible that happened in Medium T's childhood. Please join and please enjoy this latest episode of Mind The Mess.

This week on Wrestling Omakase we hit a double dose of action from across the Atlantic! John is joined by returning guest Quinlan to talk two big shows from the same day, starting with NJPW Royal Quest live from London. Hear their thoughts on a rocky live stream experience from FIVE TV marring what seemed like a good undercard, another pretty whatever IWGP Tag Team Title match, a NEVER title match that was going great until it suddenly wasn't, and finally two awesome main events that really saved the show. Once that's out of the way they turn their attention to AEW's second PPV and fourth show overall, All Out from Chicago. They run down the entire nearly 5-hour show including a women's casino battle royale that was much better than the first, a tag match that reminded them why they don't really like a lot of US indies, a fun main card opener, Omega-PAC which they (perhap unsurprisingly) had very different viewpoints on, an absolute car crash of a 3-way, The Dark Order still not working out super well, a good joshi match that had to fight a dead crowd, Cody-Spears with a surprising finish, another Young Bucks ladder match where it looked like people were going to die, and finally a surprisingly great main event with the JUDAS IN MY MIND. A fun show talking two big wrestling cards, this week! Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Born in January of 1980, Chris first began his journey in the Martial Arts aged 8. Inspired, as many were at the time, by the movie 'The Karate Kid', Chris joined the local Taekwondo school in his home town of Balby in Doncaster. He enjoyed the high energy kicking style associated with Olympic Taekwondo, although unfortunately the school had to close forcing Chris to look at other options to continue his training. In the mid to late 90's Chris switchted to the ITF style of Taekwondo. Around the same time he discovered the work of Jackie Chan, quickly amassing a large collection of VHS tapes, Chris would spend hours trying to emulate the moves of his new found hero. He began recording his training and sharing the footage online via Martial Arts based internet forums. It was there that UK director and producer Steve Lawson first spotted Chris and offered him his first job in 2000 on a short film shot for a TV show. The following year, Chris was invited to perform as part of the 'Rising Dragon' Martial Arts team at the Royal Variety Performance. To perform for the Queen was a huge honour! Following on from this, Chris worked many UK productions such as 'Left 4 Dead', Insiders', 'The Purifiers' and 'Displaced' before landing his first job as Fight Choreographer on 2005 release 'Soul Searcher' Shortly after completing work on Soul Searcher, Chris was asked to Choreograph a fight scene on the award winning 'Love Struck' as well as playing a small acting role in the movie 'The Silencer'. This gave Chris the opportunity to work with talented fight peformers and actors such as Joey Ansah, Christian Howard & Glen Salvage. He also gained valuable set time working with a vastly experienced crew and production team. Around the same time, Chris gained experience working on live TV as well as appearing on the popular BBC TV show 'Prank Patrol', he also travelled to Norway to act as Fight Choreographer on the live action adaptation of comicbook 'Smasher'. Earlier, in mid 2004, Chris gained experience working on the SONY PSP release 'Pursuit Force' as well as working on the Five TV series 'Combat Club' before returning to film Screen Fighting a year or two later in the UK production 'Underground'. In the late 2000's Chris worked in China on 'Blood: The Last Vampire', the UK TV series 'Star Hyke' as well as the movies 'Ten Dead men' and 'Bodyguard: A new beginning'. In 2009, Chris decided to take time away to spend time with his family and develop his Martial Arts Academy. 2013 saw a return to action as Fight Choreographer on the multiple award winning 'DOG' as well as working most recently as a screen fighter and choreographer on the films 'Vengeance', 'Wendy' and 'Essex Heist'.
