We take a deep dive into the 60s and the early 00s this week as we look at The Italian Job and the more modern remake. Andy brings his thoughts on a few streaming films this week, Memory, The Card Counter, and Father of the Bride. We also chat about She-Hulk as well as the series finale of Better Call Saul. Add in news, neat things, general chat, and a few outtakes at the end of the show, and it's more of what you've come to love from the FilmFile Folks. This week, Tim and Lisa explore the shoals of their mutual favourite actor, in Michael Caine's memoir 'Blowing the Bloody Doors Off.'
Sir Michael Caine chats to Steve about his new book ‘Blowing the Bloody Doors Off’.
The castle scene trudges on, and we look at some really weird-ass architectural and design choices.
Winter is half-way over, and that means you probably haven't done much on your project car either. We take this time to run through what we have accomplished, and what is left to do, before race season. We also take a look at a very interesting "Eye-talian" heist (as Robert would call it).

Actor Michael Caine’s long career has had plenty of ups and downs. In his iconic, wry style, he mostly chronicles his professional life. Enjoy spending a few hours with the actor as he offers humorous, candid opinions on his career, including his films, plays, and costars. Caine turns his best-learned lessons into excellent rules to adopt whatever one’s career choice: Arrive on time and prepared; be ready for luck; and when you fail, learn from it.
