Clare O'Malley is an Irish singer-songwriter and actress who has captivated audiences across the world. For years, Clare O'Malley has commanded the spotlight—whether it was starring in major theatrical productions in New York City and Ireland's National Theatre, The Abbey, or appearing in films like Creed. She's taken on iconic theatrical roles, earned critical acclaim from The New York Times for delivering “one of the most astonishing performances,” and even found herself on the world's biggest musical stage—as a backing vocalist for Jedward at Eurovision in Azerbaijan. From centre stage to film sets, from Eurovision to sold-out theatres, Clare O'Malley has spent her career bringing other people's stories to life. Now, she's finally telling her own. With the release of her first two tracks on her Debut EP, New Heights and Little Weirdo, Clare is proving that her artistry goes beyond performance—she's a songwriter with something to say. A Legacy of Creativity - A Family of Storytellers: Clare O'Malley's artistic roots are firmly planted in a family legacy of creativity. Her grandmother, Mary O'Malley, founded the Lyric Theatre in Belfast, a key institution in Northern Ireland's arts scene. Her grandfather, Thomas Kinsella, was a renowned Irish poet whose work has resonated with generations. Surrounded by such a rich legacy, Clare was always destined to pursue her own path in storytelling—first as an actor, and now as a songwriter.
Singer-Songwriter and Actress Clare O'Malley, speaks to Kieran in studio about her debut double single release ahead of her debut EP. Clare shares about the single 'New Heights' and also her career that includes being Jedward's backing singer when they competed in Eurovision as a hugely popular act, to her own solo career being reviewed by the New York Times as ‘one of the most astonishing performances they'd seen that year.”

Next, the legendary Monty Python and Fawlty Towers star, John Cleese, spread words of wisdom about comedy performance and the joys of old age. Darren arrives to record the podcast all shook up after a trip to the doctors quickly turned into a scene from Venom, not helped by his general feelings of confusion caused by watching Jedward eating a roast dinner at 10pm on a Tuesday.Joe descends into the glittering world of all things crystals and emerges with a supposed piece of a meteor to help improve his mood and give him a more positive outlook. It doesn't stop him from getting into a row though after he slips up on Mother's Day. The two lads also brainstorm ideas for a potential Worst Film of the Year winner but can only come up with Oscar worthy ideas, and they wonder whether Ireland's latest Oscar winner, Cillian Murphy, is as aloof as he may seem. Although, with their track record of embarrassing interactions with celebrities, they may not want to meet him even if they could.
It's all a buzz this week with Irish pride, with Cillian Murphy slaying at the Oscars plus the girls' petition to start a female commentary for the rugby, Leinster or Ireland... they're not picky. Sami Sheen is on the radar this week, eldest child of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, who has made herself quite a bit of money from subscription only adult video platform, OnlyFans. She was teasing a collaboration with her TikTok boyfriend and it's very curious. Clara also catches us up on the Celebrity Big Brother goings on, from Louis Walsh and Jedward's feud with a surprise feature from Gemma Collins to Sharon Osborne's two cents on Adele, James Corden, Ellen DeGeneres, Simon Cowell, Anna Wintour... the list goes on.Follow these gossip gals on insta: @soph_lyons & @clazzykabanaClara's Chickpea Luncheon Recipe ie all of Sophie's most hated foods:1 can of chickpeasTomatoes of choice and as many as you wantCan of tunaMayo of choice and as much as you wantHalf a cucumberSalt, peppsChilli flakesGarlic GranulesPinch of cuminGround corianderPaprikaOr go crazy with some cajun seasoning, whatever revs your enginesPop chickpeas and tomatoes in a frying pan on high heatSizzle with a drizzle of olive oilWhisk your mayo and tuna together in a cute lil bowlChop up your cucumber and set asideSpoon your mayo mix into the frying panShake in your spices of choiceMix until it starts smelling delish and hungry buggers start gathering around asking for a spoonful Serve with sal, pepps and cucumber on top Hosted on Acast. When Queen and David Bowie met in Switzerland to record their iconic collaboration ‘Under Pressure' on 26th October, 1981, *quite a lot* of drugs and wine were taken - to the extent that nobody can recall exactly how the iconic pop song came to be formed. What we do know is that Freddie Mercury never performed the monster hit live with Bowie, nor turned up to appear in the video, and that the precise authorship of the instantly recognisable bassline remains hard to establish. In this episode, Arion, Rebecca and Olly probe into Bowie's tax affairs; relate Brian May's account of Mercury's vocal-booth improv; and ask why Jedward and Vanilla Ice appear to have stolen a march on this seminal track… Further Reading: • ‘Feel Like' (1981), the demo Queen recorded before Bowie turned up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-hKRR5FZ78 • ‘Under Pressure' (1981) - David Bowie and Queen, Official Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a01QQZyl-_I • ‘Inside David Bowie and Queen's 'Tense' Recording Session for "Under Pressure"' (Biography, 2020): https://www.biography.com/news/david-bowie-queen-under-pressure-recording-session ‘Why am I hearing a rerun?' Darren has been to the ultimate celebrity party and stolen the show to save the day when Jedward couldn't be found - and Joe is disgusted he left early. But, as with all things, variety can bring something fresh and exciting to your bedroom endeavours: making you more likely to be up for the next session, and all of its attendant benefits (think: stress relief, the rush of feel-good hormones and feeling more tightly bonded with your partner.) Fancy mixing it up a bit? Try any - or all - of these orgasm-inducing positions, guaranteed to make your next session a whole lot more exciting. Oh and apologies in advance for the puns... (Note: While many of these directions reference partners who have a penis, most of these positions can be assumed by just about anyone in possession of a vibrator or dildo.) ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW Doggy Style Doggy style is a classic - you go on all fours and your partner does all the work. Not to mention it is one of the best positions for G-spot stimulation, and there is zero chance of getting a drop of sweat straight in the eye. Before you get going, paws for a moment (just could not resist) and read the full guide on doggy style. The X Factor Think the missionary position with a twist. Literally. The only advice we give is do not, repeat do not think of X Factor judges naked at any point during this, it will be ruined. Forever. Before you decide if this position is more Jedward rather than Olly Murs, read how to embrace the sex factor. The Face-Off Let's face it, not all of us are up for locking eyes the entire way through a session. But for couples who love the intimacy that comes with eye contact, this one is for you. Read our tips on lying back and lock eyes. The Cowboy What's mine is yours, what's yours is mine. One for all and all for one. It is not uncommon that one member is more satisfied than the other when it comes to the party down under, but this position promises equal pleasure. Nice to do things together, is it not? To make sure you both enjoy your evening, tame your cowboy. The Leap Frog The Leap Frog is a great position to try out some (gentle) spanking. Not to mention you get to rest your head and arms on a pillow while your partner does all the hard graft. Find out if this position is for you or if it is best left to the amphibians. The Reverse Cowgirl In a nice way of course. Not everyone pulls the most attractive of facial expressions throughout the act of love making, so this is the perfect position to just let yourself go. If you are not so confident about your O face, or theirs can be a turn off, give this position a whirl. ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW The Spread Eagle Sometimes exercise classes can be a drag, but with this you can skip your usual yoga flow as you are sure to get all the stretching you need - plus, some deep penetration. Test out your flexibility with this hot position. The Belly Down It's not selfish to satisfy yourself first - and no one's saying your partner can't watch from the sidelines. This self-lovin technique could reinvent your relationship. The Champagne Room The magic of this one is its versatility. Forget the bed, try it on a chair, the edge of the bath or even on the stairs - lack of household company permitting, of course. Please your partner with this ever so sophisticated position.
