The update encompasses the Kiziltepe and Tavsan sectors, operated by Zenit Madencilik in partnership with Proccea Construction and Ozaltin Holding, with Ariana owning a 23.5% stake. The update reveals a JORC reserve of 5.3 million tonnes at 1.46 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold and 9.81 g/t of silver, totaling 249,000 ounces of gold and 1.67 million ounces of silver. This indicates a potential for approximately 10 more years of production. Since 2017, the Kiziltepe Sector has produced 151,000 ounces of gold and 1.68 million ounces of silver. The global JORC resource now stands at 10.9 million tonnes, containing 483,000 ounces of gold and 4.45 million ounces of silver, with identified avenues for further resource growth. Dr Sener shares insights on the long-term strategy of combining the Kiziltepe and Tavsan sectors for optimised ore processing, reflecting significant progress since the strategy's conceptualization in 2009. Es ist bekannt, dass Deutschland sich in den letzten Jahrzehnten stark verändert hat. Die Menschen leben länger, öfter allein, machen häufiger Abitur, gehen später in Rente. Vor einiger Zeit stellte das Bundesinstitut für Bevölkerungsforschung (BiB) neue Daten zum demografischen Wandel vor. Sebastian Klüsener ist Forschungsdirektor im Bereich Alterung, Mortalität und Bevölkerungsdynamik am BiB.Im Podcast »Moreno+ 1« spricht er mit Host Juan Moreno über die demografischen Herausforderungen, die auf Deutschland zukommen. Gerade die Babyboomer bereiten im Sorge. »Wir müssen diese Generation gut ins Alter kriegen«, sagt Klüsener und meint damit, dass in den nächsten Jahren im Schnitt hundert bis zweihunderttausend Menschen mehr den Arbeitsmarkt verlassen, als neue hinzukommen. Das wird zu Belastungen führen. »Bis 2030 bin ich vorsichtig optimistisch, dass wir den Übergang hinbekommen. Was allerdings danach gerade auf das Gesundheitssystem zukommt, ist noch nicht ganz klar«, so Klüsener. Grund für den kurzfristigen Optimismus: Klüsener glaubt, dass zwar die Zahl der Arbeitskräfte abnimmt, die Zahl der geleisteten Arbeitsstunden jedoch auf dem Niveau von 2017 werde halten könne – unter anderem, weil er noch Arbeitskraftpotenzial gerade im Westen der Republik sieht. »Die Quote der Frauen, die im Westen Vollzeit arbeiten, ist noch immer geringer, als die Quote in Ostdeutschland. Nach 2030 allerdings sehe ich dann nur noch wenig Spielraum. Irgendwann müssen ja auch mal Kinder erzogen werden«, so Klüsener. La 4T puso en marcha una política que limita a la industria privada en el sector energético: paró rondas petroleras, su Ley Eléctrica está detenida por amparos y la reconfiguración del sector es para favorecer a CFE y Pemex en despacho eléctrico, ductos de gas natural, importaciones de petrolíferos y por eso hay controversias en el TMEC. La solución es que las industria implementen medidas que le permitan aprovechar la recuperación económica de EU y le den la vuelta a las trabas regulatorias de la Sener y la CRE con generación distribuida , importaciones directas para usos propios y no usar los ductos de gas de Pemex sino los que no son parte del sistema interconectado, es pensar afuera de CFE y Pemex, pero dentro de la ley porque de otra forma la industria pesada perderá competitividad. Junto a África Castro, responsable de desarrollo de negocio de H2B2 hablaremos sobre las posibilidades que ofrece el hidrógeno para solucionar la sequía y del megaproyecto al que se ha incorporado la española Sener junto a la alemana EnBW para convertir centrales de carbón en ciclos combinados de hidrógeno.

We discuss what it was like relocating to the United States to pursue a career in music, how he met John Powell, and what it has been like working as part of a veteran composer's music team. Batu also talks about how he convinced John Powell to let him work on his first cue as an additional composer, what it's been like building an amazing relationship with John, and how it feels to branch out to score his first animated feature film. It was an absolute blast to catch up with Batu and hear his fresh perspective of what it's like to be a young composer in Hollywood today as well as dive into his creative process.
