Dr. Grossman explains that ERM comprises various cell types, including glial cells, retinal pigment epithelial cells, macrophages, and fibrocytes. The degree of visual distortion varies depending on the amount and location of the pucker, which can be assessed using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT). Although ERM typically affects central vision and not peripheral vision, it is often asymptomatic and progresses slowly. The condition is more common in elderly individuals and is associated with other eye issues such as retinal detachment and diabetic retinopathy.Dr. Grossman suggests that inflammation may play a significant role in the development of ERM, possibly exacerbated by COVID-19 or its vaccine. He recommends an anti-inflammatory diet and supplements like Zyflamend, serrapeptase, and his own Meso Plus formula, which contains carotenoids to support macular health. LOUIS, MO / January 8, 2024 – Cycle Showcase STL is thrilled to announce a new venue to celebrate over a decade of art and inspiration with a two-day event featuring rare and custom bikes from all over the world.   Everyone from racers and long-distance touring riders to historical restoration buffs, hand-built motorcycle designers and motorcycle inspired artists will be represented. The all-ages event takes place Saturday, February 10 from 11 a.m. -7 p.m. and Sunday, February 11 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at The Moto Museum located at 3408 Locust Street in Midtown St. Louis.  Cost to attend the showcase is $12.50 for adults which gives you a wristband for both days. Children ages 12 and under are free with paid adult. Tickets are only sold at the door.  The Cycle Showcase event will feature 50+ historically significant, hand-crafted works of two-wheeled art. Museums and private collections from across the country will come together to display a wide range of motorcycles, with an emphasis on the beauty in both the design and engineering.      The Cycle Showcase is also home to a variety of motorcycle related pieces of artwork exhibited right alongside beautiful bikes in an art gallery atmosphere. Cycle Showcase is excited for the opportunity to show the motorcycle community from an artist's perspective. Up and coming local artists, crafters and vendors are scheduled to appear.   The Smooches for Pooches Doggie Kissing Booth is back! Follow along with the entries below: Black: When attacked, it defends itself by closing the lid of its shell. It can spit a sticky, poisonous liquid. White: It evolves when bathed in an electric-like energy along with Karrablast. The reason is still unknown. Black & White 2: When it and Karrablast are together, and both receive electrical stimulation, they both evolve. Sword: When attacked, it tightly shuts the lid of its shell. This reaction fails to protect it from Karrablast, however, because they can still get into the shell. Shield: It has a strange physiology that responds to electricity. When together with Karrablast, Shelmet evolves for some reason. Ash's Pokedex: Shelmet can spit a sticky poisonous acid when attacking, and it can defend itself by closing its shell. BTB: Litte poison-spittin' helmet guy. The helmet does not protect this little punching bag for Karrablast.
