This has been a conversation I've been eagerly looking forward to sharing with you for weeks... It is arguably the most important discussion I've published to date on the subject of leading your relationships and sustaining the fire within them. I have the great honor to be inviting Justin Patrick Pierce back on the podcast, this time alongside his wife, Londin Angel Winters. The first podcast I recorded with Justin quickly became the most downloaded episode of the show and, as I see it, served as a powerful declaration of the importance for us as men to bring awareness to how we are showing up in our intimate relationships and how we can sustain desire over the long run Today's episode continues that conversation and goes even deeper into one essential question: What does it take to sustain depth, intimacy, and fire in a long-term, committed monogamous relationship? Before coming together for this conversation, I took time to reflect on the subject of desire, which can still feel somehwhat elusive and complex. Up until a few years ago, I myself couldn't articulate what truly awakened my desire for someone—or what repelled it. I was also unaware of what creates the "neutrality" so many couples find themselves in over time. For the sake of providing answers on the subject of what creates neutrality and how we can be liberated in our desires, I have structured our conversation together around the framework used by Justin and Londin in their most recent book, Playing with Fire The episode today will be a continuation of my first conversation with Justin, so if you're unfamiliar with teachings of polarity, their book Playing with Fire, or their use of terms like “Alpha,” “Omega,” “Seer,” and “Feeler,” my encouragement is to listen to my first conversation with Justin as it lays a strong foundation for these teachings and the ideas we explore today. In the realm of polarity, sacred intimacy, and welcoming relationships as a ground for spiritual growth, I hold few individuals in higher regard than Justin and Londin. Together, they lead a business, write, teach, and live as householders, while also raising their daughter, Eva, and remaining committed to sustaining the fire of their relationship—16 years strong. My deepest hope is that this conversation leaves you with a clearer understanding of the foundational pillars that make relationships thrive, along with tools to support your own journey of love and intimacy. BC and Doddsy goof and gab with Dana Londin on this episode!
We're backkk! The first episode with Londin Angel Winters was so powerful (listen to it here), that we immediately recorded a follow-up episode - this time centered on motherhood. If you don't yet know Londin, she is an expert on the path of sacred devotional intimacy, having taught about sexuality, masculine / feminine dynamics, and the art of surrender for over 12 years. She is a true role model in this field and my former relationship mentor. In this episode, she shares about the pain of multiple miscarriages and how she (unexpectedly!) conceived at 47 years old, and had a successful home birth at 48 years old. We explore the profoundly spiritual aspects of giving birth, and what pregnancy and birth taught us about surrender, the power of the female body, and trusting the divine. We explore the intricate connections between birth, death, and sexuality. She shares about breaking the chains of old ways of parenting, and letting your child be your greatest spiritual teacher. We dive into intimacy and sex after baby - why so many moms lose interest in sex - and how postpartum actually represents a profound initiation into sacred sexuality and intimate depth, if both people are willing to uplevel together. Lastly, we end by talking about the purpose of motherhood - to give love in a way you never received - and how anchoring into that purpose can provide meaning, even in challenging motherhood moments. Key Topics: Finding acceptance through the pain of multiple miscarriages [01:33] Becoming pregnant with a miracle baby at 47 years old [3:41] Surrendering to the uncertainty of past pregnancies and [7:38] Going to the gates of life and death to receive her daughter [14:53] The annihilation of self and total surrender [16:55] Positive discipline as a blueprint for your child to discover themselves [24:21] Making room for the messiest parts of ourselves when we're feeling fragmented[32:05] Breaking the chains of the old ways of parenting [38:45] Parenthood can be the initiation for deeper intimacy if you make space for it [47:20] What kind of love would you love your child to experience that you never received? This might be one of my favorite episodes yet. It's a profound interview with my mentor, Londin Angel Winters, where we explore, “How do you create a passionate partnership after decades together? What's required to continue growing and deepening with your lover through having a child, starting a business, and navigating uncertainty?” Londin is one of the wisest - yet playful! - women I know, and this episode is packed full of a-ha moments around intimacy, love, and relationship. In the episode, I bring her 3 typical challenges from my clients, and she responds with deep, life-changing advice for these situations. You may even get something for yourself! We talk about what surrender *really* is, ways we unconsciously kill polarity and attraction, how to inspire masculine leadership, and how to offer yourself as a gift to your relationship. Londin asks, “How are you going to use your body and your time on earth to awaken conscious love?” Key Topics: Learning the art of surrender for life-changing growth [01:46] Trusting in what you can't see or understand [7:25] Surrendering during moments of intimacy [14:31] Relinquishing control to recognize and receive the gifts your partner is already giving you [23:07] Becoming a living gift, the beauty of life through creating polarity [31:07] Serve the moment, not the ego [41:50] How did you love before you knew hurt? Building on years of training as a coach and intuitive healer, Londin Angel Winters discovered a modality of intimacy focused on the body instead of the mind. To help modern women reclaim their power, Londin co-wrote the bestselling book, The Awakened Woman’s Guide To Everlasting Love and co-created The Yoga of Intimacy with her partner Justin Patrick Pierce.

About The Awakened Woman's Guide to Everlasting LoveIn today's disconnected, distracted world, it seems like deep love gets harder to maintain every day. We spend more time looking at screens than at each other, cycle through new partners every time the spark starts to fade, and wall away our feelings until we become strangers who share a house and kids. But underneath all this, our souls long for an unbreakable love which deepens over time and lovemaking that gets hotter, not cooler, inside a lifetime commitment. This is a public episode. In this audio excerpt, Londin Angel Winters & Justin Patrick Pierce discuss: • How does my partner need to be loved before they die? • What it takes to show up to the hardest moments of relationship. • Your intimate relationship is the best spiritual practice you’ve got. An excerpt from "The Art of Sacred Relationship" A public talk with Justin Patrick Pierce & Londin Angel Winters Recorded Live in Indianapolis, IN in November 2017
Episode 178: Londin is an international spiritual intimacy teacher. She and her life partner, Justin Patrick Pierce, teach the Yoga of Intimacy, a body of work designed to help others create a life of unbridled loving and sacred relationship. As part of helping women and men to deepen in intimacy, Londin uses serpent medicine. She has raised four temple snakes and uses them in sacred ceremony to help others awaken to their sensual power. Londin also has a background as a fitness champion and certified exercise specialist, and brings that expertise to sacred intimacy by helping women reclaim feeling good in their bodies. Ultimately, everything she offers centers around helping others shine their light, open their hearts and most importantly, love like they’ve never been hurt. She offers public and private trainings to couples and singles around the world, as well as books, online courses and regular interaction through her FB group “Sacred Relationship.” Show notes: Get your FREE Audible Trial by clicking HERE Londin’s experience growing up in a conservative household, going to an all girl’s catholic school and following a typical Midwestern upbringing until she realized she had a part of herself that was eager to finally be released. This is how she became a Spiritual Intimacy teacher. How she approached her new path to her parents with an open, soft heart- not defensive and closed. How to communicate with your parents in an honest way so you can strengthen communication between you two, rather than cover it up with sarcasm or passive aggression. Becoming the leader of love by showing up in your relationship as honesty and truth. You don’t always have to explain why you’re triggered….you just want to show. When you’re arguing with someone, you may feel your body close (physically and emotionally). One of the most important things during these times is to “do the yoga” in the conversation, meaning opening your shoulders, breathing and remaining open. Allow the flow to pass through your body in all instances, even when your natural instinct is to stop the flow. When you close your energy outwardly and inwardly, that’s when you become “invisible.” The difference between trusting someone in general and trusting someone in every moment. The power of listening to the messages you receive from your cervix If you’re making the decision to sleep with someone just for fun, and not for a relationship, these are a few things to keep in mind moving forward. If you have to reduce depth in your life, you’re going to reduce the depth of what you attract. “You would be so much better off being a friend to your inner yearning.”

Have you ever wondered why you keep attracting the wrong types of people or just can't seem to keep the sexual spark alive in your long-term relationship or marriage? Well, maybe the answer is in sexual polarity. When I reached out to David Deida's office seeking a sexual polarity expert, I was thrilled to hear from Londin Angel Winters and to experience her personal passion for the topic. In this episode, her life partner, Justin Patrick Pierce joins her to share the art and science of attracting the right partner and creating the relationship of your dreams. Londin and Justin are intimate partners, business partners, and co-teachers of an experience they created, called the Yoga of Intimacy. Each with a professional background in exercise science, and trained in the esoteric art of sexual yoga, Londin & Justin offer a unique perspective that unites the science of the body with the mindfulness of deep, spiritual practice. They facilitate workshops and teach clients from around the world in the art of sacred loving. Their mission is to help each and every person to realize their deepest purpose and claim a life of unbounded love. Workshop dates and information can be found at www.LondinAngelWinters.com. The “flow” of our talk: 1. How Londin and Justin met and why their 14-year age difference means nothing because of the intimacy/yoga sexual practice they have together 2. What polarity is and why it's so powerful 3. Examples of both feminine and masculine behaviors and how we all carry both energies in us 4. Why “friend zone” happens 5. How to discover your core essence through examination of your purpose and also how you feel about love and connection 6. Londin teaches us the concept of “energetic agility”, or moving back and forth easily between the feminine and masculine and how to “polarize the moment” 7. Simple, quick things you can do to fall into your feminine or masculine energy 8. Justin explains the three stages of masculine sexuality 9. The behavior of a man who is a “flowster” 10. Things a man can do to get his woman out of her masculine and back into her feminine, or to polarize her 11. Why it's important to use this knowledge in a loving, spiritual way 12. For the ladies - how to attract a man who will truly claim you and inspire his masculinity 13. All about Yoga of Intimacy and what it entails 14. Why it's scary work and why it's not for everyone…BUT how awesome it can be when you have the right person to be vulnerable with 15. Upcoming events that Londin and Justin are offering As always, please visit the www.ladyfoxentertainment.com/resourcespartners page for even more intimacy, love and sexual health products and services just for NOL listeners!

In this episode I will be joined by Londin Angel Winters, a former Emmy award winning producer for NBC News and Co-Founder and CEO of Metaphysical Fitness. During the interview, Londin will explain how Metaphysical Fitness combines the power of modern science with the wisdom of ancient practice to strengthen your body, free your mind and nourish your soul. Londin will also discuss how she used the techniques from Metaphysical Fitness to transform her body when she was overweight to becoming “bikini ready” and winning first place in a figure competition in only 6 months at the age of 38 and how she is able to maintain this body 6 years later at the age of 44. Metaphysical Fitness trains the body, mind and spirit as one to get results. Londin calls this “perfect alignment”. Londin will also explain how the subconscious mind works along with visualization to achieve a sculpted body. If you ever wondered why you’re not getting the body you want through diet and exercise, listen to what Londin has to say about Metaphysical Fitness. It may be just what you need to help you reach your fitness goals. For more information about Londin Angel Winters and Metaphysical Fitness, you can visit her website at www.metaphysicalfitness.com.
