Operation Crossfire Hurricane was an FBI counterintelligence investigation launched on July 31, 2016, to try and link Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russian interference in the U.S. election. He began to declassify it over the objection of every intelligence chief. His chief of staff Mark Meadows summoned disgraced ex-journalist John Solomon to the White House and handed him countless pages of the vital classified intelligence and a Solomon staffer "was even allowed to leave the White House with the declassified records in a paper bag.” The original unredacted binder, containing thousands of pages, has never been recovered in the nearly three years since it was last seen in Trump's hands. This comes from a new report this morning from CNN - startling even in the context of Trump's previously revealed treachery, treason, and intelligence theft. The implications of the report are obvious: Trump may still have the binder. Or he may have given it to someone else (the report implicates his former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows). Or he may have given it to a foreign country. Or sold it. And perhaps more importantly: WHAT did Trump hope to achieve by giving its contents to John Solomon the night before Joe Biden's 2021 inauguration? Solomon was literally stopped as he scanned the documents, presumably for publication, by White House lawyers who demanded he return what Trump had given him. Was Trump hoping that the small percentage of documents that pertained to "Operation Crossfire Hurricane" would serve as a pretext for him to act to STOP the Biden Inauguration by using the Insurrection Act, or by other pretext, and with the military's help? Is this nightmare of Trump stealing thousands of pages of intelligence about Russia's perfidy in our country - its violation of our national borders - its virtual invasion of our country, simply the preface for a darker plot in which Trump would have used the material as an excuse to illegally remain in power? Does he still have the binder? Does he still have the plan? Today we open with facts most of you in my audience already know – Operation Crossfire Hurricane was based on lies everyone knew had been fabricated by the Hillary Clinton campaign. From President Barack Obama, to then VP Joe Bide, to then Attorney General Loretta Lynch and the then Director of the FBI James Comey. The intelligence briefing, given in the Oval Office to all of them, was delivered by then CIA Director John Brennan. They all knew the Steele Dossier was a fake and every accusation was a lie and they let the investigation happen anyway. Special Counsel John Durham was in front of the House Judiciary committee to discuss the findings of his investigation into Crossfire Hurricane. While most of you already know the facts, I think it's important to hear it directly from the lead Special Counsel. It's amazing to hear the lengths to which the Obama regime was willing to sink to attack their political opposition. At the end of my recap of Durham's questioning, I discuss the political ramifications to the 2024 election. While turning our country into a third world style banana republic, they have inadvertently turned Donald Trump into a political martyr. I would caution everyone that electing someone just because they were “wronged” is no more justified as voting for someone solely because of party affiliation. We should judge each candidate on who is best to lead based on merit, ability and judgment. Turning to climate change news, we have to look at yet another person on arson charges for setting the Oak Hill fires in California last year. Around 30 square miles and hundreds of homes were destroyed, all in an effort to bolster the claims that “climate change” is causing these wild fires. It's the dangerous game these Leftist radicals keep playing, stoking fear of the end of all mankind if we don't bow at the alter at the Church of Climate Change. It causes mentally unwell eco-terrorists to justify setting blazes in an effort to prove those predictions. Speaking of predictions, let's revisit one from exactly five years ago. High Priestess of the Church of Climate Change, Greta Thunberg, said if we had not given up on all fossil fuels by today, “...all mankind would be doomed.” Well, here we are and we have passed that point of no return. My only response is, since we haven't rid ourselves of fossil fuels, it's time to stop worrying about it. It's time to stop the Green movement and the digging for cobalt. It's time to end the mandates and the policies and live our remaining days in style and comfort. After all, if Greta was right, there's no point trying any longer. Either that, or she was lying. Finally, we need to revisit what we learned yesterday about Dr. Rochelle Walensky of the CDC, when she included Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins on an email about known Covid-19 breakthrough infections. Just two months after that email, she went on MSNBC and said, “Vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick.” She knowingly lied and allowed that lie to play out for nearly two more years. Today's show opens with a reminder that I said, back in August of 2022, the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago was about Operation: Crossfire Hurricane. Even though a memo is circulating today showing President Trump declassified all of the information related to the Russian Hoax investigation, my audience has known this already for nearly 11 months now. I actually plan to go into that a little more on tomorrow's show. My real opening topic is about Tucker on Twitter. His first episode dropped and it was hysterical to watch people like former CNN host Brian Stelter and the WaPo cry-bully, Taylor Lorenz take cheap shots at his “production” value. Apparently, shiny objects are more important than substantive news and analysis. One item Tucker stated was the recent story saying the Ukrainians were the ones who blew up the Nord Stream pipelines and that we had that intel in June of 2022. While that may be partially true, I find it dubious that Ukraine carried out such a sophisticated operation all by themselves. So, I pull the sound bites I used when I talked about the bombing where I concluded the US had to be involved. Both Victoria Nuland (State Department) and President Joe Biden said if Russia invaded Ukraine, the Nord Stream project would be ended. Why would they use that kind of rhetoric? Next I talk about the FBI doing all they can to hide alleged crimes committed by Joe Biden. It was funny to watch how the Legacy/mainstream media took the lies spouted by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who said the FD-1023 proves the FBI saw nothing to investigate and even former AG William Barr shut down the investigation. Funny, because immediately after that, Barr said that was not true. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) even said the FBI told them there was an ongoing investigation. The ironic part about the lies being told is we have learned the name of the FBI analyst who downplayed the original FD-1023 which was filed in 2017. That agent was Brian Auten, the same one who was scolded by the Inspector General for his conduct during Operation: Crossfire Hurricane and the same corrupt agent who was brought in to look at the documents seized in the Mar-a-Lago raid. We also know that FBI Director Wray is doing all he can to try to cover this up by trying to link the current investigation to accusations made by Rudy Giuliani. Unfortunately for those of us interested in facts, Rudy wasn't even in the mix back in 2017. Finally, I do take a moment to discuss how the NY Times is trying to downplay the abundance of Nazi decorations being worn by Ukrainian troops. They called it a “thorny” issue of their history. They called it a PR problem from newsrooms who have to be sure to not show photos in the news lest the support of Ukraine is called into question. Today we continue looking at the massive implications unleashed by the report released by Special Counsel John Durham. Before we get into the detail, we need to give ourselves a moment of must needed levity. We turn to my good buddy, Jim Gossett, who gives us a fantastic, yet satirical, nostalgic look-back at the opening of The Muppet Show. This time, his version is called The FBI Show. We then take a moment to look at when James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, appeared on CNN with Anderson Cooper in October of 2019. At the time, he was making a comment about how changes in the intelligence community (IC), thanks to President Obama, led to the Mueller investigation to be able to look into Russian Collusion with Donald Trump. Though he was trying to compliment the former president, looking back now, in light of the Durham report, we now know who is responsible for the weaponization of the IC. This leads to testimony by former CIA Director John Brennan to the House Government Weaponization Committee hearing where he said there was intelligence regarding Russian colluding with the Trump campaign. Unfortunately for Brennan, this was before the Durham report dropped. Will he be held in contempt for perjury? Because we know he was aware of the hoax given it was he, himself, who have the briefing to President Obama, VP Biden, AG Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey. The sad part, if I am being honest, he wasn't really lying. He was telling the truth. There was intelligence. He just left off the part where it was falsely manufactured intelligence. We also have learned that Peter Strzok, lead FBI investigator behind Operation Crossfire Hurricane, was informed by the CIA that Hillary Clinton could be behind the Russian Collusion story, but he never shared that with anyone else. Every FBI agent interviewed during Durham's four-year investigation, could not remember once being told about the CIA memo or the possibility they were operating based on a hoax created by Hillary Clinton. Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) wants the House to go after Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for all of the lies he spread and all the damage he has done to our nation. In similar fashion, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said reminds us the same pattern used by the Hillary Clinton campaign to fabricate the Russian Collusion hoax is the same pattern used to hide the Hunter Biden laptop. They follow the same playbook because they know they will be aided by the media and amplified by social media. While these folks in the GOP are saying all the right words, they are, in point of fact, just words. Unless they can do something, the weaponized agencies will continue to get away with it and continue to ignore the Constitution. Congress really only has the power of oversight and the power of the purse. While the former can be ignored (it seems) if witnesses ignore requests to appear, the latter cannot. However, the latter takes immense intestinal fortitude and I just don't see that coming from so many lawmakers with spines of linguine. All we can hope for is for enough Americans to have the eyes and minds opened to how we are much closer to any Oligarchy than we are a Republic, and that is a scary realization to come to. "Operation Crossfire Hurricane", or as it is colloquially known "Russia-gate", seem to be the gift that keeps on giving. Six years after its inception and still it keeps making the news. This time it is a lawsuit filed by Carter Page, an information advisor to the Donald Trump campaign. Recently, a District Court judge for the District of Columbia has dismissed Mr. Page's case. The reasons why are both interesting and informative, making it worth taking a closer look at.

On today's show I open with letting you know I intentionally said nothing Thursday or Friday regarding the anniversary of the 13 military personnel who died a year ago in Afghanistan during the worst retreat in our nation's history. I wanted to see if President Joe Biden would acknowledge the day or their sacrifice for his disastrous plan. I wanted to see if the Legacy/mainstream media would honor the fallen. I was hoping to be surprised, but, sad to say, I was not. Not one word. Next I dive into the ongoing investigation by Miranda Devine of the NY Post on Mark Zuckerberg's staggering admission of Facebook cooperating with the FBI's request to censor the news and free speech. Her piece follows the chain of events from when the Hunter Biden laptop was first dropped off at a repair shop to the confiscation of Rudy Giuliani's electronics from a dubious warrant that led to no charges at all. What we do wonder is how the FBI was able to find out the NY Post was about to drop the laptop story a good 2-3 weeks ahead of time? Were they spying on Giuliani? Did they get copies of all his emails including one from Bob Costello from August 27, 2020 telling Rudy about the “amazing discovery” which was all about the laptop? We know from previous stories on the FBI whistleblowers, agents were told to stand-down on the laptop, to not investigate it and to downplay it as Russian disinformation. We know the name of the FBI supervisory intelligence analyst who called it disinformation was Brian Auten. Yes, the same Brian Auten who was called out by IG Michael Horowitz for the 17+ serious and egregious errors committed by the FBI during Operation: Crossfire Hurricane. And, the same Brian Auten who is part of the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. There is too much circumstance to ignore the existence of an unholy cabal within the Beltway of Washington, D.C., made up on un-elected bureaucrats, who have decided they are the power to pick winners and losers based on their own political ideology. It cannot be argued against, now that we have seen the lengths to which the DOJ and the FBI have gone with the raid on Mar-a-Lago. With the heavily redacted affidavit, it's telling how much they want to hide and it has nothing to do with the names of investigators or those on whatever grand jury. We can easily see how this was, in fact, a generalized fishing expedition with the hopes of finding something, ANYTHING, even if they have to manipulate the criminal code, to bring to bear on a political enemy. We see they are willing to do ‘whatever it takes' (a la Liz Cheney) to make sure Trump is indicted on something, even if they have to make it up to ensure it happens. And while the President, his Press Secretary and others spent the weekend calling half of American voters, semi-fascists, it's easy to see who is embracing fascism and who isn't. As is often the case with guilty people, they are the first to accuse others of the actions and behaviors they, themselves, are guilty of committing. The more they name-call and try to rewrite definitions to suit their purposes, the more the average American is seeing them for how they really are – Marxist/socialist wannabes. Finally, we end with a campaign ad that every Republican should be adding to their rotation. The spot is a satirical look at Biden's decision to wipe out college debt and putting the financial burden of that program onto the backs of hard-working Americans. It captures in the space of 60 seconds, just how hurtful, immoral and elitist this President and his Administration are. Today I open with the judge's order regarding the release of the affidavit behind the search warrant, which led to the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago. While former representative of Jeffery Epstein's employees is now signing off on general search warrants to go after Donald Trump, he is also aiding his friends at the DOJ. On the surface it may seem like he is wanting to release the affidavit, but that's part of the ruse. His order actually helps the DOJ out of having to release anything for quite some time. Judge Bruce Reinhart may say he wants to release it (winning him favorable press from the media), he has given the DOJ a week to go through and note any redactions they would like to make. When you read between the lines, what we have is a case where the DOJ can now extend this out for weeks if they want, under the guise of “ongoing investigation” and “sources and methods” and concerns over “national security” and a host of platitudes. By the time this document gets released (if ever) it will be so highly blacked out, it will be essentially worthless. What is interesting is learning who is behind the Mar-a-Lago probe. Were you aware that a large number of agents who were part of Operation: Crossfire Hurricane are part of this investigation? Would it surprise you to know that many who were called out in the Inspector General's scalding report on that operation are the same people still going after Donald Trump? Some of these agents were specifically identified for disciplinary review and are still, three years later, acting as if nothing happened at all. Agent Brian Auten was individually called out by IG Michael Horowitz for his vetting of the Steele Dossier, which was used to obtain illegal wiretaps to spy on the Trump campaign. He was also scolded for cutting a number of corners in the verification process, intentionally letting known false information to get onto warrants and affidavits to mislead the FISA court. Auten is part of the FBI team that is now looking at the very records taken from the Mar-a-Lago home. Is it too much of a stretch to believe the only reason Auten is there (beyond his partisan hate of the Republican party and specifically Donald Trump) to confirm they have confiscated all of the damning documentation related to the Russiagate hoax? It's the only explanation as to why the FBI would want him there. And if you think those documents are classified, think again. Donald Trump released a copy of his order from January 19, 2021, declassifying the Crossfire Hurricane documents. I have documented the many willful acts by the FBI and DOJ to circumvent our laws and act as the personal gestapo. In fact, a recent Rasmussen poll finds a majority of Americans now believe that. The real question now is to wonder, did the FBI and DOJ behind this raid not think this would ever come out? That they could contain the real reason for the raid and, at the same time, hurt Trump and his supporters? Or, which is the worse scenario, did they know it was going to hurt their credibility and aid Trump, but did it anyway? If so, doesn't that mean the documents they were desperate to retrieve are capable of far more damage than what this raid has already done? Think about that for just a moment. The FBI and the DOJ are knowingly taking the arrows from this debacle, but it's the better option over letting the Crossfire Hurricane documentation get out into the public. Imagine how many people in the Washington, D.C. swamp are hoping the FBI got to them before the Trump team could make backups.
