Proactive's Tylah Tully breaks down Just the Facts of the latest news from Eclipse Metals Ltd (ASX:EPM). Eclipse has confirmed extensive rare earth element mineralisation at the Grønnedal prospect within its Ivigtût Project in Greenland. The company utilised HyperXRF technology to assess historical drill core, identifying mineralisation that extends to a depth of at least 50 metres. This data has led to a conceptual exploration target ranging from 175 to 245 million tonnes of REE mineralisation. The company also observed high neodymium concentrations in core from six historical diamond drill holes, with consistently high neodymium ratios from surface to at least 200 metres of depth. These findings indicate a significant rare earth deposit, featuring elevated levels of medium rare earth elements. In addition, Eclipse has pinpointed seven conductive targets for further exploration, based on a previous airborne electromagnetic survey. It estimates that the mineralisation could extend as deep as 500 metres or more. The next phase of the project involves conducting spot chemical analysis to further refine and validate the XRF results, aiming to accurately measure the resource's potential. #ProactiveInvestors #EclipseMetals #ASX #RareEarthElements #Neodymium #IvigtûtProject #GrønnedalProspect #REEExploration #MiningNews #HyperXRF #MineralDiscovery #GreenlandMining #DrillCoreAnalysis #MREE #ElectromagneticSurvey #Mineralisation #ExplorationTarget #MiningProjects #NeodymiumDiscovery #GlobalMining #MiningUpdate #REEPotential #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Magmatic Resources Ltd (ASX:MAG) managing director Adam McKinnon sits down with Proactive's Jonathan Jackson to discuss the results of a 64-hole aircore geochemistry program north of the Lady Ilse Prospect in Central West NSW. The results indicate significant gold and copper mineralisation, with one hole intersecting 6 metres at 0.80 g/t gold and 0.15% copper from 12 metres. The findings suggest potential for a Boda-style porphyry system at Lady Ilse, nearly doubling the near-surface gold and copper anomaly to more than 1,200 metres in length, with the trend open to the north. The technical team is modelling the new data to develop a follow-up program and evaluate further drill sites. The aircore program, completed with 64 holes totalling 598 metres, was conducted to test basement geochemistry through shallow cover. Multiple holes showed encouraging gold-copper mineralisation, with several notable results including 17 metres at 0.37 g/t gold and 0.10% copper from 6 metres. These results significantly expand the Lady Ilse system. The program's progress was hindered by inclement weather in mid-July, delaying the planned RC drilling at Rose Hill. This conductor, identified via a downhole electromagnetic survey, measures approximately 400 metres down-dip and 200 metres in strike length, mirroring geophysical anomalies similar to the 17-million-tonne Callisto deposit. The company plans to include this new target in an upcoming drilling program in August, as it could represent a geological contact zone prospective for mineralisation. Underwood said the company continued to develop new drill targets at the Norseman Project as it moves along strike from Callisto deposit. He emphasised the prospectivity of the region and highlighted the minimal previous exploration before the Callisto discovery in 2022. With $13.6 million in cash, Galileo Mining aims to systematically explore Callisto-style mineralisation within the 255-square-kilometre Norseman tenement package. Planning for the next drilling program is in advanced stages and this is scheduled to commence in mid-August. Assays indicate widespread anomalies across an 80 square kilometre area and suggest the potential for ultra-high-grade hard rock monazite-hosted REE-niobium-uranium-scandium mineralisation. Extensive REE anomalous catchments have been identified, forming highly anomalous areas up to 8 kilometres in length. Radiometric surveys revealed thorium anomalies up to 1,600 metres wide. In total, 44 spectrometer radiometric traverse lines were conducted, inferring potential areas of significant mineralisation from the geochemical results and radiometric traversing. The comparison of these radiometric values with those in known REE mineralised areas shows similar results within GMN tenements. An auger drill rig has been ordered, with expected delivery in July 2024, to commence drilling in five identified target areas. Follow-up exploration will include further drilling, additional spectrometer traverses and further sediment sampling to confirm REE content. Results from the ongoing laboratory analysis are expected by the end of July. The exploration program also extends to the Ronaldinho Project, where similar techniques are being employed. #ProactiveInvestors #GoldMountainLtd #ASX #REEExploration, #MiningUpdates, #RareEarths, #GeophysicalSurvey, #Mineralisation, #StreamSedimentSampling, #RadiometricSurvey, #AugerDrilling, #ThoriumAnomalies, #Monazite, #GeochemicalResults, #RadiometricTraversing, #DownUnderProject, #RonaldinhoProject, #HighGradeMineralisation, #ExplorationTargets, #MiningNews, #ASXAnnouncements, #REEAssays #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Northstar Gold Corp's CEO, Brian Fowler joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce significant progress in the company's exploration efforts. Northstar has successfully completed Pulse-EM surface electromagnetic and borehole electromagnetic surveys over a 900-meter southeast strike extension of the Cam Copper Mine trend on the company's Miller Copper-Gold Property in Ontario. The Cam Copper Mine is a historically significant site, known for its road-accessible shaft mine and its small-scale yet high-grade production of 'direct shipping' copper ore. Fowler shared insights into the EM survey findings, which defined a strong near-surface conductor indicating possible massive sulphide mineralization. This "Zone 2 Extension Conductor" has a minimum strike length of 350 meters, a depth extent of 150 meters, and strikes at 319° Az with a dip of -82 degrees to the northeast. This conductor aligns with several magnetic anomalies detected approximately 600 to 900 meters southeast of the Cam Copper mine site, suggesting it could represent a southeast expansion of the previously drilled Cam Copper VMS Zone 2. In addition to these promising survey results, Northstar has signed a Letter of Intent with Boston Creek Mines Ltd. for their 100%-owned, 65-hectare Boston Creek Mines Property. This property is strategically located adjacent and northwest of Northstar's Miller Copper-Gold Property on the historic Boston Creek Copper Trend. Fowler expressed optimism about these developments, highlighting that the EM survey results and the new agreement with Boston Creek Mines Ltd. are pivotal for Northstar. The identification of the Zone 2 Extension Conductor could unlock significant new resources, while the acquisition of the Boston Creek Mines Property aligns with Northstar's strategy to consolidate and expand their holdings in this mineral-rich region. #proactiveinvestors #northstargoldcorp #cse #nsg #otcqb #nsgcf #mining #gold #CopperMining, #ExplorationResults, #ElectromagneticSurvey, #KamCopperMine, #MillerProperty, #HighGradeCopper, #MassiveSulphide, #3DModelling, #DrillTargets, #BostonCreekMines, #GroundConsolidation, #GeophysicalTargets, #Mineralisation, #DiamondDrilling, #DueDiligence, #MiningAcquisition, #GeologicalAssessment, #StrikeExtent, #GroundTruthing#invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

Alderan Resources Ltd (ASX:AL8) managing director Scott Caithness sits down with Propactive's Jonathan Jackson to discuss results from last quarter and upcoming drilling at the New Years copper-gold prospect within its Frisco project in Utah, USA. This decision follows advanced 3D modelling of the historic Cactus-Comet copper-gold mines and detailed analysis using drone magnetics, which revealed multiple promising copper-gold deposit targets. Notably, the New Years prospect is identified by a significant magnetic low anomaly, roughly twice the size of that at Cactus, and is part of a larger complex anomaly encompassing three lows. Positioned 400 metres from Cactus along the NE-SW Cactus Canyon Fault structure, New Years presents potential mineralisation over a 1-kilometre stretch, evidenced by historical shallow drilling results such as 13.7 metres at 2.32% copper. Historically, the area has been underexplored since the 1960s and the existing shallow drilling has not adequately tested the anomaly. Drilling at New Years is scheduled to commence in late Q2 following permitting and site preparation, complemented by soil sampling to prioritise further drilling targets. Simultaneously, Alderan is progressing with a stream and rock sampling program in its seven lithium project areas in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This effort is part of its exploration activities in the region known as Lithium Valley, with initial assay results expected early May. #ProactiveInvestors #AlderanResources #ASX #FriscoProject, #UtahMining, #CopperGoldProspect, #NewYearsProspect, #DroneMagnetics, #3DModelling, #MiningExploration, #CactusComet, #Mineralisation, #Geology, #HistoricalDrilling, #SoilSampling, #DrillingTargets, #LithiumValley, #BrazilLithium, #StreamSampling, #RockSampling, #MiningIndustry, #ResourceExploration #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews
