Centralnym punktem odniesienia są dostrzegane przez rozmówców Frąckowskiego zmiany jakie zaszły w miejscowościach położonych wzdłuż DK 92 po otwarciu nowego odcinka autostrady w grudniu 2011 roku. Słyszalne są zarówno głosy rozgoryczenia oraz nadziei, jak i obojętności wobec tej potężnej inwestycji w infrastrukturę drogową, która posiada potencjał poprawy lokalnej sytuacji ekonomicznej. Wielkim rozczarowaniem mieszkańców jest nieobecność zaplanowanych przez Ministerstwo Infrastruktury i Budownictwa w 1996 roku węzłów łączących nową autostradę ze starą dwójką. Miały one powstać na wysokości miejscowości Myszęcin, Gronów oraz Poźrzadło, jednak ich realizacja została przesunięta do roku 2030.
