October 20th: Mohamed Mohamed Noor Born(1985) Calling 911 can be an act of bravery. One that, you would think, should never place the caller in harm's way. On October 20th 1985 a man was born who would act, in his opinion, in self defense and take the life of a brave 911 caller. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Justine_Damond, https://www.npr.org/2021/10/21/1047986308/mohammad-noor-sentenced-minneapolis-police-911-australian-caller, https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/former-minneapolis-police-officer-resentenced-57-months-prison-killing-911-n1281829, https://www.cnn.com/2021/10/21/us/mohamed-noor-resentencing/index.html, https://www.nytimes.com/2021/10/21/us/mohamed-noor-minneapolis-sentenced.html, https://www.mprnews.org/story/2021/10/21/judge-sentence-noor-in-killing-of-justine-ruszczyk, https://sahanjournal.com/policing-justice/mohamed-noor-justine-ruszczyk-damond-mpd-resentencing-trial-transcript/

Occurring weeks after a high-profile manslaughter trial acquittal in the 2016 police shooting of Philando Castile, also in the Twin Cities metro area, the shooting exacerbated existing tensions and attracted national and international press.[4]On March 20, 2018, Noor was charged with second-degree manslaughter and third-degree murder. Noor claimed self defense. Prosecutors later upgraded the charges against Noor to second-degree intentional murder. In April 2019, Noor, a Somali American, was convicted of third-degree murder and manslaughter, but acquitted of intentional second-degree murder.[5] In June 2019, Noor was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison.[6] Damond's family brought a civil lawsuit against the City of Minneapolis alleging violation of Damond's civil rights, which the city settled for US$20 million,[7] one of the largest-ever settlements in a suit involving a police killing.[6]”Damond came up to the car and the officers startled, Noor shooting her because he heard a loud noiseUsually for cases when the victim is not known by the perpetrator but the act put “others” in danger of death or serious bodily injury.UP TO 25 YEARSsecond-degree manslaughter death caused by “culpable negligence whereby the person creates an unreasonable risk and consciously takes chances of causing death or great bodily harm to another." This week we are traveling to the land of a thousand lakes, Minnesota. It seems that cold cases are in the news more and more. Amber shares about the murder of Nancy Daughetry, who was murdered in 1986 and her killer was just found thanks to our old friend: familial DNA. Then hear Celina tell us about the tragic events of July 15th 2017. Justine Damond would hear screaming coming from the alley behind her neighbor's house in the Fulton neighborhood of Minneapolis. She called the police twice to try and help and when they finally arrived Justine rushed out to meet them. Just one minute and 19 seconds after leaving her house, she would go from Good Samaritan to victim. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Additional charges were filed against Derek Chauvin, the other three officers involved in the attempted arrest and death of George Floyd have been arrested and charged. The Medical Examiners office updated its provisional autopsy report. When I get asked to talk about what I think might happen in this case I look for context from other similar cases. In Minneapolis Minnesota there is one, the death of Justine Ruszcyk who was shot and killed by officer Mohamad Noor in July 2017. This episode breaks down the new Second Degree Murder Charge, the Aiding and Abetting charge against the other officers, and the killing of Justine Ruszcyk. A case you won't see pushed very prominently by Black Lives Matter or the mainstream is the murder of Justine Damond, by a Somali-American Muslim cop, Mohamed Noor. In the event of his verdict, Professor Dreg and myself decide to weigh in on cops, the ineffectiveness of their training, and why the police force needs to be cut back and re-organized.
-Rooster floats an idea for the Government to promote sterilization of young adults by plying them with taxpayer money. Crow doesn’t brook with, nor does he cotton to, any such program. -The human garbage that threw a boy off of a third-floor balcony plead guilty and his Mother claims that he struggled with mental issues and deserves leniency. Both Rooster and Crow aren’t havin’ it. -The family of Justine Damond, who was shot by diversity hire cop Mohamed Noor, just received a large settlement from the city of Minneapolis. Now the family of Jamar Clark, who beat his girlfriend and tried to take a police officer’s gun, are up in arms that they didn’t get paid too. -Would You Rather questions are asked and answered: WYR have a Jacuzzi in your bedroom or a secret room in your house? WYR go on a shopping spree in one store with no monetary limit or multiple stores with a ten thousand dollar limit? WYR own your own sports team on a losing streak or a chain of successful restaurants? -Crow highlights an article that lists many gun owners whose lives were saved just in the month of April alone while Rooster chimes in just to be a troll. -Bill Bar appoints a prosecutor to investigate the investigation of Trump and Rooster thinks someone is going to burn over it. Crow won’t be satisfied unless a major player is punished. -Beto cucks out on ‘The View’. -AOC now tries to gaslight people in regards to her statements about the world ending in twelve years. -Rooster calls out the lying liar Rashida Talib on her claims that the Palestinians fought to make a homeland for the Jews. Damond’s fiancé, Don Damond and his family, along with Damond’s father, John Ruszczyk and the Ruszczyk family, applauded the charges in a joint statement, calling it “one step toward justice for this iniquitous act.” “While we waited over eight months to come to this point, we are pleased with the way a grand jury and County Attorney Mike Freeman appear to have been diligent and thorough in investigating and ultimately determining that these charges are justified,” the statement said. “We remain hopeful that a strong case will be presented by the prosecutor, backed by verified and detailed forensic evidence, and that this will lead to a conviction. No charges can bring our Justine back. However, justice demands accountability for those responsible for recklessly killing the fellow citizens they are sworn to protect, and today’s actions reflect that.”Read the charges against Minneapolis police officer https://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4416241/Mohamed-Noor-criminal-complaint.pdf

“Fair question. I’ve got to have the evidence, and I don’t have it yet,” Freeman responded. “Let me just say it’s not my fault. So if it isn’t my fault, who didn’t do their job? Investigators.(Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension) They don’t work for me. They haven’t done their job.”Freeman said coming to a decision “is the big present I want under the Christmas tree.” Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman “We are deeply concerned that the initial investigation was not done properly and with the greatest of integrity and sense of completeness,” Mr Ruszczyk said at the Sydney press conference on Thursday.Mr Ruszczyk said he had earlier been assured that “all necessary information to make a reasoned decision on whether or not to charge Justine’s shooter” would be provided to the County Attorney by the BCA.

This episode of Objection explores the tumultuous White House career of Former Comms Director/Press Secretary Sean Spicer. And, we talk about the different factors in the Justine Damond case and how they may play out.

The Context of White Supremacy hosts the weekly Compensatory Call-In. We encourage non-white listeners to dial in with their codified concepts, new terms, observations, research findings, workplace problems or triumphs, and/or suggestions on how best to Replace White Supremacy With Justice ASAP. We'll use these sessions to hone our use of words as tools to reveal truth, neutralize White people. We'll examine news reports from the past seven days and - hopefully - promote a constructive dialog. #ANTIBLACKNESS President Donald J. Trump took to twitter to announce that "transgender people" will be prohibited from serving in the military. The New York Times reports this move aims to resolve breach between Whites regarding whether "taxpayer money should pay for gender transition and hormone therapy for transgender service members." Race Soldiers are wisely using this controversy to advance conflation between "gay rights" and white supremacy. Former First Lady Michelle Obama opened up to a Colorado audience about a snippet of the racist abuse she and her family experienced while in the White House. ""Knowing that after eight years of working really hard for this country, there are still people who wonâ??t see me for what I am because of my skin color," said Mrs. Obama. Whites in Minneapolis widely circulated and praised images of Philando Castile's mother, Valerie, warmly embracing the Australian relatives of Justine Damond, who was killed this summer by Minnesota police. And with a masterstroke of racial showcasing, HBO spotlighted a group of black producers to defuse charges that their new show, which dramatizes a Confederate triumph in the Civil War, is not racist. #AnswersForMiriamCarey INVEST in The COWS - http://paypal.me/GusTRenegade CALL IN NUMBER: 641.715.3640 CODE 564943# The C.O.W.S. archives: http://tiny.cc/76f6p
Justine Damond is "the most innocent victim" of a police shooting that her lawyer has ever seen. This quote comes from an attorney who worked with Philando Castile's family to get justice for Mr. Castile. Justine Damond was an innocent victim. No one disputes that. But what of all the other innocent victims? What makes Justine the "most innocent" among of group of innocent victims of police brutality? How is it that she is more innocent than Tamir Rice who was playing with a toy gun on a playground in an "open carry" state? Or Aiyana Stanley-Jones, a small child who was asleep on a couch in her own home?. Or John Crawford III who was examining a BB gun for sale in the fake gun aisle at Walmart? Or Akai Gurley, the man that NYC Police chief Bill Bratton dubbed "a completely innocent man" who stepped out of his apartment, only to be shot (by accident) by a rookie cop? Why are they less innocent than Ms. Damond? Where is the "Blue Lives Matter" crowd? They always rush to the defense of the officer when the dead person is Black. Why has the media erupted into self-righteous contempt for the Black Muslim officer who shot Justine Damond? They usally dig up any information that might help the officer. But in this case, they turned against the officer..They demand that this "killer cop" be brought to justice. *Now* they want police accountability. But the media and many Americans seem completely at peace whenever an innocent African American or Native American is gunned down curbside. The media sheds no tears for any innocent Black victim, not even 7 year old Aiyana Jones. They ask no questions when the courts repeatedly affirm that Black victims' lives do not count. The media and many white Americans remain unbothered when innocent Black blood is shed. But for Justine Damond, justice WILL be served. Believe it! Tues, July 25, 2017. 6 pm PT

The nation is upset that an unarned white Australian woman, Justine Damond, was shot to death after calling 911 for help. The officer who shot her is a Black man named Mohamed Noor. Contrast and compare how the media, the public, social forums, and the courts treat a Black officer whose victim is white, versus a white officer whose victim is Black. Will Noor be able to claim that he "feared for his life"? Betty Shelby, the officer who gunned down Terrance Crutcher, will resign the police force on August 3, 2017. The officer who murdered John Crawford while he contemplated purchasing a BB gun in WalMart will not face federal charges. The autopsy of Willard Scott who was shot by police during a traffic stop in February shows that Mr. Scott was shot in the back.
