Jake Wayne Holcomb just graduated from Myrtle Attendance Center, and he is going to make it everyone's problem. He and his friends relentlessly bully their friend Gabe over "Gatorade." He REALLY hates the new football coach, and for some reason, he would like to be a weatherman. I can not put reason behind this thought but he gives off all of the anchorman characters mixed together vibes. He was really emotional about toy story 4 and the weatherman he liked, Dick Rice. He may not have goals but that's because life is "coming to him" Hopefully you'll come and enjoy this latest episode of Gravity's Not Real and learn about a stranger, or if your name is a Gabe, your tormentor. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/kellen-j-harrison/support

The Seven Streams Method

Romans 10-12 We are in the Church Stream today reading with the International Standard Version this week. 7streamsmethod.com | @7StreamsMethod | @serenatravis | #7Streams Lord, the issue today is salvation. We are grateful that you are mighty to save. Amen. 10 - Paul is continuing on the same thread of salvation and his longing for the Jews to understand the greater picture; that the salvation they have been hoping and "working" for for 1400 years and more is now here ... and they are fighting it tooth and nail!  The middle of chapter 10 spells it out. We believe in our heart, and confess with our mouth and therein salvation is granted. This is what Abraham did and was counted righteous for. And Abraham (whom they revere) was "saved" 600 years before the Law was given to follow. This is proof positive that salvation comes by faith.  It's strange, but this is all so obvious to the "old guard" within Judaism that it is staring them in the face - thus they can't see it.  Paul's quoting of Isaiah, and Moses, and David in Psalms, and the Prophet Joel is proof positive that what was going on now is what God has been planning for salvation to become and that be accessible to all nations. --> and It's happening now - but the old school Jewish leadership is disturbed by it and vehemently against it. 11 -  Despite the Jews' open rejection of the salvation that is now found in Jesus, God still loves his Chosen Ones. Granted, the Jewish rejection of Jesus was not universal. The original believers and converts were mostly Jews. The growing young church was majority Jewish is culture and its overtone.  It was the Jewish leadership that had rancor for the Christians, and their proselytes turned agitators were the ones who brought the most harassment to the burgeoning Church. But in this chapter [11], Paul talks of salvation for all the Jews.  The interplay of the Jewish and Gentile relationship has a tone of sibling rivalry as Paul describes it. The symbolism and illustrations of yeast and bread and the affect each has upon the other and the tree metaphor of the trunk and the branch gives such clarity to what Paul is so impassioned about. He REALLY wants these spiritual concepts to be understood. Paul closes by exclaiming the wonders of God's processes by working out our salvation in a myriad of ways. It's a marvelous and endless topic, isn't it? 12 - This is a banner chapter about our life that is dedicated to God and transformed for living unto God and honoring Him with our service. This life is filled with grace and gifts and productive activity that blesses, spreads cheer, and love, and hope, and serves others so to spread that love.  The finale~ is exhortation that is vital for dealing with tension, deviance and deviant people. It is a paragraph that is unique to Christianity.  Interesting that the pagans and the other religions of the world refer to Christians as "the nice ones", the "happy ones", the "ones who share".  My husband and I have been in over 70 countries and we've seen this first hand.  It is a marvel how Christians are everywhere and spreading Good News, even to those who currently despise Jesus and His followers.  And it is this ministry in the Holy Spirit that is resulting in millions of new Christians coming into the Kingdom of God each week! The week walked us through much Preparation for Big Changes ~Moses relayed the plans for Passover, for leaving Egypt so to institute a new faith and how it would be lived. ~David is now king - this is a big change: he "farewells" Saul/Jonathan, though he is in Hebron, he names Jerusalem the new capitol and national worship will be instituted there. Worship will be done according to what David says - vibrant and energetic. ~In Psalms DAvid prays for deliverance [35] and then revels in his relationship with God. What better way to prepare for deliverance than to pray for deliverance? ~Isaiah is basically telling us to prepare for a whole new world and Jeremiah is told to prepare to follow the Call of God. ~in Hosea, we all wish he had something more pleasant to say but he, because of Israel's behavior, he is saying, "you better prepare yourselves to be destroyed - the way you are carrying on..." ~Mark teaches, "here comes Jesus, prepare yourselves to be blessed." ~Paul in Romans 10-12 is saying, "prepare to be saved. Jews first then Gentiles.  Wait, no Gentiles are more readily receiving him, so Gentiles more for now, then Jews will follow in because of envy.  Oh well, all of you are going to be saved!"

• http://AlexanderBell.org • http://SoundHeals.me We need to be open to seeing God as he actually is, not as who we think, or who we fear he is. I can tell you he is certainly not an authoritarian "Bow Down Before Me" God. Love does not demand such things. So don't be angry with him, or afraid of him. Just open your heart to him, and you will connect with his divine heart. Only then will you see and feel how beautiful he really is. How truly loving and caring he is. How devoted to us he is. How very much like us, he is.So what does God desire from us? Most of all, he loves our deep appreciation of what he has created. You would never call God 'insecure', but he really, really does like to hear that we are happy with what he has created here. He REALLY, REALLY does. It actually makes God happy. So when we thank god, and feel genuine gratitude in our heart, its a confirmation to him that he did a good job in creating everything. He is not arrogant, he doesn't expect us the be thankful. He hopes we will, because that means our hearts are happy, and that is what he desires most. Let me re-iterate that. What god desires most is that our hearts are happy, joyful, free and full of love and gratitude.

Well, to start off on a very positive note, "Black Panther" & Kendrick Lamar make history again with 7 Oscar nominations! This is the first time a rap song for a superhero film or song for a superhero film in general has earned the nod. R&B singer Chris Brown was taken into custody in Paris, France on Monday. The 29-year-old artist and two associates are under investigation for rape. Allegedly, a 24-year-old woman claims Brown sexually assaulted her in the Mandarin Oriental hotel on January 15 after meeting him at Le Crystal nightclub. She apparently went to the hotel with other women and three men. Updates are still incoming and the investigation continues, WHOA! To also piggy-back off of all that is going on with R. Kelly these days, Rap legend Yo-Yo claims that Kelly slipped her daughter his number recently, WOW! Ice Cube tried to warn ya’ll. Don’t mess with Yo-Yo. The rap legend claims that someone affiliated with R. Kelly dropped his digits to her daughter when she brought her daughter to his recording studio. Although YoYo says her daughter was over 21 at the time, but that R. Kelly didn’t know that. She said she felt betrayed by R. Kelly and although knew he had a problem, she had no idea of the scope of it.“I actually went to listen to his music and my daughter came with me,” she revealed. “The sad part was when we got home, my daughter said, ‘Mom, someone passed me R. Kelly’s number. I said, ‘What!?’ She’s like, ‘Mom, please don’t say nothing. That’s why I didn’t want to tell you.’ He REALLY needs to get help...then get locked up!! Men Who Do Vs. Terry is also a fan of great film scores, and on this episode, he has decided to talk about two of them. The first is the score for Barbarella composed by Bob Crewe (a hit song writer for The Four Seasons among many others). Terry then turns his attention to the Isaac Hayes score for Shaft. Hayes had long been a hit songwriter at Stax Records, most notably for Sam And Dave (Soul Man, When Something Is Wrong With My Baby). He became a huge artist in his own right, and the theme from Shaft is arguably his most famous composition. From the moment you hear those closed hi hats (played by Willie "Too Big" Hall later of The Blues Brothers) and the track builds, you know that the music isan important part of the Blaxploitation film experience. In Episode 13, Andy and Dave are testing out a new lighting solution in the studio as they prepare for whatever dangers (Star Wars spoilers) exist in the future. This was probably brought on by the unending tales of stupidity they found in preparation for this episode. A man calls 911 for a ride to Hooters. No one knows where chocolate milk comes from. Opium drug rings are run by idiots. And to top it all off, America doesn’t know how to spell.    Or maybe they’re just setting up ambient lighting for their bald, Shakespearean-trained, permanent studio guest…   “NOW THIS IS PODCASTING!”   Dude, did you hear?   We’re drinking Conquista IPA from Coronado and Cigar City Brewing and Golden Helles Lager (aka Bucket Seat Blonde) from Garage Brewing Co. You know, right off the 15. ...Next to THE Shell station.   Quickdraws include a hot new Skittles flavor, an attempted murder of Johnny Cash, the six degrees of Shaquille O’Neil, phone throwing competitions, a T-Rex vs. Chickens fight, and the editor of 50 Shades of Grey.   Andy’s back with more diamond news. This time, a woman buys a $13 piece of costume jewelry at a yard sale and finds out it’s worth A LOT more.   A man called 911 about his grandma having a stroke. He ended up in jail. Somehow, there is a Hooters restaurant in the middle of this story.   A local North Carolina cop was conducting a routine neighborhood patrol and got a lot more than he expected when he knocked on Cody Xiong’s door.   Dave and Andy don’t like to get political but they can get behind several candidates for the British primary election. All hail Lord Buckethead, Mr. Fish Finger and lazy-eyed Elmo!   In a latest national study, the dudes learn that way too many people have no idea where chocolate milk comes from.   McGruff the Crime Dog really likes the taste of crime. He REALLY likes it. One bite was all it took to get hooked on the lifestyle.    Andy recommends the podcast How I Built This. It takes a look at innovators, entrepreneurs and founders of famous brands and movements. It will make you want to quit your job.   Dave recommends Inside Llewyn Davis streaming on Amazon Prime Video. It’s a Coen Brothers movie that has a great cast including: Justin Timberlake, Poe Dameron and Kylo Ren.   Andy generally recommends themed bars. He DOESN'T recommend Bill Cosby roofie themed cocktails for your themed bar.    Dave doesn’t recommend driving distracted. Especially when one of the people driving distracted hit him with their car. Mayor Fiorello LaGuardia was one of the greatest mayors in US history.  New Yorkers agree-- they reelected him twice.  The Progressive Republican ran the city from 1934 to 1945, managing to turn around the city after the Depression, defeat Tammany Hall, and crack down on the mob starting with having Lucky Luciano arrested on LaGuardia's very first day in office.  A straight shooter with zero tolerance for bullshit,  this is the guy who said  "Prohibition cannot be enforced for the simple reason that the majority of American people do not want it enforced and are resisting its enforcement." To check out after listening: Bette Davis is a gun moll who testifies against her mob boss in The Marked Woman, based on the prosecution of Lucky Luciano. The Pulitzer Prize- winning musical Fiorello! For a ton of information on everything related to LaGuardia, go to the LaGuardia and Wagner Archives at CUNY. Follow Fiorello on Twitter, courtesy of WNYC. (He REALLY cares about food.)

A multi startup founder, Eric Futoran has always focused in on being a family man. He considers himself a multi-hat wearing person, and though most entrepreneurs say that.. Eric really means it. He has 4 degrees... no really, four - Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Juris Doctor and MBA. He REALLY likes to learn, and is constantly reading and learning from people, books, other sources, and of course, his family. He has found that his JD has really helped him understand the legal world, as it applies to the startup world, specifically SPAC's (special purpose acquisition group). He is digging into what the implications will be in the future withSPAC's, and the potential legal tension with their structures. He has 2 young boys, 5 and 8, and has felt the pains of many parents through the pandemic with kids being home. Other than startups and school, he likes to get outdoors as much as he can, doing some hiking or spending time at the beach.During his past successes at Scopely, one of the largest game builders in the world, he realized in the early innings of mobile that there was no mobile first data source, enabling businesses to capture all mobile session data... and more. This is the creation story of Embrace.io.SponsorsCourierImg.lyRoutableCTO.aiCloudways offers peace of mind and flexibility so you can focus on growing your business instead of dealing with server management.
