There's been a lot of reporting on Russiagate recently. Although none of the information is actually new, we're glad that the issue is finally getting attention at the national level. A recent focus of that reporting was former CIA Director John Brennan and his use of Five Eyes intelligence. The problem is that Mr. Brennan wasn't using Five Eyes. Ultimately, the Deep State is in panic mode because the new details relate to former CIA Director John Brennan and his move to leverage the Five Eyes nations to target 26 people around the Donald Trump organization. Which leads me to lament on the state of the Legacy/mainstream media and how they have long since abandoned their role in favor of becoming the propaganda wing of the Democrat party. Today's show opens with comments about the second attempt to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. We hear from Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) before the vote to impeach. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson announces the passage of the impeachment by a 214-213 vote. It will now move to a full senate trial. Let me be clear, Mayorkas will not be removed from office. It does not matter how much evidence they present, it will not end with Democrats following the Constitution or the rule of law. I mean, why start now? But, it will provide the American people with a lot of information heading into the election cycle. What won't help Mayorkas with sympathy is a trove of documents just released showing he personally rejected the request by Robert Kennedy, Jr. for Secret Service protection while on the campaign trail. It seems Biden loves to weaponize the government to go against anyone who he deems as the opposition. Next, we jump in the DeLorean and head to August 19, 2022, when I first told you about Special Agent Brian Auten being assigned to work with the Mar-a-Lago raid on Donald Trump's home. Auten was a disgraced and scolded agent who was part of the Russian Collusion Hoax, aka, Crossfire Hurricane. I said the only reason Auten would be involved is if the FBI was trying to make sure they had all of the documents Trump might have had related to the hoax. Fast forward to yesterday when investigative journalist Michael Shellenberger hinted to a big news bomb about to drop from fellow investigative journalist Matt Taibbi regarding the Mar-a-Lago raid. According to their sources, they are saying the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was to get back a specific folder that contained the memos and the plans to perpetrate the hoax on Donald Trump. The operation was said to have started under CIA Director John Brennan and would involve the Five Eye's nations – or the top intelligence apparatus of the United States, Canada, the U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Supposedly, it was decided by Brennan to target 26 of Trumps team in an effort to bring the president down with the Hillary Clinton conceived plan to vilify Trump as a Russian asset. It's nice to see I am once again a full 18+ months ahead of the news cycle, but I am happy it's being brought back to light. The worst deep state collusion against a sitting president was perpetrated by Barrack Hussein Obama and his team in cooperation with Hillary Clinton and the DNC. As I have said multiple times, this is the worst scandal in our history. Today we open with facts most of you in my audience already know – Operation Crossfire Hurricane was based on lies everyone knew had been fabricated by the Hillary Clinton campaign. The intelligence briefing, given in the Oval Office to all of them, was delivered by then CIA Director John Brennan. They all knew the Steele Dossier was a fake and every accusation was a lie and they let the investigation happen anyway. Special Counsel John Durham was in front of the House Judiciary committee to discuss the findings of his investigation into Crossfire Hurricane. While most of you already know the facts, I think it's important to hear it directly from the lead Special Counsel. It's amazing to hear the lengths to which the Obama regime was willing to sink to attack their political opposition. At the end of my recap of Durham's questioning, I discuss the political ramifications to the 2024 election. While turning our country into a third world style banana republic, they have inadvertently turned Donald Trump into a political martyr. I would caution everyone that electing someone just because they were “wronged” is no more justified as voting for someone solely because of party affiliation. We should judge each candidate on who is best to lead based on merit, ability and judgment. Turning to climate change news, we have to look at yet another person on arson charges for setting the Oak Hill fires in California last year. Around 30 square miles and hundreds of homes were destroyed, all in an effort to bolster the claims that “climate change” is causing these wild fires. It's the dangerous game these Leftist radicals keep playing, stoking fear of the end of all mankind if we don't bow at the alter at the Church of Climate Change. It causes mentally unwell eco-terrorists to justify setting blazes in an effort to prove those predictions. Speaking of predictions, let's revisit one from exactly five years ago. High Priestess of the Church of Climate Change, Greta Thunberg, said if we had not given up on all fossil fuels by today, “...all mankind would be doomed.” Well, here we are and we have passed that point of no return. My only response is, since we haven't rid ourselves of fossil fuels, it's time to stop worrying about it. It's time to stop the Green movement and the digging for cobalt. It's time to end the mandates and the policies and live our remaining days in style and comfort. After all, if Greta was right, there's no point trying any longer. Either that, or she was lying. Finally, we need to revisit what we learned yesterday about Dr. Rochelle Walensky of the CDC, when she included Dr. Fauci and Dr. Collins on an email about known Covid-19 breakthrough infections. Just two months after that email, she went on MSNBC and said, “Vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick.” She knowingly lied and allowed that lie to play out for nearly two more years. Few other officials in government had such a large hand in establishing and promoting the Russia-Collusion Hoax as did former CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan admitted during congressional testimony that he “made sure that anything involving the individuals involved in the Trump campaign was shared with the FBI.” And by his own admission, Brennan even used likely illegal incidental collection of U.S. citizens in the process, telling Rachel Maddow, “Any time we would incidentally collect information on a U.S. person, we would hand that over to the FBI.” Now, we know beyond any doubt that Brennan knew the entire Russia-Collusion narrative was a hoax. And, as we shall see, Brennan knew this in July 2016—before the FBI's Crossfire Hurricane investigation was even opened. But, of course, it never was an investigation. After four long, painstaking years, the Durham investigation is complete. John Durham taught us one thing for sure…Democrats always win. The left can spy on presidential candidates, weaponize the justice system, invent crimes, spread hoaxes, and get Republicans thrown in jail for no reason. And they'll always get away with it. Three pathetic indictments. One pitiful conviction. Nobody fired or reprimanded. A colossal failure. John Durham should be embarrassed. Yes he exposed the biggest political scandal in history, but he failed at his job, which is “prosecuting” crimes. Ironically, the bombshell report he released this week is a huge win for the establishment. Durham proved beyond doubt that the ‘Deep State' is real. Yet he prosecuted merely three people, none of whom we have ever heard of, and two were acquitted. Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Brennan, Hillary, Mueller, Rosenstein, Jim Baker, Andrew the Pitbull, and yes…Obama and Biden…conspired to spy on Trump and accuse him of colluding with Russia. None has been charged with so much as jaywalking, and none were fired as a result of the probe. As always, the leftist establishment got away with it. They won. We lost. The biggest takeaway from the Durham probe was…wait for it..a REPORT! Not just any report. A damning report. Are we supposed to celebrate? Here are the indisputable facts: There has never been a shred of evidence that Trump colluded with Russia The Clinton campaign was behind the entire Russia hoax The fake Steele Dossier, upon which virtually the entire Russia hoax was based, was paid for by Hillary's campaign The FBI lied repeatedly to the courts to obtain a warrant to spy on a presidential campaign The convictions of General Michael Flynn and George Papadapolous would never have happened, had there not been an investigation. They were ‘process crimes' manufactured by the anti-Trump FBI. The Mueller probe was initially led by Stzrok and Page, until it was discovered that they are rabid leftists who despise Trump James Comey admitted under oath that he assured Trump on three separate occasions that he was not a subject of the Russia investigation. Trump urged Comey to make a public declaration, yet Comey repeatedly refused. That led to Trump firing Comey, which prompted the appointment of Mueller. Can you blame Trump for firing Comey? Would any of us have done differently? Carter Page, the Trump staffer who was spied on by the FBI because of Russia ties, was known to be a CIA asset. Although the FBI was aware of this, attorney Kevin Clinesmith altered an email to hide this fact from the FISA court, to obtain a warrant to spy British intelligence officials were unwilling to aid in the Russia hoax, because they knew that it was “devoid of predicating evidence.” Former Intel officials, including CIA Director John Brennan, promoted the bogus Russia collusion narrative, despite knowing there was no evidence While long forgotten, Trump was mocked and ridiculed in 2017 when he revealed he was wiretapped at Trump Tower. It turns out, that was the small tip of a very large iceberg. When Trump threatened to fire Bob Mueller, he was accused of obstruction. He was compared to Nixon. It turns out, he would have been 100% correct to do so. It would have saved millions of wasted taxpayer dollars and endless heartache. In fact, some people believe that the reason Mueller was appointed in the first place, was an effort to lure Trump into firing him, which then would have been used by Pelosi to impeach Trump. However he did not take the bait. Amazingly, at the time the Russia hoax investigation was ongoing, some “conservative” pundits insisted that we should let the probe play out, and allow Mueller to finish the job. While many of us were screaming from the rooftops that the entire thing was a Deep State witch-hunt, others said that we should “stay the course”. Now some of those same people have turned into ‘Monday morning quarterbacks'. They are doing high-fives, and essentially saying “See! We knew it was a hoax all along.” They did the same thing with Covid, the Hunter Biden laptop, and other scandals. Yet what is most astonishing, is that right now, other hoaxes are taking place. Trump is still being indicted on bogus charges. The Deep State is still weaponizing the justice system, targeting good people like Elon Musk and others. Some people are brave enough to speak the truth–not years later when John Durham gives them permission. But early on, when it's unpopular. When it can get them banned from Youtube and Facebook for ‘disinformation'. We need to call out the swamp, and prevent them from targeting and destroying anyone who does not support their narrative. Otherwise, we may all eventually find ourselves in the crosshairs of the ‘Deep State'.

Today we continue looking at the massive implications unleashed by the report released by Special Counsel John Durham. Before we get into the detail, we need to give ourselves a moment of must needed levity. We turn to my good buddy, Jim Gossett, who gives us a fantastic, yet satirical, nostalgic look-back at the opening of The Muppet Show. This time, his version is called The FBI Show. We then take a moment to look at when James Clapper, former Director of National Intelligence, appeared on CNN with Anderson Cooper in October of 2019. At the time, he was making a comment about how changes in the intelligence community (IC), thanks to President Obama, led to the Mueller investigation to be able to look into Russian Collusion with Donald Trump. Though he was trying to compliment the former president, looking back now, in light of the Durham report, we now know who is responsible for the weaponization of the IC. This leads to testimony by former CIA Director John Brennan to the House Government Weaponization Committee hearing where he said there was intelligence regarding Russian colluding with the Trump campaign. Unfortunately for Brennan, this was before the Durham report dropped. Will he be held in contempt for perjury? Because we know he was aware of the hoax given it was he, himself, who have the briefing to President Obama, VP Biden, AG Loretta Lynch and FBI Director James Comey. The sad part, if I am being honest, he wasn't really lying. He was telling the truth. There was intelligence. He just left off the part where it was falsely manufactured intelligence. We also have learned that Peter Strzok, lead FBI investigator behind Operation Crossfire Hurricane, was informed by the CIA that Hillary Clinton could be behind the Russian Collusion story, but he never shared that with anyone else. Every FBI agent interviewed during Durham's four-year investigation, could not remember once being told about the CIA memo or the possibility they were operating based on a hoax created by Hillary Clinton. Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) wants the House to go after Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for all of the lies he spread and all the damage he has done to our nation. In similar fashion, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said reminds us the same pattern used by the Hillary Clinton campaign to fabricate the Russian Collusion hoax is the same pattern used to hide the Hunter Biden laptop. They follow the same playbook because they know they will be aided by the media and amplified by social media. While these folks in the GOP are saying all the right words, they are, in point of fact, just words. Unless they can do something, the weaponized agencies will continue to get away with it and continue to ignore the Constitution. Congress really only has the power of oversight and the power of the purse. While the former can be ignored (it seems) if witnesses ignore requests to appear, the latter cannot. However, the latter takes immense intestinal fortitude and I just don't see that coming from so many lawmakers with spines of linguine. All we can hope for is for enough Americans to have the eyes and minds opened to how we are much closer to any Oligarchy than we are a Republic, and that is a scary realization to come to. Today I have to spend the entirety of the show detailing just how damning Special Counsel John Durham's report really is. Without giving too much away in my show notes, what I found stunning is, we already knew everything. Everyone in my audience has heard me make these revelations since the bought and paid for Steele Dossier was first making headlines. We document the Hillary Clinton plan, how the DNC paid for it and how members from both parties agreed to move forward with it. The Russia Collusion narrative was spun for more then three years and every bit of it was manufactured and false. Yet, the Legacy/mainstream media refused to do their jobs, or, even worse, chose to keep up the ruse because they are not interested in objective truth and factual reporting. It seems the only two parties not even remotely connected to the Russia Collusion Hoax were Donald Trump and the Russians. We even have it confirmed that President Barack Obama, VP Joe Biden, CIA Director John Brennan and FBI Director James Comey were all aware and briefed on the Clinton plan to fabricate the entire Russian Collusion narrative.
