Quelques semaines après, le 27 mai 2025, a été publié au Journal officiel le décret prorogeant le délai de validité des autorisations d'urbanisme délivrées entre le 1er janvier 2021 et le 28 mai 2024. Pour les permis délivrés entre le 1er janvier 2021 et le 27 mai 2022, la prolongation est désormais d'un an.
